I got to the hotel, and there was no soap. I went to the counter and told the staff. The guy said I think I heard that I said I’m going to dinner and have it brought up to my room after. I came back at about 9:00 PM and asked the guy if they brought the soap up or was he going to give it to me. he sent me a route of soap it’s backordered. I said how could you be out of soap I did up leaving the hotel at 9:15 PM to find a grocery store to buy soap.
I asked to see the manager the next morning. She said we’ve had supply chain issues because of Covid. I said that was 2020. It’s now 2024.
I would stay away from this hotel, unless you bring your soap

No microwave in the room and the shower floor was very slippery due to the water softener. Very close to falling.

I liked it all. 😊
My neighbor to the left threw something and hit the wall a couple times scaring us. Other than that it was a very good stay.

The hotel was okay for a Marriot. The rooms were comfortable, and the facilities were in good condition.
- Breakfast is not included
- There were kids making noise at 8am
- The hotel is a little bit flexible in their quiet policy. One night, some guests were outside in a bonfire, they put music and were talking loudly.

Front desk staff were helpful. Late check out was not a problem, and (although the guest printer was not working) the front desk staff were able to give me a printed copy of a document.
Local knowledge of facilities (shopping malls, restaurants etc) was poor. As there is no restaurant as such on site, breakfast was not what we had come to expect from the US.

I enjoyed the convenience of having a place to eat inside the hotel. The employees at the reception desk were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The clerk on the morning of 11/6 at 8AM deserves special thanks. She helped me with my transportation back to the airport so that I didn't miss my flight.
I wish there could have been 1 or 2 items on the menu that were gluten free. Also, I like to take the earliest flight I can which can cause conflict with checking in. I knew this before I arrived. Since I hadn't rented a car, I wanted to spend some time by the pool to relax. Since I had no room yet, access to the pool needed the clerk to open the door. It would have been nice to have a "dummy" card with access only to the pool until my room was ready.
