You'll find all you need and more for your next vacation at this lovely two-level townhouse on Martha's Vineyard. Relaxation is never far away with a shared swimming pool, Har-Tru clay tennis courts, and an easy stroll to the beach!

Part of the Island Inn community on the northeast shore of the island, you can choose whether you head about half a mile to Joseph Sylvia State Beach or Inkwell Beach for a day by the beach, or wander a mile into downtown Oak Bluffs for some food and window shopping. Tennis fans can take a professional lesson.

You'll feel right at home inside this townhouse. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up family meals, and a deck provides a nice place to dine in warm weather. The kitchen includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Watch a show on the cable TV and keep up with friends using the free WiFi. One of the bedrooms is a lofted space, with its own TV and sitting area. Feel free to pack light, because the shared washers/dryers let you take care of any laundry you may have - just don't forget your swimsuit!

Other amenities include a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice townhouse in a great location. My experience was ruined by really really loud neighbors in the unit next door. Beware that the walls are very thin and you hear everything. The children screamed from 5:15 AM until after 11 PM and the 2 large dogs were left in the unit and barked loudly all day and night. Very frustrating that people can be so inconsiderate and irresponsible.

The location and dog friendly unit were our favorite parts about the trip. It was super easy to order takeout from Nomans next-door and the pool was clean and fun for the kids. We didn’t have any trouble with the dog either. It was easy to take him out for walks along the bike path and around the grounds. We had three adults and two kids in our party and I would say the unit was a little small for our needs. Sleeping arrangements were a bit difficult as the pullout sofa was fairly uncomfortable. There were some grumpy, neighbors below us who did not like any noise at all, which was hard for us to achieve with two young kids and a dog. Also, a wedding was happening on Saturday night, which kept us off the grounds outside for the most part. There was very loud music going on super late into Saturday night that disrupted our sleep. Overall, a decent stay.

We love everything about the Island Inn, especially that it is dog friendly and very conveniently located. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms spacious. It’s our go-to /only place we stay on the island.

This unit is my favorite so far. The owner has tastefully decorated and thoughtful provided all amenities and conveniences for comfort. Kitchen is very well stocked. Lots of extra outlet extensions which is very thoughtful. Nicely upgraded kitchen and master bathroom. Hooks for keys! The only thing missing are streaming service apps on the The TV. So no opportunity to watch Netflix or Hulu. But it was fine.

Our stay was so wonderful! Stayed with 3 seniors and they loved all of the property. It was easy to get around and interactions with visitors and staff was always friendly. Looking forward to coming back very soon.

We really enjoy the Island Inn and unit 42G. Love the swings, dog-friendly units, great location, nice pool. We don't stay anywhere else. It is in a great location, close to State Beach, downtown Oak Bluffs and Edgartown and Vineyard Haven. Lots of space, having a kitchen with dishwasher is really nice. The grounds are well-kept and maintained.

We had a great time on the property. We loved how dog friendly the place was. Everything in the unit was as the virtual tour was so not many surprises. It was a little frustrating trying to reach the property before the vacation. Once we did, I asked about a dog crate that I saw in the tour and was told that it was "most likely not there". I could tell that they didn't even check before responding which is subpar customer service. When I got there, there was in fact a crate exactly where I saw it on the virtual tour. That was one less thing that we had to tug along with us. We also asked about the pool being open and the only response I got was the party line disclaimer written when I reserved. Given I was calling the day of departure, I thought that we could have gotten more insights. Overall a good vacation...

I usually rent a house on MV every summer but tried a last-minute getaway and found this hidden gem in Oak Bluffs. Linens and towels being included was a major bonus. Grounds were clean, and the proximity to Noman’s restaurant was great to hop over for a quick (albeit expensive) bite. Only downside was the carbon monoxide or smoke alarm battery needed to be changed and consistently chirped. I called to have it fixed but no one ever came.

The unit 42G, is a beautiful and modern home. Our family of four really enjoyed the property and the amenities. The location was great as it was very close to Oaks Bluffs. You could either take a 20 to 30 minute walk, or a short bike ride from the location. The restaurant 'Normans' is directly next door and they have a great variety of food and drinks to enjoy. The unit we stayed in was very clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to my friends and family.

We cannot wait to visit again. We always stay exclusively at the Island Inn and this suite exceeded our every expectation. The newly renovated kitchen was amazing. The upstairs bathroom was an extraordinary bonus. We will definitely be back. Loved the warm interior colors. Location is spectacular.

I enjoy staying at Island Inn, staff are friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to help. I like the convince of the location being close to town and next the Lola’s.
Rooms are beautiful, however it would be nice for the external to be updated. It is vey pricey.
