This property is right on Main Street. It is conveniently located in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The condo itself is fairly basic but has all the things you may need for your stay.

We visit BV regularly. This condo has a great location- walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We spend most of our time outdoors, so it was everything we needed!

Perfect location to downtown and the river for hiking. Great layout plenty of room and there were 5 of us girls. Close to the hot springs we went to the new location Charlotte Hot Springs - great pools and not crowded at all. We will be back!

This place was beautiful!! We loved the location: just a block away from the nearest restaurant and cafe but also a short walk to the Arkansas River! We even met the neighbor who was very sweet! The home was gorgeous, clean and had EVERYTHING we could have needed (even coffee creamer!!!) Great location for exploring the collegiate peaks and whitewater rafting on the Arkansas!

We had a very nice stay at this house. We were in town for a wedding and the location was great. Parking could have been a little better, but overall very happy with this rental.

It was exactly as listed. We could walk to all the Main Street stores as well as the river and south main shops. It was perfect for not having to wrestle my 1 year old into a car seat. It’s simple and clean with all the amenities we needed. It’s right across from the elementary school so there was a little more traffic in the morning and afternoons during the week. But it wasn’t disruptive. It’s a pretty peaceful place. Even the pullout couch bed had memory foam which made it comfortable so the camping pads we brought weren’t needed. It’s a great choice for a in town trip to BV.

The perfect base for adventures in BV!
This casita is perfectly located; it is very close to downtown but is nice and quiet. Can walk to the river in no time. The inside is clean and bright and nicely decorated. They have included everything you might need in the kitchen and linens/bathrooms items. Having an extra half bath was great, since we were lots of ladies getting ready for a wedding. I highly recommend staying here and would do so again with no hesitations.

Two Night Getaway
This two bedroom condo was immaculately clean. Check in and out instructions were very clear. The place was turn-key; towels, kitchen utensils, washer and dryer, everything you need for a home away from home. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great location for outdoor adventure
Great place to stay for my family wanting to enjoy hiking in surrounding mountains. Close to downtown area for shopping and restaurants. We cooked our breakfast and dinner meals at the property and it had everything we needed. Clean!
There was no cable TV so if you wanted to watch something you had to stream it through your phone. We were not able to get it to connect but it was a GREAT time to play cards as a family without electronics! Also with all the cooking we did there only 3 dishwasher pods so we had to get more.
Overall a great little place and we’d stay there again!

Great downtown BV location
As described. great location and walkable for Main Street BV. 2BR 1.5BA was good for our family of four. No AC, but that's not unusual for CO properties. A bit of misc road noise with open windows at night. TV only has subscription services, no local TV or antenna (which is as described...just an observation). would definitely stay here again for using BV as a home-base for Chaffee Co and Collegiate Peaks adventures.

Restoration and Beauty in BV
Great location for the mountain town of Buena Vista (BV). Close to hiking, biking, rafting and other adventures. Communication from property management is efficient and accurate. Easy parking in front of unit. Can walk to most everything in BV. Air conditioning is the mountain air so open the windows and let it flow!

Fantastic Mountain Getaway
What a gem of a place. The Condo was immaculate! Had everything we needed. Very comfortable accommodations. The best in Buena Vista!! We loved the blender and had a perfect beautiful spot for drinks on the patio. We will be back.

Great, well equipped condo in the heart of town
This condo is very new, the beds were very comfortable, two minute walk to downtown, four from the river. Very well equipped with plenty of stuff leftover from previous owners. Check before going to the store. The second half bath was a bonus. Love it!

Convenient location in Buena Vista!
Nice and clean and just right for a weekend getaway in BV. Convenient to town and to trails. Used the kitchen and patio grill well during our stay! Kitchen was fairly well appointed, but greatly in need of some functional kitchen knives. Those in the unit were so dull as to be almost unusable. Should be an easy thing to fix!

Fun time in Buena Vista
We had a great time in Buena Vista. The property was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable. It was very close to shopping and eatting. It was very nice that it had a patio on the side. A big plus is that it has 1 1/2 baths. The owner was very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend it and willl stay there again when we return to see our daughter.

EVOLVE IS AWFUL, KRISTIN IS GREAT
Kristen is great, leaving all stars so as to not ding the property or her as owner. Long story short we had a medical emergency and Kristin worked with us on very short notice to refund some of our fees, which was incredibly kind of her.
Don't expect customer service, availability, or helpfulness from Evolve. Couldn't reach them on the phone, they never returned my VM, and they never relayed Kristin's message to me even after she asked for a manager to reach out to me. Long story short, Evolve your ineptitude and poor customer service almost cost this owner a customer. Luckily she is awesome and I will be dealing with her directly if I want to go back to Buena Vista. Hint, I do. I recommend you do likewise. Evolve, call me sometime.

Perfect Option for a quick weekend get-a-way
This condo perfectly met our needs for a quick weekend get-a-way. My brother and I recently stayed here for two nights on a weekend mountain biking outing. We left for each ride right from the property and each night and morning, walked into town for great food and entertainment. The beds were very comfortable, the property was clean and it really had more than we even needed. The bedrooms are decent sized and the two bathrooms were perfect. It is a cozy apartment and might be crowded if three or four people were staying here together. Overall it was perfect for what we needed and I will stay here again when I go back.

Great rental close to everything!
We really enjoyed the Buena Vida condo. It was close to everything we wanted to do and very quiet. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only we couldn't figure out was where to put the trash and recycling when we left so we just took it with us.
