Amazing four bedroom two story spacious beachfront house with spectacular ocean views from large floor to ceiling windows and only a 300 metre walk to beach.
Fantastic walking/bike track on the beach promenade opposite house, 200 metres away, one way to breakwater or other direction to mouth of the Hopkins River Moyjil
Swimming & surf beach a 3 minute walk from house, patrolled beach a 5 to 10 minute walk. A ten minute walk to main street & restaurants.
Close proximity to Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village, Lake Pertobe playground, Lawn Tennis Courts, all within walking distance.
Short drive to whale viewing area (seasonal), at Logans Beach.
Less than one hour to the Great Ocean Road and beyond for one of the world's most Scenic coastal drives, and see the 12 Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge and iconic surf breaks
Tower Hill Nature Reserve and historic Port Fairy within 30 min drive, Hopkins Falls is 15 minute drive
House is self contained with full kitchen & laundry. Wi Fi & Netflix included
Four bedroom, one king bed & one double bed upstairs, one queen bed downstairs and children's bedroom with bunk beds (2 singles & trundle). Two bathrooms recently renovated with relaxing bathtub
Both living area's upstairs & downstairs have spectacular ocean views.
House has central gas heating, air conditioning and fans, comfortable furnishings and two dining areas. Upstairs there is large library and table tennis/soccer table
Large private backyard area for use also, with BBQ and outdoor dining setting and children's cubby house.

A great property with plenty of space for extended family. The kitchen was amazing with view of the coast, and the kids loved the table tennis setup upstairs. There is a huge backyard with a bbq and seating, perfect for family dinners

Myself and three friends stayed two nights at this property. It was the perfect place to just relax and have a weekend away (from work, kids etc). Modern finishings, amazing views, beach access a 5 min walk across the road and an easy 10-15 min stroll into centre of town. We did not want to leave. Host Jane was fantastic to communicate with, and we hope to make this a regular catch-up destination.

Overall a very good experience. Appears to be recently refurbished. Comfortable for up to 8 guests, with large modern kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms & sea-view sitting areas on both floors.
Comfortable beds & lounge suites.
May not be suitable for elderly or infirm guests, or toddlers, due to big internal staircase and outside steps.
Also elderly drivers may find the narrow, steep driveway difficult, especially if trying to reverse into the road, with limited traffic visibility.
Some things still need fixing, though.e.g. Very uncomfortable old dining table & chairs (from a garage sale?). Steep front steps need a hand safety rail. Locks on both front and back doors broken & need replacing. Latch on garden gate needs adjusting to enable smooth operation with one hand. Need coat hooks near the front and back doors. A few more coat hangers would be helpful.
All of these are relatively small things to fix and would likely guarantee a 5-star rating every time!

Wonderful homely feeling in abundance, in this 4 bedroom esplanade property with amazing sea views. Great location, close to cafes, restaurants, local LGA supermarket and historic CBD. Very clean (although shower screen bases need a little attention) with nice linen. Very warm heating for winter. Netflix, games and books add to the attraction. Has everything that’s required for a fantastic relaxing holiday.

Spacious house with all the conveniences of home plus a table tennis table. Great location to the beach as well as to watch passing trains. Conveniently situated to shops and attractions. The house is ideal for families and groups and offers a fabulous garden with a BBQ and a fire for those cold nights. We enjoyed our stay very much. We hope to visit again. Thank you for hosting us.

We had a great time at this beautiful property in Warrnambool. So nice to sit on recliners upstairs and at the downstairs dining table to enjoy the views of the sea. The property is really close to Flagstaff Hill, the hot springs and the city centre. Jane was a great host who was very responsive and considerate. We will definitely be back!

The property is clean, well presented and fairly well equipped. It is, however, dated and showing its age. The downstairs bedroom is small, with no wardrobe and no space for a suitcase, necessitating using the bathroom/laundry for the suitcases. Light bulbs were missing in the bathroom (over the sink) and the kitchen. The location is good being close to beach walking tracks and about 15 minute walk to the city centre.
