About this house rental
Beautiful independent house of 45 m2, quiet, at the entrance of the village of Barroux. The village is located on a rocky peak dominated by a castle. Close to the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux, the place is ideal for sports enthusiasts (cyclists and hikers ...) but also for festival-goers (Orange, Avignon and Vaison-la-Romaine) or lovers of good wines. You can also stroll through various Provencal markets or simply rest and enjoy a breathtaking view of the Comtat venaissin plain.
Completely renovated, the air-conditioned cottage is designed to accommodate up to 4 people and a baby. It consists of a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, food processor, extractor hood, pyrolysis oven and microwave oven), a lounge area equipped with a convertible sofa (mattress 140 cm / 200cm) and a TV, a bedroom with a Queen size bed (160cm / 200cm), a bathroom (shower) and toilet.
A large terrace and the landscaped garden will allow you to rest and enjoy the peace and the panoramic view over the plain of the Venetian county.
The land is completely fenced.
For the winter season a flat rate of 30 € will be requested for heating.

This is our 8th summer in Provence. We have stayed sereval great places, but this little house in Le Barroux definitely takes the cake. It was comfortable, had everything we needed and the icing on the aforementioned cake was the beautiful view. Le Barroux is such a friendly and picturesque village and Fabrice is very welcoming and helpful.

Location, Location, Location, absolutely stunning with a view to die for. The property was clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and the added bonus of an outside lockable area for the bike. Found Le Barroux village interesting and the Chateau well worth a visit. Fabrice is a great guy and I'm ashamed to say his English was much better than our French. Thank you great memories and a wonderful stay.

Perfektes Häuschen in wunderbarer Umgebung
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Fabrice ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter, freundlicher Host, der nebenan lebt. Die Lage ist super: zwischen den Dentelles und dem Mont Ventoux gelegen. Auch bei hohen Temperaturen lässt es sich im Haus angenehm wohnen.

Mooi huisje in een leuk dorpje
Huis voldoet ruim aan de eisen: comfortabel, netjes en proper. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar.
De douchekraan is uitgerust met een hendel. Dat heeft als nadeel dat je hem tijdens het douchen per ongeluk in de koude of hete stand kunt stoten. In het eerste geval schrik je, in het tweede gevan kun je brandwonden oplopen.
De wifi is niet erg sterk, op het terras doet hij het niet, maar dat is niet zo belangrijk. Al met al hebben we een fijn verblijf gehad.

wunderschöne 10 Tage in der Provence
Ein wunderschönes, kleines, perfekt eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in der Provence. Alles neuwertig, sehr sauber. Wir waren zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von Le Barroux konnte man gut viele sehenswerte Ziele erreichen. Wir haben in den 10 Tagen viel gesehen und uns auf der wunderschönen Terrasse mit diesem tollen Ausblick

Fijn huisje aan rand oud stadje
Het huisje is heerlijk met airco voor de warme zomer. Je zit grotendeels op de veranda. Het huisje is eenvoudig, maar van alle gemakken voorzien: goede bad en was gelegenheid. In het stadje is een cafeetje dat regelmatig open is en waar brood en wat kruideniersspullen verkrijgbaar zijn. Er zijn ook twee goede eetadressen. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving.

Magnifique petite maison dans un village tout aussi magnifique. Tout confort, tout est fonctionnel, la clim très appréciable (et appréciée). La vue depuis la terrasse est superbe. Plein de beaux villages à voir tout près ainsi que le Ventoux, Avignon, etc... Fabrice, le propriétaire, est très sympa. Nous avons hâte d'y revenir. GS

Beautiful Le Barroux Pied a terre
Exceptionally clean well equipped pied a terre in the beautiful hill top village of Le Barroux. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is included; well equipped kitchen, hot shower, washing machine, TV, WiFi, comfortable bed even an iron and ironing board. The highlight for us was eating breakfast and lunch on the sunny terrace enjoying views over the Luberon. Private parking is a big plus in the medieval village. The owner, Fabrice, is friendly and helpful and did everything possible to make our stay pleasant.

Super gelegen, um Fahrrad zu fahren
Fabrice ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Sein Haus ist ideal für 2 Personen. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in ein Häuschen im Garten aufbewahren.

Peaceful break with amazing views
Our experience was seamless and everything went better than we expected. Fabrice and Natalie were very nice and helpful through all the interactions. Price is very fair for the property and service we got. People in the Le Barroux are very nice and friendly, and 3days after our return home, we already miss them dearly.
Fabrice and Natalie speak English as well (at least their English is as good as my French, which is enough to get by).
We will most likely return to this property when we visit the region again in the future.
Great big thanks to Fabrice and Natalie for helping us have a great holiday.

Une belle place
Ein schönes Haus mit perfekter Einrichtung in idealer Lage für Ausflüge in die Provence. Hier konnten wir unseren 13-tägigen Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen, besonders die Abende bei einem Gläschen Wein auf der Terrasse mit Blick ins Tal.

Superb property ideal location!
Prior to arrival the owner was very responsive to our questions on email which proved to be the easiest way to communicate as Fabrice replied very quickly. The gite is extremely comfortable and everything we needed was there. The view from the terrace is stunning and a great place to sit with a glass of wine. We wanted to explore the Roman sites in the region and this is an ideal base. We were lucky to be there for the medieval festival which brought the village to life. We thoroughly recommend this gite as a place to stay.

Gite neuf, très bien équipé, avec une grande terrasse qui offre une vue sur le Comtat venaissin et le Lubéron. Le jardin permet de trouver de l'ombre tout au long de la journée. Ce gite est idéalement placé au village du Barroux , ainsi il est un point de départ parfait pour visiter les alentours du Mont Ventoux,
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, disponibles et attentifs au bien-être et à la tranquillité des vacanciers.
Nous y avons passé deux semaines très agréables et conseillons vivement cette location.

De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk. Het huisje heel comfortabel en schoon. Het huisje ligt rustig aan de rand van de dorpskern. Er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Het prachtige uitzicht blijft boeien.
