We arrived at the apartment and it was not clean, it still had everything as previous customers had left it. In particular, unmade bed, towels on the floor. It was really bad. we contacted the owner, and she didn't even deign to talk to us on the phone. Said she'd call right away and we were on hold. as it was at night we had a baby we had to submit and we stayed there sleeping. We spoke to the owner only by text message, she never called us and justify what happened. we said to her that we will clean the apartment because we have no alternative we needed to stay there, it´s was to late to find another place! There was hair on the floor and everything was dirty. It was horrible. the owner told us that she would later compensate us in value for having cleaned the apartment, which later did not happen. charged us the full amount. Above all, we criticize the fact that this lady has no word, is not a serious person and, above all, is irresponsible. whoever has a business like this cannot do this.

Pretty little appartment in the heart of Tours. Nice stay for a few nights for a couple or a family of 4 (little kids).

Dirty sheets, dirty duvet, dirty towels, dirty extra bed, dirty kitchen, dirty fridge. We had to use the towels as duvet as it was dirty.

Great location, paid for parking down the road. Very close to restaurants.

I didn't like that there was a full load of washing in the machine that if I didn't hang out would have been left sitting for 2 days. I had just started my holiday and really didn't want to other people's laundry.

The location was great, close to school, Les Halles, Beaux Arts, restaurants, bakers, shops. Roomy comfortable, sparsely, tastefully decorated, view of the square below,

but it faces a square where students had a riotous time whenever they could. Sometimes someone shouting on the square at 3 or 4 a.m. Street cleaned noisily and garbage collected (glass recycling)between 6 and 7 a.m. Not the fault of the owner. Polyester pillows really needed a wash. I did not like being hounded by Booking.com the whole time I was there.

Charming apartment, full of character, and felt spacious. Central location.

Very noisy at nighttime, until at least 2am even during the week. Shutting the doors did block the noise to a certain extent but then the apartment was hot and uncomfortable, even with the fans provided. This wouldn't have been problematic if it was just us adults staying, as we would have taken advantage of the location to go out in the evening and maybe sleep a bit longer in the mornings, but as we were with small children it made for quite difficult nights and a very tired family!

The location was perfect to move around. Super comfy and spacious with everything you may need for your stay in Tours. The washing machine works perfectly.
