Good value for money very friendly and helpful host

Giannis the owner was really nice very friendly and helpfull, I met his mum too such a lovely lady, the apartment was very clean on arrival and was cleaned every 2 days , the facilities were basic but adequate, the property well maintained with the use of the pool and pool bar, one or 2 problems with the water and wifi while I was there but it was rectified very promptly by Giannis so all ok I will definitely stay there again 😊😊

Only one thing really the mattress was a little too hard for me but I got used to it after a couple of nights so not a problem

Basic, nothing more.

The host was responsive but I didn’t had a convo with him because he always looked busy. He did arrange a babycrib, which I appreciate. It was very basic. The pictures looked more fancier.

Our apartment was next to the busy road, so we heard all the traffic (incl quads!!!) 24/7. The kitchen was really tiny and there wasn’t a good knife or kitchen supply as a microwave, watercooker or something to make coffee with. I just had higher expectations because the reviews were so positive.

Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay in Giannis's apartments. He is very helpful, friendly and available for you if you need something. The apartment is situated 15 minutes by walk from a beach and also away from the main noisy strip, which is great. Thanks

Amazing, highly recommend.

Me and my friends stayed here and we can not wait to go back! Our apartment looked exactly the same as the pictures, great location, the pool area was lovely, the kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials you need, I can not thank Giannis enough for all the help and support he gave whilst we were out there, he was kind enough to give us all souvenirs before we left, highly recommend❤️

Great stay and great value for money. Would stay again

The pool area was lovely and always plenty of sun beds

One of the party has a food allergy so we rely on self catering. The equipment in the kitchen was slightly lacking.

worth recommend

Good place, it all was very clean and recommendable. The owner of apartments was really helpful - always in the contact. There was a little bit far to the beach, but if someone likes to walk - it’s not a problem. A pool is clean and empty very often what is pretty cool. If I fly again to Zakynthos, I will definitely come back here!

Everything is clean and works at perfection, from the AC to the WIFI and so on.

The hot water is consuming very fast because is shared with the other appartaments, but it's not a major problem at all, because it's very hot in Zante and some cold water can only help you.

Great location, really nice rooms and Giannis was really very helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend.

If I had to say one thing it would be that the shower was too close to the toilet in the bathroom.

Highly recommend it!!!!!

Apartments were close to the night life of Laganas. The staff was really friendly, welcoming and available for any needs you might require. The place was very clean and tidy. There were several facilities such as the pool, mini market, atm close to the apartments. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Superb

The apartment was very clean and spacious and the air conditioning and shower both powerful. The location was good, a little far from the strip but a good few restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Giannis was a great host and kindly allowed us to stay in the apartment until our flight in the evening and even gave us some cute little souvenirs! Would definitely stay again 😊

The only negative is that the pool was closed a few days before our arrival due to Covid which was disappointing but Giannis did arrange for a pool we could use at another hotel.

Excellent hosts and quiet but well connected location on the outskirts of Laganas

My friends and I (4) booked an off season holiday at end of September. The accommodation was easy to find and the owner's brother came to meet us (forgot his name, I'm really sorry!). He was easy to contact and keep in touch with and has helped us book excursions, rent a private boat and a car for a better price. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and were given everything we needed including new towels. We received a lovely note on goodbye and a turtle keyring 💗 Thank you for being so accommodating and kind to us. I couldn't recommend this place more if you are looking for an affordable location on the outskirts of Laganas. The shops, restaurants and the beach were within walkable distance. The weather was still nice and warm but with less tourists and the island has lots to offer if you like snorkling, clif-y beaches and walking up to view points.

The only thing we missed out on was the pool as it turned out to be located at the neighbouring hotel which has shut due to lack of tourists. It would have been nice to clarify on booking.com that the pool is only available in peak season and is not located on the premises to avoid disappointment. The kindness and helpfulness of the owner, Gianis and his brother have more than made up for the loss.

The apartman has all you need on holiday. Manager is helpful if you need something.

Little bit far from the beach/1.5Km/.Rent a car is a good choice if you like to explore the island. Apartman facing to the road/a bit noisy/but we were end of the season so not too much.

Very good

The host is super nice and helpful. When we have a problem, he always response immediately. The bedroom is also very clean. Nearby there are lots of restaurants and bars, the beach is also in walking distance.

The WiFi connection is weak, a lot of the time we cannot connect to it.

Clean, comfortable and great pool

The pool access was fantastic. A lovely pool attached to the hotel behind, set off the main road. Great staff at the pool and lovely and quiet. We were initially put in the wrong room but after contacting the staff through booking.com as there is no official reception, they moved us and were lovely about it.

The fridge wasn’t working. There was no plug attached to it to plug in. Staff weren’t really around to speak to.
