About this apartment rental
Amenities: Private outdoor hot tub, secure private garage for gear storage/smaller vehicles, private outdoor patio, barbeque grill, electric fireplace, heated bathroom floors, washer/dryer, parking for two vehicles, Smart TV, portable A/C units (summer), gear storage, private entrance.
Condo Layout: Master bedroom and second bedroom both have king beds. These can be split into two twins (please contact us at least 72 hours prior to check in to request this). The third bedroom has a murphy bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The unit has two full bathrooms, one of which is the master ensuite.
Bike/gear storage: There is a private garage which can be used to store gear, vehicle, or both (space permitting). The unit also has an allocated storage room in the basement of the complex which can be used to store bikes, skis/boards, boots, golf clubs, etc...
Parking: There are two designated parking spots. One in the single garage for a regular size vehicle (Trucks and large SUV's won't fit; garage clearance is approximately 7'3" in height, and 7'6" width. One outdoor space allocated to the condo. Visitor parking is also available on a first come first serve basis. Please note we CANNOT guarantee parking for more than one vehicle given the demand for visitor parking and the size of the garage. Trailer parking is strictly prohibited.

The condo is beautifully decorated with neutral tones in the living/ dining room area and kitchen. The full kitchen has stunning light wood cabinetry and everything a chef could wish for. Out on the deck, you will find a barbeque grill equipped with complimentary propane, outstanding view, and a private hot tub. The first two bedrooms can be configured with kings or twin beds upon request , the den has a murphy bed and the living room has a sofa bed. The bathrooms are clean, spacious, with heated floors.

The space was terrific! Having a garage to store and work on bikes in the evening was very nice. Living space was clean and well styled. Hot tub was a great bonus

Great stay. Very nice property.

Good location related to the hill. There were seven of us and it was comfortable for everyone. The main area was very spacious and the hot tub was great!

Great location. Hot tub was great. Parking plus guest spot all worked out great. Very convenient for getting to the mountain for snowboard / ski trip with friends and easy to get into town for restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a nice stay and a great location 3 mins from the resort. It is quite pricey for the value but there aren't many options in the area with a private hot tub. We would stay here again.

To start, the location of this rental is amazing. 6 minute drive to the resort, even in the snow! It’s a great spot if you’re in town for skiing.
The actual unit was good, functional. It was small, I wouldn’t say it’s for 8 adults. But we made it work. Only 6 chair at the dining room, so we had to use ottomans.
The listing stated the second bedroom had a King that could be changed to twins if requested, we needed a king so I assumed it would be set that way, but when we got there it was set up as twins, so I suggest double checking. Then when we went to move the beds together there was a pile of trial mix under the bed. So that immediately made me nervous about the overall cleanliness.
The den with the Murphy bed was confusing and VERY hard, not comfortable. I’m guessing it’s a code issue because there aren’t windows in that room so they couldn’t put a real bed in it, but I’d bring a blow up bed and not sleep on the Murphy bed.
The hot water tank was not strong enough for a 8 person listing, it would get cold after one shower. Although it would refill semi quickly. Made a tough morning with 8 adults.
The kitchen had everything we needed, although it is due for some new pots and pans. They also didn’t have any cleaning supplies for counters.
Overall, it was a good unit. I’d stay there again but with less people and would make sure before we arrived that bedrooms were set up how we needed.

Disappointed
No air conditioning in the unit which made it very uncomfortable for a summertime stay. Had to call the property manager to bring floor fans which I had to assemble. Couldn’t use the patio because the grounds around the complex aren’t maintained and it was a mosquito haven. BBQ was dirty. Dog feces along sidewalk up to the unit. Could hear dogs barking continuously from other units.

Great place to stay
It was a new condo and a very nice place to stay but I need to mention two issues we had:
1. The sofa bed's pillow sheets were not washed.
2. The second and very important one is that the Unit doesn't have AC and the doors were not equipped with screens. If we closed the door, then it would be very hot inside and if we opened them then tones of flies and mosquitos coming inside. The landlord should either install an AC or equip the door with screens to resolve the issue.

Powder Highway Adventure
Clean unit with easy access to Revelstoke. The unit is a little sterile, lighting is a little harsh . . . but everything was comfortable and functional. Worked great for 5 guys on a ski adventure.

Great spot for a family
We had a great stay here, the proximity to the ski hill was perfect, we did stay in the summer and enjoyed most of the activities up at the hill. We will definitely be back for a winter trip in the near future.

Nice apartment unit
This ground floor unit was very clean & spacious. We were there in the fall, but I can see how it would be great in the winter. Good proximity to ski hill and garage parking for a smaller vehicle. Hot tub is a nice bonus too.

Revey bike trip
Hot tub was set at 86’ so could not go in the first night , BBQ was filthy , grease trap was broken and on the ground, nothing to clean BBQ, the bathroom mats were dirty with previous occupants hair on mats, location was great close to the hill and garage was great to store bikes

Nice place, only 3 minute easy drive to the ski area, and about the same into town. We really appreciated the contact, prior to our arrival, from the management about how we wanted the beds set up in the second bedroom...........one king, or two singles.
The unit was roomy and exceptionally clean, had everything we needed except paper towels. The hot tub is fantastic and soooo convienient, with a nice view and privacy. Thanks for a great stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Granite Ridge Condo. It was a special vacation as my adult kids and their partners joined us from around the world. It is never that easy to find reasonably priced accommodations for 6 people in a unit that is very comfortable. These condos fit the bill. In addition to the comfort and amenities offered in this unit, one of the best features is........location! location! location! It is literally a two or maybe three minute drive to the base area. So convenient. Ans when we were in Revelstoke, it snowed just about every day and when we would get up to go to the resort, the maintenance crew had cleared the driveway, the parking area, and you also get one car garage. Very nice! As for the specifics fo the unit, it can sleep 8 people, the kitchen is modern and well equipped, there is a washer and dryer ( very important on a ski vacation) and an absolutely wonderful hot tub on the back porch. If you are looking for units in Revelstoke, and this is available, GRAB IT!Regards,Bob Marra

Better detail to cleaning # 1 spot to stay?
Property was fairly new a little more attention to detail on cleaning not sure if sheets were washed towels on beds were soaking wet when we arrived and some scum in the hot tub could use more tee towels and more face cloths my wife re washed all the bedding which shouldn’t be our responsibility for which I paid for cleaning in the price hopefully better for the next people property manager all over trying to accommodate but basically if it’s clean that’s my biggest pet peave good location two minute drive to the hill for skiing

Great place but thin walls
Great location, excellent condo. Just 3 minutes from the slopes. I would recommend to try and get one at the back of the development as that has a good view and a more private hot tub. Only negative was that the master bed seems to be placed against a wall that the neighbors have their TV mounted on. So I was enjoying Bohemian Rhapsody at 1 AM.

Perfection!
This condo was perfect for our annual ski trip for 4. Well appointed and very comfortable. Located just a few minutes from the Revelstoke ski resort and a few more minutes into town for dining out, groceries, and poking around in the shops. Having our own hot tub was a special treat! We hope to return again someday!

Un beau voyage familial pour les amoureux du ski que nous sommes. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans un décor magique. La neige était au rendez-vous pour rendre notre expérience inoubliable. L’appartement est spacieux et accueillant. Nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié.
