NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 8 people allowed.
-Maximum of 3 cars allowed to be parked at the property.

PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

Property was well positioned with beautiful views across the marina. House was well appointed with everything provided. Area was quiet and we loved just relaxing on the verandah at the end of the day. Our large car only just fitted into the garage. We enjoyed our stay and will possibly look to stay there again at some stage. Thank you

The property was clean and well presented. It was very convenient to have our own jetty where we had our boat tied to it. The kids also enjoyed the kayaks that were available and they also had fun fishing from the jetty. All and all it was really fun to stay at this property.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The photos were accurate and it's a peaceful location on the marina. Appreciated the quick and easy communication with Davina. Instructions were clear and easy to follow and ideas for sightseeing and places to eat were much appreciated.

This is a well-equipped, comfortable property that suited our family of 6. We enjoyed the marina views and the jetty and the short walk to the local restaurant. My teenagers were looking forward to a sleep in and found that they were awake with the sun at 6.30am, as there were no blinds on the windows. Apart from this we could not fault the house and communication with Davinia was excellent.

The unit was clean and there was lots of room for two couples. Good communication with property manager. There were kayaks, but they don't provide life jackets. It was pretty quiet and a nice neighbourhood. Little bar/restaurant in the marina with good food.

The house looks just like photos 5 mins walking distance to restaurant/bar/bottleshop 15 mins drive to busselton center. The area is so quite the house had everything one will need. The kitchen had all the appliances from electrical plates glasses even salt & sauces.3 Bedrooms big beds fans sheets that you will be asked to wash your self when leaving detergent provided. 2 Bathrooms with 2 towels 2 face flannels extra toilet rolls soap & shampoo nice touch. A wedder outback if you like nice place to sit have cocktails and watch the dolphins swim past. Will be back one day

This is a beautiful property. The location is superb for relaxing and getting away from the hassles of every day life. The hosts were gracious and answered our questions (no matter how silly) speedily and with courtesy. I would recommend this property and I hope to stay there again soon.

The house has black mould growing in the foyer, everything works and is clean but the bed was hard, the garage without remote, the heater needed servicing and made one of the bedrooms hard to sleep in. The plumbing was affected by the tides and water came up through the ground vent in the main bathroom leaving a pool of cold water to walk through. It is a nice house, comfortable but requires work.

Property needs some updates - one side of toaster only worked, tea towels poor - old & stained, use of outdoor chairs around dinning table needs reviewing and linen had a stale smell. Mattress in upstairs beds desperate need of replacing . General maintenance / door handle on slider to deck needs looking at & oven stunk when turned on from old cooking smells.
