Property was clean and as advertised. Everything was in working order. Only issue was the typo on the code to get into the building. Called the help number and issue was resolved quickly

Great place for ski in and ski out. Close to everything. Nice little kitchen, bathroom, living room and warm fireplace. Easy to light. Murphy bed very confortable (for 2), couch area cozy. Pull out couch not too confortable if you weigh over 175Lbs. Not a lot of room for multiple suitcases once both beds are down. Hard to move around. So put them up after you wake up. Only inprovement would be to get a better matress for the couch (if you can) and some draw space for cloth. Great place and I would stay again. Hot tub very close and outstanding.

Comfy and cozy, convenient distance from the mountains.

This place was smaller than the pic makes it seem. The hot tub was barely warm. Got locked out because my code expired and was a mess trying to get back in. I don’t recommend unless you’re into stressful vacations

The room was nice. It had everything I needed. Very clean, kinda small. I was there during the off season so the village was gostly quiet, but in the winter it would be awesome. Tons of fun and the mountain is awesome.

WARNING! THIS IS A PROPERTY IS IN POOR CONDITION, WITH NO UPKEEP, NO AMENITIES, AND IS TINY TINY TINY!
Thereb is no reason to stay here unless you are tired of living in your van.
Directions to this place, super confusing. Good luck figuring out where the door is.
Amenities- lots of coffee filters, no coffee. No salt. No pepper. No oil. Your on your own. The stove- one of the heating elements was flopping around loose.
The shower valve is barely attached (seriously sketchy), the shower door caulking is moldy. No conditioner, just a tiny shampoo.
Parking pass is on the back of the door, after you spend 15 min searching for it.
The bed.. it's a Murphy bed.. that is on the floor! Behind the bed is a giant void with the mechanical equipment and a ton of dust.. so gross.
Don't think about opening the sofa and the bed at the same time.. there's just not enough room.
The heating system?? Good thing it wasn't that cold! The fireplace it's for looks.
Long story short, this is a college dorm room with tile. It's poorly manage and maintained. Bare bones minimum attention.
Oh.. and the hot tub.. it's a closet in the hallway with a section of door cut out so the entire floor smells like chlorine.
DON'T STAY HERE!

We arrived in the evening. There is no lobby, no signage where rooms are, and we walked around for an hour trying to find our room. We called the management company “Vacasa” who gave us the wrong room number and wrong door codes. Even with the help of other residents, we couldn’t find the room anywhere (because it didn’t exist.) After calling back and going through another 30-min call, we were finally given the correct room number and new code. Only to find the elevator was broken (no sign) and the door lock to our private balcony was also broken so we couldn’t even enjoy sitting outside. One star because the location is nice, but since we came in mid-October, many places was closed in the lodge center due to being in between summer and winter season. Overall, I would never choose to stay here or work with Vacasa again.

3rd year making this a summer retreat location. The accommodations are just about right. The size and layout are good with a balcony y to boot in the middle of a quiet village for summertime. Trail and town access are spot one. There could be more shelf space to put ones additional clothing would be about the one main suggestion. .... and stay on top of building maintenance to inform when elevators, hot tubs are not working plus crew to leave parking pass and ac controls in proper place and boom to perfection

Location to the lift couldn't get better than this. Usually prefer an outdoor hot tub, but this indoor one did the trick. Was actually nice that it was indoors as there were several snow storms while I was there. Walk to Main Street was about15+ minutes. Never needed to meet with property manager, so 3 stars for "okay"

This unit was ok. The bathroom was not in good shape. The shower door was broken and unable to close, loose tiles and water handle was rotting. Location is excellent but a challenge to initially find.

Nothing like being in your bindings a minute out the door.

Perfect spot for hiking and climbing park city! Had trouble with TV and the shower door was almost impossible to open and close. It was also a little weird that the Murphy bed opened up and laid directly on the floor, that was a first. Nice kitchen.
Vacasa customer service was perfect!!!

Good location close to the lifts and rental shops. Nothing fancy, but place was clean. Would stay there again.

I checked in and gave me wrong code at first. That was a small detail compared to the actual experience. It was sweltering when I entered. Christmas trees are still up as décor! Smelled musty and unused for a long time. I put my things down and went to my meeting. Came back around 10pm and unfolded the 30* year old pull out couch and never got such a bad nights sleep in all my years. Sheets were on bed and DIRTY! Yes, dirty sheets on bed! I pulled out blanket and sheet from musty closet and changed the sheets. Mattress is 2 inches thick and that is no exaggeration! I woke up in morning and just had too much to accomplish on my business trip so I check out into a real hotel within an eye-shot of this place. I called for a refund and no-one would help. Literally 2-3 hours on phone and no-one was slightly helpful. I was just plain out of luck and never heard from anyone again even though every customer service person said that a manager would call back. My first TERRIBLE experience from someone who does a lot of travel.

This place was filthy. We left after the first night. The tub was clogged and the prooerty could not get a plumber fir 48 hours. I took pictures of the feces and food debris coming up. The toilet ran and would not flush so we had to walk to the lodge to go to the bathroom. I am requesting a refund. Absolutely terrible experience.

Overall the unit is fine. We also could not get the fireplace to function. Could also use instructions for the heat/AC unit. Not terribly intuitive. We had myself and 16-year-old son. With the couch bed out and the Murphy bed down...there is almost no room to do anything but sit on them. We had to use the chairs to put our bags on. So convenient location within the resort. Nice to be able to get back midday if you need to swap something out. Our experience with the property management company was terrible. I found them very unfriendly and unhelpful. I absolutely believe I asked about bag storage if the unit was not available earlier than the 4:00 check in time. Be warned that although this unit is in the Lodge at Park City it is privately owned and therefore the front desk will have nothing to do with you! They would not allow us to store bags as “you are not renting from us!” I called the property management folks and they said “yep you can’t store bags with the front desk.” We arrived via Uber about 11:15 and planned to ski 1/2 day. I finally walked over to the actual resort lodge and they went WAY above/beyond to find me a way to store our bags. We finally got on the slopes 2.5 hours before the lifts closed. So the cautionary lesson is do NOT show up before 4:00 without a vehicle to store bags or a confirmed plan. I believe this stems from the property managements “it’s either available for early check in at 9:00 AM (you will receive an email telling you “yea” or “nay.” If it’s NOT available for “early check in” you cannot get in prior to 4:00 PM. In reality it could be cleaned at 10:00 AM, but I was told they do not have a way to check with the local agent! That seems really hard to comprehend...but that’s their process. So I would stay in the unit again...but not with renting from this property management company.

Great location for skiing and perfect for 1-2 person getaway!
Very well situated studio unit located right at the lifts with easy access to stores, restaurants and night life. Tiny but complete unit has everything necessary-kitchen, comfy couch, fold down bed, hot tub and laundry in the building. The only drawback for us was the outside area was under construction so the elevator from the parking area wasn't functional which made the luggage transfer harder, and the area wasn't as attractive and welcoming as it should be. But overall a great location and good value.

Great location!
Loved that it was close to everything in town, parking is awesome, easy access. Fully furnished with the essentials, only complaint would be that the blinds let in light due to thin burlap style curtains. Rather than that it’s perfect!

Wonderful stay
This little studio condo was perfectly located adjacent to the Park City Mountain with the alpine coaster, shops, and restaurants. It was an easy drive to Main Street, Deer Valley, and Kimball Junction. The small kitchen was well stocked and the Murphy bed was very comfortable. I would rent this again!
