We had a great time in the blue house. Our party of 6 had plenty of room. The view is great from the deck and the pool was nice to have. We rented a boat for a day and we were glad we did. Key West is an easy drive. We spent a few evenings there. The home is not fancy but has a nice “beach house” feeling.

Our family of 8 stayed here for Spring break! It is perfectly located between Key west and Marathon. The house is exactly as described on-line. Clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We rented a boat from Mitch and it was so easy and convenient with all the best places to visit by boat mapped out. The pool is a plus to take a tip in the late hot sun. The property manager and team are super responsive and great to work with. We would visit again in a hear beat!

Accurate description of property, one of the cleanest VRBO rentals we've experienced. We enjoyed the view of the water and all the wildlife in the area - pelicans, iguanas, lizards! Close to a great restaurant (Square Grouper, highly recommend). The nearby market was nice to have for cold drinks, quick snacks. We enjoyed the private pool! Property manager was incredibly friendly and asked us a couple times if we needed anything. Thank you for for a wonderful long weekend.

Mitch was excellent with answering any questions and responding to requests. The ocean front location was beautiful and relaxing! We enjoyed using the pool and kayaks on the property. Key West was a 30min drive, we thought it was a perfect distance to experience the fun of Key West and the quietness of Cudjoe Key.

Loved the house. Private, quiet with gorgeous views! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Photos are accurate. Communication with the owner was excellent. About 30 minutes to Key West and 15 minutes to Big Pine Key. Great restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to come back!

Myself and 3 friends decided to travel to the Keys to enjoy some fishing and just check out Key West. We picked the 4 bedroom Blue House that has a great view of the Sunrise over Cudjoe Bay every morning from the porch. The beds were very comfortable and the house was great and had all our needs. Mitch was great and was very attentive to our needs such as getting our TV going just in time for the first games of the World Series. We are from Texas! The only negative we had was sitting out on the porch in the evenings most people should use some kind of Off or insect repellent. A couple of us almost got eaten alive by a tiny bug called No See Ums! You just don't know it till the next day and you are covered in red whelts. We will be back! Thank You Mitch!

We hand a very relaxing family vacation. The house was large and clean, it accommodated my 8 person extended family comfortably. We enjoyed The porch and pool overlocking Cudjoe Bay. Mitch was a very helpful host who made himself available for any questions.

We had the best time on our holiday. This house was great! It's clean and comfortable. Beautiful views and so close to the water. We used the kayaks daily and had fun fishing from the dock. The host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.

The property was a little rustic, could use some repairs and new kitchen supplies, but had plenty of room and is a great location between Marathon and Key West. Management was friendly and very responsive to questions/needs. Really enjoyed our stay!

The property was great. Very private feel even though there were two other houses there. Loved having water access to use the kayaks and fish. Wonderful area for corn hole and gathering. There was even a store in walking distance. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. I really appreciated having some starter soap and paper products until we could get to the store. Mitch was super great and so was the property caretaker. The pool was very clean and such a bonus to have just for us. Would stay here again!

The place is a bit by itself but we expected that so we were prepared. Slept 6 of us just fine, kitchen and rooms were adequate. The view is great and nice to have something there to get out on the water for a bit.

We had a wonderful family Christmas vacation in the Blue house. The 4 bedroom house was perfect our family! And my grandson loved the heated pool, he wore his wetsuit in it on the cold days. The house had everything we needed for the week, and will definitely be back. Mitch was a great host!

We had a wonderful time in the Blue house! The house was clean and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the view from the deck and access to the kayaks, dock, and private pool. We also had a chance to rent a boat for a few days and had a wonderful time exploring all the little keys around Cudjoe. The location was also nice in relation to Key West and the other keys but we really loved just hanging out around the water and pool. Thanks and we'll be back again.
