It has a large living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.
Three double bedrooms, one with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a double sofa bed , two renovated bathrooms.
Plus, a gorgeous 40 mq. terrace, air conditioning and private parking place. Lift up to the 4th floor.

We stayed here for 1 week. The positives: 1. 2 blocks from the beach; 2. A beach umbrella, lounge and chair are included in the price; and if you want more, let the agent know and you will be given a voucher that will entitle you to 50% of the list price; 3. Surrounded by numerous restaurants and stores; 4. A supermarket is right below the apartment; 5. It was clean; 6. It was spacious and more than enough for the 5 of us; 7. Massive balcony. 8. Communication with the host was great. 9. There is a washing machine, refrigerator and Air-conditioning unit which were very helpful as we were there in the middle of summer. It also has a dishwasher, microwave, and oven which we did not use. 10. There was free private parking just behind the property that requires a FOB to enter. We felt safe. There were no surprises. We knew that there would be no WiFi, and that the elevator ends on the 5th floor (the apartment is on the 6th floor), and that we needed to bring our own toiletries, and towels. We checked-in with an agency, where we took the keys and the bedding. I am grateful that the host communicated with us during our stay and was solicitous to our needs, and I hope that our suggestions will be taken into account for future guests. I believe that the place was a good value for our money. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed in this flat one week as a group of 7 people, age 23 to 28: - wonderful roof top terracce directly at the pedestrian zone - the water boiler has a small capacity, so only cold shower after the first lucky person - the kitchen has enough equiptment, but essential things like cuttibg boards are missed and some of the bug pots have broken off handles, so cooking an adequate amount of pasta for 7 people is a little bit dangerous - a dishwasher was there, but in a quite dirty condition - the sink's drain was almost blocked - generally the equipment can be considered as old and strongly used - good and spacious refridgerator Now to the hustle of the Eurovacanze Agency: - check-in seemed to work well, but a never mentioned deposit (X€) and cleaning fee (Y€) was asked (that was what I've been told), although all bills were included according to FEWO - I only recieved a handwritten receipt for the "deposit" after asking and the trick was, that they wrote there X€ for cleaning fee! - Without any Y€ cleaning fee receipt, and only with the receipt with the X€ cleaning fee, they hustled the whole amount...
