Proximity to ski slope is good, only 40/50m from boot room to 3bis ski run..
Staff on arrival are great
Beds are uncomfortable, all of us slept poorly in the week.
On arrival no toilet paper is available, self catering I understand...but a toilet paper would have been appreciated.
The boot room is cold and wet, there is no heater for boots in the basement, so U have to keep your boots in the apartment next to radiators

well located
it was soulless and the rooms are weird shapes! the ceilings are very high so heat is lost quickly and the kitchen cupboards are to high to reach the contents!
2 of our original party were unable to travel which was a blessing in disguise as the kitchen is tiny and only one WC would have created morning queues.

The location was good - if the snow had been better we could have skied in and out, but at Easter there's always a risk of that not being the case. It was quiet. Easy free parking nearby. Everything worked. Communication with the agency was good. There was plenty of space in the twin room and our two teenage children had no complaints. There's an Android TV with built-in Netflix and Google apps (if you have an account for both).
The kitchen was well equipped with hob and oven, plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils etc. Could do with one extra cupboard for groceries - you just leave stuff on the worktop, but as there's space for that it's not a huge problem. If you were planning to eat in every night and bring a big load of groceries with you then you might need to reorganise things a bit!
The main bedroom had very little space around the sides of the bed and no bedside tables. The double bed had two single mattresses which weren't the comfiest, so we both had some trouble sleeping. The drawers in the chest of drawers were very stiff and didn't open easily.
There were leftover half-empty bottles of some unidentified liquid in the fridge when we arrived and one solitary dishwasher tablet (this may have been left by the previous occupants? There was a little welcome pack which had a small container of washing-up liquid, general cleaning liquid and a sponge - the addition of even one dishwasher tablet would have been a nice touch).
The apartment was mostly clean, but dusty e.g. the towel-rail bars, corners of floors). Not the end of the world, but the sort of thing you notice and creates a negative impression.
The sofa-bed in the lounge was quite uncomfortable as a sofa as you could clearly feel the frame-bars through the thinly padded fabric on the back-rest, and as this was the only soft-furnishing in the lounge area it was that or the wooden dining-table chairs. We didn't use it as a bed so can't comment on that. If you were at full occupancy of 6 people and wanted to sit comfortably in the lounge that's not an option - not unusual in ski apartments where space is at a premium, but it isn't even enough for 4 people.
Overall it was a little frustrating as the apartment has the potential to get an excellent rating with a few changes and additions, but as it is I can only rate it as good - not great, but not bad.

location
insufficient checking in details name of property not the one displayed on the building

in first place we did not stay in that property due to an outage the flat was not prepared for out arrival. the flat that we were given instead well equipped and in the same building that this property. we were offered a discount of 20%.
the hosting company operates too many flats in Cervinia and consequently they were not able to prepare the flat for our arrival. instead of 3 rooms (2 double and one signe) we ended up in a way smaller flat.

There's a limit on internet of which is no information in the offer. Even managing personnel don't know what it is. But you will learn it painfully once you cross it, because than it just shuts down.

Very friendly and flexible staff! One extra point for that.
- We were here just start of the season in the end of November so there was no ski in - ski out possibility but location is very good even if you walk to elevator.
- There was warm battery on the wall in bathroom. Just remember to put some heat on apartment.
- Decent kitchen. We made just breakfast.
- Decent off-season pricing if you compare it to the quality of the apartment.
Building seems to be quite old and needs renovation. Not sure if it is Italian style to build things but windows are made with single glass. Totally waste of heating energy :) There was about -15C in nighttime outside so heating needs to be turned maximum and remember bring warm socks!! Floors are quite cold but some parts are warm maybe because the heating pipes run underneath floor in some parts. Bathroom floor is cold.
- Because of old building/single classes you can hear if someone is talking outside, loud cars driving in front of building or someone walking in stairs. Not much of a problem for us but maybe someone. Otherwise building was quiet and no noise from other apartments. Not sure how many people live here anymore.

Spacious, 3 bedrooms, well 2 and a half actually, because one is really small. The building apartment is right on the slope. It's an ski out-ski in location. Dish washer machine was very useful. Five minutes walk to town. Good price.
Not that clean, light bulbs missing in all the rooms. Outdated.

Quite good apartment in the huge apartment building just on the slope of Cevinia skiresort (you need to walk just 30m & put your ski). The apartment & building itself is a bit obsolete (from 1970-1980), but it's not an issue, there is a lift, the basement with lockable metal cases for skies, apartment was just for 5 people (3 bedrooms: 1+2+2), + big living room to sit together, bathroom was renovated - nice, small kitchen, but fully equipped & modern. For group of friends just perfect, also bigger family can stay comfortably. Free parking nearby, restaurants & bars in Cervinia center 200m from the house.
No internet (WiFi) - this should be automaticaly included in 21th century!:-))

Great apartment and location. Washing machine was handy and hosts very helpful.
Needs a shower curtain in the bathroom. Hot water doesn’t last very long.
