Great views of the Gulf of Mexico from this third-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo at San Remo on Redington Shores Large balcony, Gulf front pool, spa, BBQ, and Free WIFI. The condo was completely renovated with a new kitchen with Keurig, bathrooms, flooring, furniture, and décor.  Enjoy beautiful sunsets from this unit balcony! Small Pet Friendly with a $250 Pet Fee! *****Due to storm - the beach is inaccessible for a couple of weeks and pool is inaccessible for a couple of months . However, unit has power, water and WiFi. *****

Gulf Front - Redington Shores is bordered by North Redington Beach to the north, Madeira Beach to the south, the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. Redington Beach is primarily a waterfront residential community and the town is approximately 1 square mile in size.

The town of North Redington Beach lies in the heart of the sun coast's beach communities halfway between Clearwater to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south. Redington Shores is just 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and offers easy access to all major cities and attractions in the Tampa Bay area. • Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please abide by pool rules as posted if applicable to include but not limited to: No glass containers at the pool area; no large floats or rafts. Please use the pool at your own risk.
• The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage.
• Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

Check in was a breeze. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Comfortable for six adults. Kitchen well stocked for our cooking family. Could be cleaner. Throw rug needs a good wash. Workmen came un announced to the condo owners and closed the pool and hot tub to work on the bathhouse roof. Very disappointed because that’s why we booked here. We were told that we will be compensated for the time missed and inconvenience. We were able to use before the trip ended thankfully. We would rent here again as the property manager was quick to answer questions and seemed eager to please. Over all nice place!

We weee be dry happy with our stay here. The condo was very clean, easy to access and the pool area/beach access were great. The only small issue I had was that the sheets in the master weee picked and itchy. Just seemed to be cheaper sheets. We would also have preferred to have beach chairs rather than camping chairs to sit in on the beach. Small issues, everything else was fantastic!

We had a wonderful time before we had to evacuate due to hurricane Ian. The view of the beach is amazing and the pool is great. The condo is spacious and has everything you need to cook and be comfortable. However the condo was not clean and there was a lot of dust and an overall bad odor due to the carpet in the rooms.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the property . Check in was a breeze we even got a text message when the property was ready and it was earlier than expected. Everything was in its place and was clean. The view from the balcony was a plus and the living area was room & spacious . Short walk to pool and beach pool was clean and plenty of seating . short drive to area attractions , Food ,Shopping ,water sports ,and much more Would definitely recommend this Property .

Property was perfect for my family. We enjoyed watching sunsets on the balcony, how close the beach was, and everyone we met was super nice. This property is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. We are excited to come back as soon as we can!

Amazing Sunset Views

We loved being on the beach. It was nice to see the kids from balcony. The sunsets off the balcony were stunning as I ate dinner at the table. The beds were comfortable. Cons- master bathroom is dated. The unit needs at least one salad bowl (we had to mix and eat salads out of pots). The kids room smelled musty (perhaps carpets are dated? They looked clean). On Our last night there, someone tried opening the front door -this scared me and my husband. It happened only once so we did not call the police but we also didn’t sleep either, I had a knife next to the bed all night. In the morning I called the emergency operator of the condo, she was very apologetic and told me that she will look into it the following day but I have not heard from anyone yet(it’s a few days now). Needless to say we had an awful, long drive home as we were not rested and we paid a ton of money to stay there.
