A magnificent, architect-designed luxury villa with a panoramic view of the sea, surrounded by granite rocks in the outskirts of Skärhamn. It is perfect for families or large parties that have high demands for comfort and quality. The lovely 18 m² indoor pool has a depth of 160 cm, and there are two relaxing whirl pools as well as a sauna. Enjoy the view and the atmosphere from the terrace. The first floor has an open kitchen and living room, with plenty of space for cooking and socialising. The living room has a TV with satellite dish as well as a wood stove. One of the whirlpools is located in the spacious pool room, next to a couple of relaxing chairs where you can watch the children. A sauna and bathroom is connected to the pool room. One of the bright and fresh bedrooms is located on the first floor, while the four others are up the staircase, where the common room has abedable sofa and an extra bed. From the balcony and common room on the second floor, you have a wonderful view of the ocean and the sea lane beyond. 150 meters to a bathing spot, with a dock, rocks and small beach. To go further out for fishing or swimming, you can rent a motorboat from the owner. In Skärhamn, you will find a tank station as well as many cultural offers. Skärhamn has many charming restaurants and shops that welcomes your arrival.
