Beautifully furnished vacation home situated in a calm residential area. Large pool with hot spa surrounded by palm fringed garden. Ideal to be away from it all… you can simply relax at the beautiful pool, do some jogging in the green surroundings or take off to the famous beaches and pubs of Ft Myers Beach or Cape Coral only minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is located very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner is very responsive to any questions we had. We loved the pool. Had a very nice month of March 2024. It sure beats the snow and cold back home.

Very pleased with our decision to stay here. Location was close to shopping, golf and the beaches. Enjoyed sitting by the pool. Wishing the weather had cooperated more but still enjoyed. Will be back.

Pictures were a little deceiving. Master bathroom..very narrow space to get to the toilet. Maybe 12". Very awkward. Bed in master bedroom..VERY low to the floor. Difficult to get out of bed in the morning.

Enjoyed the home. Lots of ants in the kitchen upon our arrival. We bought tarro and it helped. There were very adequate cleaning supplies and am appreciative for that. We did buy hot pads for setting pans on and left them for future guests to enjoy.

Nice quiet neighborhood
Our stay was great. Quiet and the neighbors are respectful and helpful! The host got back to all my questions very fast. Everything turned out good! hot tub and pool are very relaxing!

Great location and accommodation
The house was very clean inside and out. Everything you could possibly need they had on hand. Having a washer & dryer available was great. Again, the house really had everything you would need. The screened in pool and spa was outstanding. The outdoor seating area and lanai was terrific. Loved the night light in the evening in the lanai area - plus the blue pool lighting (very nice touch). The location is absolutely excellent. Stores , restaurants, and churches are all nearby. 18 minutes to fort myers beach, 15 minutes to downtown Ft Myers, 20-25 minutes to Naples. Lastly, the host (Claudia) was terrific. She would return any question(s) we would have the same day. Bottom line -- we will stay there again without question. Loved it.

The pictures show a clean home. The inside of the house was not covid clean. The shower curtain has mold, the jet tub dirty didn’t even use due to build up on jets that was green. Gutters filled with leaves , patio area dirty dead frogs.

The house was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Location was close to many shopping areas and restaurant. It is a bit far from the beach and traffic made it seem farther than it was.

Nice home in the perfect location! Close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and beaches. Excellent outdoor area for relaxing by the pool and getting plenty of sun. Communication with Claudia was excellent! We had an enjoyable time!!! Thank you!

OK I was reluctant to give even a review of this property And just wanted to move on and rememberA valuable lesson in the future when renting by owner. The house was pretty clean but could use a deep cleaning outside the 1st day we spent scrubbing the deck around the pool And spa area our feet were black and there was a lot of dirt in black mould soWe spent some time cleaning that up End the carpet that goes under-the-table In the pool area that was rolled up and put away To the side. When we Unrolled the carpet it was very dirrty with crumbs and food And so on. The guest bathroom shower did not Drain well and we had to buy draino Not a big deal. The master bath thrown toilet sometimes did not Fill with water and would not flush Well So you have to play with that from time to time. And you have to be careful in the master bathroom because law spot tub is so cramped in there Buy the toilet you can scratch your legs between toilet and tub tiles on the edge. Garage door opener was set in the mail after 2 weeks Being There in my one month stay. Not a big deal. Nobody really cared for the beds eze the owners I believe are from France And our European style beds which are low to the groundAnd very firm . Not a big deal. My biggest problem and disappointment came from the pool. The instructions for the pool were very confusing and when we got there the pool was ice cold. I notified the owner to help with pool instructions which they did And notice that it was taking days to get the pool up to A temperature that you could swim comfortably. They come in once a week and check the PH and add some chemicals And I saw one time they cleaned with a sponge on A-pole Just the top several inches of the waterline. I was having a lot of problem get in the pool to get warm a weekend gone by and we still could not get a good temperature so the pool company came over and said

This house is just as gorgeous as it looks in the pictures! I'm very picky about cleanliness Etc, and this was beyond my expectations. I was more than happy when I walked into the home. We were there with my son and his girlfriend and we really enjoyed it. Not to far from anything you would want to do location wise. When your booking your vacation if this house is available don't hesitate to take it. You will not be disappointed, and being able to use the pool and the hot tub jacuzzi in the evening or early morning really added to the experience of our vacation.

Quiet and relaxing
We found the home to be very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed to make our visit enjoyable. There are several excellent restaurants close by. If you are a fisherman, there is the Punta Rassa boat ramp just a few miles away. Sanibel Island is also a short drive, not to mention Ft Myers Beach is close by too. Don't hesitate to book this home.

The house is very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The location is great for shopping, churches and restaurants.

Not what we expected
We arrived late 11:30pm on Saturday night, when we walked In We were greeted with fresh flowers and a box of chocolates which was nice. We also noticed a camera in the living room and also in the pool area which is odd that we were not told there would be cameras in the house. Trying to get ready for bed our first night I pulled down the covers in the master bedroom and the white sheets were covered in black hairs, long and short and appeared to not have been washed. The next morning I woke up to wash all the sheets and left my kids to play in the living room. By the time I had the first load of laundry going my sons legs and hands were black from crawling on the floor. We then noticed mold in both bathrooms, ants on the kitchen counters and found three dead lizards in the home. I contacted the owner about the sheets, floors, ants and mold she was very nice in her response but basically said that the company claimed they did the cleaning and that was the end of it. No one ever came out to clean the home. In addition, the pool was only 67F when we arrived and had no solar cover, we turned the heat up but it took several days For to pool to get over 80F so we could swim comfortably. This is the 5th house we have rented in the area, the pools have always been set to 84-86 when we arrived and the houses have been very clean up untill now. To add to this I just received an email that our deposit is being refunded but the owner is subtracting $87 for addition electricity that we used, probably caused by all of the laundry and the pool heating. The location was good, close to shopping and beaches but the neighborhood was questionable at best, I would not walk by myself at night there. Also, The neighbor has a Pit Bull that barked at us every time we tried to go out in the pool area so we had to call the police but continued to get woken up by the dog barking at night during our stay. There was also lots of police or ambulance sirens on the main road one block away that woke us up most nights. Overall I am very dissatisfied with this property and would not recommend staying here.

Great Get Away
We enjoyed our vacation at this VRBO rental. The house is clean and it is located in a residential area. The house is close to restaurants and grocery stores. If we communicated with the owners they responded quickly. The pictures you see on VRBO is exactly like the house.

Nice private rental
We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet, with low road traffic, which made walking relaxing. The house is, as previous renters have stated, located close to shopping, churches, and main roads. We had fun exploring Fort Myers, and finding new restaurants for dining out occasionally. Breakfast or lunch on the patio, by the pool, was relaxing.
We brought our Roku box, for watching programs not offered on the supplied basic cable tv. Two cautions I offer for using the pool area: the dog, on the pool pump side of the house, attacked the fence between the yards the first few times I was out there. I was concerned that it might come over the 42” high fence. He never did and settled down after a couple of days. Second, the tile floor under the patio roof is very slippery when wet. Dry off or put sandals on before walking there.
