Our stay was wonderful. The rooms were just the right size for the two of us and our Black Lab. 'Loved being so close to places to buy groceries, eat delicious meals and enjoy tasty martinis and beers. 'Loved the hot tub, too. We would definitely visit again.

This was our 1st time staying in the Oyhut Bay Resort. It's a small quiet community, so if you're looking for a quiet relaxing stay, this place is it! The trail leading down to the beach is a fun little walk. I appreciate that the maintenance crew keeps the neighborhood so well maintained. I felt safe and secure here. The house, itself, was perfect! Just the right size for our family and dog friendly too! We enjoyed the stash of games in the closet and of course, the hot tub too! Perfect to sit in during the cool evenings! We will be back!

This was the perfect home for a quiet weekend away! It was well kept, and had all the amenities we needed! Our host was also always available for questions and even checked on us via text. The restaurant and store at Oyhut were lovely too. The community was safe and inviting, we will be back soon!

We stayed during some really frigid weather in January. This is a nice house with hot tub. Well equipped kitchen. Would absolutely stay here again .. maybe during warmer weather!! Only downside is you have to drive to real ocean beaches... which are only a few minutes away though. Great neighborhood community.. felt safe walking the dogs at night.

We had booked this place last year and were not able to stay due to a medical emergency days before our arrival. The host was extremely helpful and kind in working with us. We re-booked for this year and had a great time. The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was great as it did not have the usual heavy chlorine smell. The walk to the beach is nice, as it walks thru and area with lots of bird sightings. The weird outer space looking object on the walk to the beach was very familiar to me since I am in the aviation industry. It's simply a VOR station, which sends out frequency waves that aircraft use to navigate. They are located throughout the whole country. The coffee shop in the grocery store is excellent and it's a nice little walk from the house. We didn't get to sample any local restaurants in Oyhut Bay, as we were always out and about in Ocean Shores. Sal & Stephanie.

The house was beautiful, the hot tub was clean and nice to relax in after walking on the beach. There is beach access by taking a short 10-15 minute walk along a white shell covered path (located behind Oyhut Grill). I highly recommend this walk and this beach. This is where we found our seashells and sand dollars. The dock access that is pictured is located across the street from Corks and Taps. The village is a nice family and pet friendly area. My family and I will return here again!

We enjoyed staying in the small resort area of small houses. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, was the perfect arrangement for our best girlfriend's getaway. CLEAN, organized, well thought out - we loved the private hot tub, shed of beach chairs, fireplace, and TV. Internet was intermittent but sort of started to love that, too! Looked like a great place for families with well-placed parks and playground equipment.

It was a great stay in a cute neighborhood. We used the hot tub and the bikes and everything else was as it was described.
There was a change of plans with check in, but there was great communication and follow up.
I definitely recommend!

The home was very clean, quiet, and well stocked. The kitchen had more equipment and spices than most places we stay. Linens were amazingly soft and for the first time ever, there was enough pillows! The Oyehut Bay neighborhood was great. Walking paths, a few shops and the little store/coffee shop had surprisingly vast selection and great coffee and service. There were also 2 bikes that somehow we missed in the description and found on the last day while looking for the garbage can. Great touch!
We will be back here again.

Home was lovely and it was apart of a nice little community called Oyhut Bay. Plenty of deer roaming around, and the local market and restaurant are very close by. Beach was with in walking distance. Linda was our contact and she was amazing at assisting and accommodating any needs. Home was nicely stocked for staying in and cooking. We would recommend staying here.

This house and location is amazing! Me, my kids, and 2 dogs drove from Texas all the way to Ocean Shores over 3 days to get here. We were looking for a place with easy access to explore Grays Harbor and the Olympic Peninsula.
The whole process from start to finish with Linda was amazing. We ran into a scheduling problem but Linda was very understanding. She's amazing and helpful!
First the house was super clean! Everything smelled super fresh and clean. Blankets. Towels. I don't know how they do it but the house was immaculate.
Second the house has everything you need for a beach vacation. We thought of taking some bikes with us but Linda has a couple there. There are lots of towels. Sand castle toys (if you need them). Beach chairs. Everything.
Third, the local community has lots of facilities with super friendly and helpful people. Makes it so much easier than having to drive all the way back up the peninsula to the main Ocean Shores or even back to Aberdeen.
Lastly, beach access. Just follow the directions and in 15 minutes you're at the beach. Or take the bikes to the Pacific side beach within 15 mins. It's great! We were going out in the morning, in the afternoon, and at night just to experience it as much as we could.
If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Highly recommended!
PS. Hoh National Rainforest is worth it for the drive but don't take pets as they aren't allowed on the trails.
PPS. The unfinished Satsop nuclear power plant is an out of the norm place to see. If you have kids that play Fallout, take them there for a picnic as it kind of looks like the game. :)
PPPS. The Kurt Cobain Under the Bridge Memorial in Aberdeen is also worth a visit. Very somber and reflective. Then listen to _Something in the Way_.

What's to say, the property was excellent. We appreciated the personal service--phone calls. The location is very good, we loved the neighborhood and the daily visits by the deer. The house was immaculate, well stocked, very comfortable.

Oyhut Bay Village was so fantastic! The house was very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. I highly recommend a house with a hot tub, it was excellent! My kids loved playing at the playground, and us parents enjoyed a nice adult beverage at the lounge. We love the closeness to the bay and the canals, it was great to see waves and then get on the water and paddle. We loved the trip and are thinking of investing. Great community to visit!

Perfect location for a family getaway
This home is in the Oyhut Bay community, a cute little community that had a huge shared green space, large park, bocce, horseshoes, and giant chess along with shops and outdoor seating. The walk to the beach was a 10 minute walk to a sandy area along the bay, we pretty much had it to ourselves.
The house was clean, with lots of room and everything we would need.

Great stay
Traveled with friends for 3 nights. The house was very clean and was well equipped with everything for cooking. Beds were comfortable. The house is close to everything. Walked to the beach many times with the dogs. I highly recommend this place and would stay again.

2nd stay and we'll be back again
This was our second stay at this beautiful beach home and we'll return again. We cooked in most breakfasts and dinners because the kitchen is so well equipped for cooking. We also love that this house offers two bedrooms, each with on-suites - great for traveling with another couple.
5.0 / 5.0
The home was very lovely and clean - stocked well and great location. The communication was very timely. Great additional touches (dog treats, bowls/bags, hot tub towels).
I appreciated this place being clean on arrival and ready to use. I wasn't concerned about spending the first day having to clean before settling down. Though we had to cut our time short b/c of weather for travel, it was definitely worth the time and visit.

House at Oyhut
Beautiful house with great amenities. Plenty of storage space and comfortable furniture. The hot tub is a bonus. The only down side is the distance to the water for putting in our kayaks. Easy access to the lake makes up for this.

Nice community for chill vacation
We loved using the bikes and walking around the community. The communal games (boules, horseshoes, cornhole, giant chess) were fun entertainment and it was very peaceful. Loved the hot tub but would prefer a fully enclosed privacy fence. The Oyhut Grill was so delicious, would definitely visit again. Enjoyed the gas grill and time on the deck too, plus the beach is close by. Would like to find a rental for kayaks on the canal next time. Great stay!

Absolutely perfect
We're a group of six girlfriends who stayed here for several days and it couldn't have been more perfect. The house is beautiful and clean, with a kitchen so fully stocked you won't want for anything. We cooked frequently and any dish we could have hoped for was there. The hot tub and the bicycles were icing on the cake! Highly recommended.

Perfect Getaway
This property is very nice, exceptionally clean, well stocked and in great condition. There is also a "private" beach in this community that was close and not crowded. This house is the perfect size for a party of 4. I have nothing negative to say, go and enjoy!

Midweek stay
The home was beautiful and well appointed. Communication with the owner was fantastic and the hot tub was wonderful. With check in times being after 4:30pm and check out being 11am our trip felt so short. That being said, we would stay here again. The home was spotless!
