Un Paradiso in Puglia!

Se potessi dare più di 10 lo farei, lo merita! Struttura bellissima, nuova, moderna circondata da un verde giardino pieno di palme e piante varie con una deliziosa piscina. Il tutto fronte mare alle porte di Bari. Noi avevamo la suite King con la vasca idromassaggio, una favola! Letto comodo, pulizia al top, arredamento moderno molto chic dalle pareti all'illuminazione a soffitto. Buon prosecco gentilmente offerto al nostro arrivo. Il proprietario Emanuele solare, dinamico e simpaticissimo ci ha preparato una colazione sublime con cornetti ancora caldi e buffet completo di tante altre cose. Peccato essere rimasti una sola notte, la prossima volta potrà essere la nostra base per visitare la bellissima Puglia, da Bari a Polignano a Monopoli e altro ancora. E' un vero Paradiso. Grazie di cuore ad Emanuele, la sua ragazza a alle sue belle zie!!!

Niente!!! Non si puo' chiedere di meglio. Qualità/prezzo più che ottima!

Parfait.

Tout vraiment. dès qu'on passe le portail d'entrée , une impression d'être hors du temps, très bel endroit, et on est reçu avec le sourire . Une chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Une piscine et un jardin dépaysant. Le calme , le parking privé et fermé Le petit-déjeuner parfait avec un choix de viennoiseries plus que suffisant. Adresse à retenir car Bari au mois de septembre bcp de structures sont fermées.

We love the beautiful garden space, pool, and breakfast area. The rooms are classic modern Italian with beautiful marble tiling. It is a place of rest and rejuvenation.

Meeresblick und Croissant-Duft: Entspannung pur im charmanten Resort der Familie

Die Anlage ist einfach traumhaft schön. Emanuele und seine Familie haben hier ein Paradies an der Küste geschaffen, das einfach unbeschreiblich schön ist. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit Meerblick, die Küste ist nicht so besonders, aber wenn man durch das Tor in das Resort fährt, glaubt man in einer anderen Welt zu sein. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Appartement sehr schön, groß und sehr sauber. Die Terrasse groß und gemütlich, in der Küche war alles da, was man braucht. Der Gastgeber Emanule war soo freundlich und sympathisch. Er hat uns bei der Ankunft alle Orte empfohlen, die einen Besuch wert sind - und es hat 100 %ig gestimmt. Und zum Frühstück hat Emanule uns mit frischen Croissants verwöhnt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Es fällt uns schwer, Aspekte zu finden, die uns nicht gefallen haben, da unser Aufenthalt durchweg positiv war. Wir freuen uns auf einen weiteren Besuch in der Zukunft, um auch die erneuerte Küstenlandschaft zu erleben.

Great location for short or long stay. Very nice rooms, delicious breakfest, very helpful personel. It is worth to mention this location has small number of rooms while at the same time big garden and swimming pool - this is for sure an advantage.

My room had bathroom and toilet without doors - it was by design and did look very modern, yet not everyone might like it.

Exceptional

Pool area well maintained, whole place exceptionally clean, grounds really well kept and staff went out of their way to help, even on our final day when we needed bus tickets, they drove to the local tobaccanist to purchase some and refused payment. A perfect base for Bari with stunning location looking out over the Adriatic.

Everything was superb! Maybe for non-couples the bathroom without a door/wall is a little bit awkward

Lavish boutique accommodation superb breakfast

Facilities were great and Manu gave us all the information we needed. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

Our room was amazing with a full kitchen, large refrigerator and even a washer and dryer. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good traditional Italian fare. Perfect location just out of town to local cities. Our host Emanuel was perfetto and gracious. We would definitely return again.

There really isn't anything worth mentioning.

Everything was great!

A very pleasant stay. First of all - the owner is great. Very nice and helpful 😀. There was no problem with anything I asked him. Our room was clean and modern. Beautiful garden with swimming-pool. Good breakfast with delicious crossaints. The bus no. 12 stops in front of the hotel.

Splendid place, superb host, top of class amenities!

We liked the host:Emanuel, superb personality, welcoming, punctual.Also the cleanliness of the property, exceptional quality of the room components:bathroom, shower, lights.We loved the pool, the hacienda like breakfast area.

The breakfast was awesome, cheese and cold cuts variety and generous number of croissants. I would have liked perhaps eggs once in a while to be added to it.

I would rate it among the top 5 of my 100+ stays during last 10 years. The property is amazing, the host is the most helpful ever. Besides being so responsive, agile and courteous, he went out of way to get a car hired from a local connection as I couldn't get one at the airport. He also suggested very nice dinning options in the area, more specifically Tore A Mare. The breakfast was simple but amazing. Room and the amenities were really luxurious. Amazing view of the garden and the see as soon as you get out of the room. A romantic mid night walk with my wife in full moon in the property's garden in so much calmness is something to cherish the whole life. I won't say that I would love to stay again, rather I would visit Bari next time only to stay here. Thanks for your contributions in making the trip a memorable one.

Nothing about the property, as it was outstanding. Traveller needs to keep in mind that it's somewhat distant from the City and the Airport. But no problem Bus C12 goes there directly from the Central Train Station, though you won't find it in the City transportation schedule. Not plenty of option to eat in walking distance but plenty in Tore A Mare, only 8-10 minutes drive from the property. Beach is not sandy and the area is overcrowded on the weekends. But the quality of the Villa/Property outweighs all these demerits. So, ignore them.

One of the best stays on my memory!

Extremely great staff! Super nice room that was upgraded for free, great breakfast (croissants are even better than in France, sorry France). Clean and nice pool.

Seaside Beauty

Breakfast was exceptional with cheese/lsalami / prosciutto as well as some terrific croissants. Emanuele’s cappuccino is the best. Emanuel could not have been more welcoming and his restaurant recommendations were spot-on.

Fantastic location, Emanuele did everything to make our stay perfect

Very warm welcome by Emanuele. The room was fantastic, very modern with all amenities (washing machine, ...) The terrace was very pleasant as well as the swimming pool And a lot of restaurants are nearby. Not needed when you see the breakfast The cherry of the cake is the see view.

Incredible place!

Clean and quiet place , nice garden and big parking! There is a pool , very clean and not very busy! I recommend this in any way! Breakfast its simple but very delicious and in anyway pretty enough!

Toilet and shower doesn’t have door , they are just in to the room behind the short wall…this can put every couple or guests in little confusing situations! 😳 Also be careful with floor- its very slippery!
