The owners of Relax on Richmond purchased this stunning holiday house for the family to come together and share special times and WOW did they do it in style.
What a stunning holiday property. Elevated to maximise the sun and privacy you will just know when you arrive that this is going to exceed your expectations in every way.
Drop your bags open the various doors leading to sheltered outdoor areas and take in everything this has to offer. Stylish quality kitchen with induction hobbs and dishwasher, you won't mind cooking here. Spacious, quality living areas with various doors opening out to patios and lawn areas for casual dinning and areas for the children to play safely. TV is available in the living room.
Large master with en-suite and doors opening on to a private patio. Three additional spacious well appointed bedrooms, all extremely comfortable with quality linen. Office if you really have to work while you are on holiday. Internal access garaging, plenty of parking and unlimited Wifi.
Spend your days swimming, surfing, windsurfing or playing golf. Use the Scenic Coastal walkway to connect you to stunning beaches, nature walks, shopping, arts and culture! So much to offer and Relax on Richmond is at the gateway to it all.

Perfect for our family of eight. The beach is stunning, and everything is close by. Piccolo Morso cafe is a must! We also enjoyed Joe’s Garage. The house is clean and comfortable, and if we ever came back to New Plymouth we would be happy to stay here!

We have booked this fabulous property for the last 4 years when we have come down to take part in the Oxfam 100km trailwalker. The house has a fantastic layout, generous bedrooms, great entertaining areas, and an awesome kitchen, all which have made our stays really enjoyable. The only comment I could make was that for some reason with this stay there were only 2 facelothes left out for 6 people & usually there have been enough for everyone - not a major but just a bit of feedback :) Hope to stay again

Loved the location, but this house is a bit tired and unloved. Some of the furniture needs a good deep clean, and some things need to be repaired or replaced. I left a list in the house for the appropriate people. Good response from the managing company when the roof leaked ( people there within an hour, and repaired within 7-10 days). A very big house, clean and close to the beach and the walkway. Loved the barbeque area.

Easy walk to the beach from this well equipped home, the master bed was just right and theshower pressure excellent. We cant fault the property at all and would stay again.

We had a really good time at this property. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. And best of all it was a stones throw to the beach and the walkway. All beds we're comfortable (master bed could maybe be bigger 😜) and it had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday experience.

Booked for 4 singles for 4 nights while we explored the wonderful gardens in Taranaki. We enjoyed being close to the beach for early morning walks. The house was spacious and we made use of the large deck and outdoor table, soaking up the late afternoon sun.

Accessible to walkway, shops, city and gardens we visited. Very comfortable to stay in.
The heating system was too warm for us, but didn't like to touch it - could be cooler in the temperatures we experienced on our visit.
