The location is in the centre on fontane bianche but regardless 500euros i would expect a much much better room and service
Value for money is absolutely no good more than 500euros for a disgusting room. The owner of the room also is not convenient at all.

Horrible. Should be rated -2.5!
Extremely over-priced for what you get! Booking shows property at €90 a night for 3 adults but in the fine print there is an additional €50 (for non-existent) services + €30 cleaning. Tried to cancel but owner only gives partial refund. Run-down and in desperate need of refurbishing. Out-of-date plumbing. Not only was the bathroom not ‘en suite’, it was OUTSIDE. Ant-infested Bathroom. Kitchen & appliances falling apart. No A/C. (Old Standing fan - that stopped working after 1 night.) No working TV. No Wi-fi (owner actually said that ‘ no one uses WiFi anymore’). Noisy location. Access to property on a busy road, difficult/dangerous to access. No view. Only window on room looks out onto a utility area behind the property. Linens provided were thread bare. Avoid at all costs. Not located in the best part of Fontane Bianche.
