Million dollar view from this 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath penthouse on the beach. May be the best view on Okaloosa Island -- see all the way to Navarre and past the Okaloosa Pier as far as the eye can see toward Destin, just six miles to the east.

This beautiful unit is on the perfect floor to watch the dolphins, seagulls and activity on the beach from the huge 32 foot balcony. Watch the boats on the Intercoastal Waterway and have a front row seat for holiday fireworks from front walkway.

Everything has been renovated and updated. Master suite is a dream ..... separate shower, whirlpool tub, vanity area, large walk-in closet, sliding glass door to balcony.

Kitchen is wonderful with a horseshoe shaped breakfast bar, separate lighted wet bar, ice maker, garbage disposal, fridge with water & ice through the double door, ceramic glass top stove, built-in microwave.

Master bedroom has king-sized bed, one guest room has private bath and a king-sized bed, another guest room has 2 sets of bunk beds; one with full sized bed underneath. Extra sleeping with raised queen sized Aero-bed. All with huge closets and television sets. Master bedroom and bunk room both have DVD players. Washer and dryer and second refrigerator add to the convenient features.

Island Echos amenities include: seasonally heated Gulf front pool (usually January to mid-March), picnic and barbeque area, shuffleboard court, lighted tennis courts. Best amenity, of course, is the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico with wide, snow-white beach and clear, clean emerald-green water.

This is a wonderful condo, very spacious, with an awesome balcony overlooking the clear emerald-green waters and sugar-white sands of the spectacular Gulf of Mexico.

Island Echos is one of the favorite destinations for families visiting the Emerald Coast. It's a mid-rise with only seven stories. There are plenty of amenities on site, plus all the amenities of Fort Walton Beach and Destin just a few minutes away.

The Non-Smoking condo has recently been renovated and has new furnishings and new appliances. It's decorated in a very pleasing Florida style which is warm and inviting.

The master bedroom has a king bed, large TV, DVD player. The second bedroom has a king bed and RV. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds -- one with a full mattress under and TV and DVD player . All bedrooms have spacious bathrooms. In addition, there is a queen sized raised Aero bed for extra sleepers.

The balcony is a pure delight with plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor eating area. The views go on forever in both directions. Watch the dolphins frolic from the balcony.

Don't miss the exciting fireworks display on Okaloosa Island at the Okaloosa Island pier. Starts at 9 sharp on Wednesday nights through the summer.

Hurricane Policy: If the state or local government orders a mandatory evacuation for the particular area where the property is located AND you don’t stay at the property, you will receive a full refund for the nights the mandatory evacuation order is in place. Any refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event is over. Please be advised that we cannot promptly respond to support tickets during times of emergency.  

Other situations, like general State of Emergency, voluntary evacuations, canceled/delayed flights, changed travel plans including blocked roads in other areas of the Country or fear of travel, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

We suggest purchasing 3rd party travel insurance when you make the booking in order to be protected for unforeseen circumstances.

Usually places like this are much smaller than they appear, but this one is exactly as advertised. It was able to comfortably fit 9 adults without getting in each other’s way. The furniture was comfortable and the balcony just awesome! The downside was it needed some upkeep. Two of the three toilets broke while we were there, the garbage disposal was not working, and none of the dvd players functioned. The owner was responsive and fixed most of it right away. It was a minor inconvenience but on vacation even those are not welcome. The shower was very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. Don’t wash a lot of clothes as the dryer vents would stop up very frequently… again minor complaint. I would rent it again if I had a large group.

We try out a different condo/resort every summer and have stayed in Okaloosa many times. This unit has a gorgeous view, big balcony, large living space (we had 5 adults and 5 children ages 5-15) and is very well equipped. We loved having laundry in the unit, plus a second fridge since we cook all of our meals for a large family each day. The ice maker was also a huge hit! We were there in peak season and had no trouble with wait times for elevators or finding front row beach frontage to enjoy all day. The unit could use a refresh as it looks and feels dated and a bit worn, but we had a wonderful time overall and the extra amenities helped us overlook the rest.

The view from the balcony was wonderful. Living room furniture not comfortable for a long stay. Beds could be updated. Really upset that there were no cleaning supplies supplied; but maybe that is normal??

We have been able to rent this property several years in a row to ring in the New Year! We love the location and love the condo! I was a little disappointed with the condo cleanliness. It smelled like old musty water was used to clean the condo. There were streaks on the appliances and mirrors. We ended up buying some cleaner and cleaning the surfaces. Overall, we enjoyed the condo and Jason was great with communications with us on check in and check out process.

The guys fishing trip was a fantastic trip. Nice, clean and spacious and plenty of room for all. Beautiful beach, fantastic views and great food! Will definitely stay again and having a great host helps things run much smoother when they’re needed.

Love this unit. The owner emailed all the information for check in well in advance so it wasn’t last minute trying to send everyone gate/door codes. The unit is exactly as advertised. Beds comfy ✅ .. ice machine a plus! And the balcony was perfect. And the couch.. the girls loved that big comfy couch! There are chairs and floats in the closets to borrow as well. The only negative (which is NO reflection on the owner or the unit) is they set up rental chairs the entire stretch of the complex which only leaves very limited space directly in front of the public access. This fills up quickly so plan ahead. We hope to stay again next year!

This is a wonderful condo located directly on Fort Walton Beach. The condo includes three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. There are two refrigerators in the unit which was really helpful for the number of people we had in our group. The view from the balcony is amazing. The owner was responsive to emails and contacts (needed help to locate the entrance information) and within a few minutes she was messaging me with the info. We will definitely return to the condo in the future. (Within close driving distance to Publix grocery and many restaurants. Check out the Shack restaurant right across the harbor from the condo. Great food and service. Hidden gem)

This condo is amazing! The views of the beach are spectacular. You can even see the Wednesday night fireworks from the balcony. The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It had enough beds for 8 adults and 2 kids. We would definitely stay here again.

My family loved the roominess of this condo. The view was great and the beds comfortable. We definitely took advantage of the extra fridge and ice maker. We took 7 grandkids and there was plenty of boogie boards and beach supplies to use in the condo. It was nice that she supplied beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo but i would have rather had free use of the condos beach service so we didn't have to carry them back and forth since they were heavy. There is 3 bathrooms and it had plenty of hot water when all were in use. The owner was great and addressed resolving some minor issues we had quickly. All in all we had a great time and would rent again.

Absolutely gorgeous condo Could not access washer/dryer when we first arrived but communicated with property owner who responded quickly to get maintenence to solve our problem. We had an absolutely wonderful time .... we have already booked the same condo for next year. The condo is exactly as described and tge views from the balcony are breathtaking. Thank you Jason and Angela for sharing your beautiful condo! Back to reality but already looking forward to our escape next yeat.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to check out early. Jason went above and beyond to communicate with us and help us in all of our needs. The listing is exactly what it said it would be. Being directly on the beach and a penthouse was exactly what our family needed. The property appears to be getting updated room by room. So, everything is nice. We will be back!
