You are invited to enjoy this Room & Board furnished and fully decorated home, with its modern yet cozy interiors. At the center of the house is a large living room with a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, 4K TV, and Sonos sound system (which includes outdoor speakers). A powder room is easily accessible from there or from the pool deck. The gourmet kitchen features a barstool island and a dining table which seats eight. The private master bedroom (with all-marble, newly renovated en suite bathroom) enjoys direct access to the backyard and pool. On the other side of the house, there are two guest bedrooms with queen beds and a full guest bathroom. A finished tiled basement provides an additional living area with a TV, queen sleeper-sofa, and laundry room.
Outside, the property is meticulously landscaped, creating lush and completely private outdoor spaces that will transport you to another realm. With a heated pool, outdoor hot-water rain shower, Weber grill and stone patio, including ample dining and lounge furniture, you will have the ultimate outdoor experience just outside your door every morning. And best of all, you’ll sometimes even hear the sound of the ocean waves from your backyard!
This picturesque slice of the Township of Southampton is easily accessed from New York City, only 1½ hours by car and 2 hours by train or bus. Nearby Westhampton Beach has much to offer: restaurants, casual coffee shops, shopping, a performing arts center (featuring celebrity concerts and theater), live music most weekend evenings, art shows, a weekly farmer’s market, and various outdoor events.
Remsenburg’s unique location at the beginning of the Hamptons allows quick access to the charming villages of the South Fork (Southampton Village is a 30 minute drive), the pastoral farms and vineyards of the North Fork (25 minute drive), and Tanger Outlets (20 minute drive), allowing you to choose your locale based on the day's whim and experience the best of what each Fork has to offer!
