An overview of our Hollywood Hills 3,000 Sq. Ft. 4BR/3BA property with Heatable Salt Water Pool & Adult Media/Gameroom.

Bed layout is as follows - 1 King Size Bed, 3 Queen Size Beds, 2 Full Size Beds, 1 Twin Size Bed & 1 Twin Roll-Away Bed.

*Pool heating is available November through April Only and has an additional charge - please inquire.

The Ultimate Home! You can enjoy year round fun and sun for the entire family at our Hollywood Hills home, totally redone as an Adult 'MEDIA' home with Flat Screen HDTVs in each room. Our Home Theater room with reclining theater seats is well appointed, large and very accommodating. With two master suites and situated on a fenced 1/4 acre lot, we offer a secluded screened in patio with a 15' x 30' heatable salt water swimming pool experience. The expansive furnished patio will enhance your atmosphere during outdoor meals where you can make use of the outdoor television, refrigerator and gas barbecue grill.

*Please note that this home is located in a residential neighborhood and loud noise or parties with numerous cars are never allowed. Thank you for your understanding!

Recreation: Located just 10 minutes away is the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino featuring over 2,500 of slots & games and now featuring Vegas-Style Slots! Emerald Hills Golf and Country Club is also just down the street. Just a mile away is Topeekeegee-Yugnee Park (known as T.Y. Park for short) which features a Swimming Lagoon, a treated waterfall and swimming beach. There's also Castaway Island, a water playground complex featuring two pools, a picnic area, a concession stand and restrooms. T-Y also offers paddleboats and rowboats for rent, bat/ball/glove rentals for baseball fans, two hard tennis courts, two basketball courts, a biking/jogging path, volleyball areas and concessions. For the children, there is also a kiddie park with jogging stations just a few blocks away as well. For the beach goers, you can drive and get there in 10 minutes or less. There is plenty of parking along the beach as well as multiple public parking garages.

Hollywood Beach Broadwalk: Over two miles of car-free enjoyment. Bicyclists, runners, walkers and rollerbladers set their own pace on this path which is bordered by six miles of Hollywood's famous coastline, boutique hotels, charming shops, cafés and places to eat facing the ocean. Hollywood Beach is a Wi-Fi Hotspot.

Hollywood Beach consists of more than seven miles of three, uniquely beautiful beaches. North Beach is an area where city, county, and state parks meet to create an eco-friendly paradise, rich in nature and water activities.

Visitors can experience jet skiing, para sailing, diving, snorkeling, surfing, and fishing.

For the mall shoppers, the 2.4 million square feet Aventura Mall is only a short drive away and is anchored by Macy's, JCPenney, Sears, Nordstrom, & Bloomingdales. With over 100 specialty stores & 30 food establishments, this mall is one of the highlights of South Florida. The AMC Movie Theatre within the complex contains 2 concession stands and a 24-screen megaplex.

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental home! The property was everything we hoped for and more. The rooms were incredibly spacious, making it easy for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The beds and pillows were cozy, ensuring we had restful nights after full days of fun. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the tools and appliances needed to prepare meals with ease. We appreciated having everything at our fingertips to cook and enjoy family meals. The game room was a highlight of our trip. We spent countless hours enjoying the pool table and relaxing in the recliner chair, which was perfect for winding down with movies at the end of the day. The pool area was fantastic and where we spent most of our time. It’s generously sized and included a fridge and grill, making it easy to stay refreshed and enjoy outdoor meals. There were also two large tables, which were perfect for dining and socializing poolside. Overall, this home provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and fun. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation! Thank you Gary for always being a call away and addressing any minor issue right away.

The covered outdoor pool was nice, and the pool table and game room were great! The listing is accurate. The home was perfect for our family. The home is some dated, and normal wear and tear, could use some updates.. also, needs some new pool gear as it is old and not inflatable. Overall great place !

Kids enjoyed the game room and table tennis. Got in pool only 1 day because it rained everyday. But it so much to do that we didn't get bored. They have other things and Netflix all movie channels. We stayed here before and will definitely stay again.

We were on vacation to celebrate 50th birthdays. To do some gambling, parasailing, airboat ride, enjoy the beach. This house was in the perfect location, central to all the things we wanted to do. This is a beautiful space in a great neighborhood. The amenities were spot on, it was very clean and comfortable. The pool was an added bonus though a little on the cold side because of the weather. Gary was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Perfect spot for larger groups that want their own beds. :)

It's very apparent that a lot of thought went into making sure everything and all the information a vacationing family would need was available. The game room was a big plus. The furniture looked like high quality stuff, but the recliners and couch are getting a little beat down. We didn't find them very comfortable.The kitchen was tiny and difficult for more than one person to be in. All in all though, a good place.

The home was great for our group of six adults. It was clean and rooms exactly as pictured. We appreciated the little extras such as tv instructions in each room and a usable laptop and wifi printer. Wifi was great throughout the property and we enjoyed the salt water pool and game rooms all day long and into the night. We used walmart delivery service which was very convenient for the bottled water and grocery items we needed. Very close to shopping and everything we wanted to do. We had no problems at all during our stay. Home was well stocked and neighborhood was quiet. We highly recommend this rental home and look for are to renting it again. All questions were promptly answered. We had a home chef prepare dinner our day of arrival and brunch the next day. It was incredible and we recommend trying that as well.

This was a great spot to enjoy a boys weekend at Miami Dolphins game and Gulf Stream Park Raceway. We were close to all venues and airport. House is very equipped and owners have thought of everything and were very accommodating. Our group very much enjoyed our weekend at house, we would rent this spot again if back in the area.

Wonderful property for our needs. Pictures on the listing are accurate to what you get. Some of the soft product showing its age with wear and tear. Had a couple minor challenges over the stay but the owner was very responsive on the app to get the issues solved to our satisfaction. We would stay here again if back in the area.

Our stay at the property was great. The property is cleaned and large for our family and friends of 9 people. The 2 masters is great as well as the 2 other bedrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table, covered pool and although we didn't use the ping pong or fooseball table, it is there and ready for use. Very quiet neighboorhood and close to shopping, restaurant etc., The owner is super nice and quickly response to correct a minor issue we had. Would definitely stay again at the property in our next visit.

Overall our experience was okay, there was a few issues that caused major inconveniences. One of the showers did not work, it barely put out any water and we were unable to use it. We also had an issue with the washer and dryer. We were unable to wash our clothes for a day and we needed clean clothes for the wedding. We had to take our stuff to the laundry matt to be cleaned. When we let Gary know about these issues, he was on top of them right away and did have the repair guys over in a timely manor. However, we did not receive a partial refund or credit, considering we had 2 major issues one would think we'd be compensated properly. We paid full price for a house that should be fully functional and it was not. I understand the owner can't foresee these issues arising but the right thing to do would've been to offer us a partial credit for the inconvenience. From one business owner to the next. He did a great job about getting people over to repair these items for us but that does not change the inconvenience that they cause. The right thing to do would've been to offer some sort of partial refund to the client considering we paid full price for a house that was not fully functional. Other than that it's a decent location and good house if you're looking to have a family vacation.

The house is beautiful...everything in the house worked and the owner, Gary was very friendly..the pool heater didn't work for the first 15 of 30 days..we don't rent houses without heated pools.The neighbors behind the house played very loud music during the day 2 or 3 times a week. We couldn't hear our own music.
