Your island getaway features alsoa delightful sun room, living room, and several dining areas, including breakfast nook, formal dining, as well as outdoor sets with an umbrella. The Tahitian and Tiki guest bedrooms, and Sweptaway Master suite bedrooms are all tropically themed. The spacious design includes one full-, one queen-, one king-, and one sofa-bed queen-size beds. The two full bathrooms offer a soaker tub/shower or glass-enclosed rain-shower experiences. Both have stone counters, one having a vessel sink. This was one of our several visits to Vero Beach. Each time we have stayed in various homes. This home was exceptional. The pool area was delightful with plenty of space available for seating. The home is a very short walk to a wide, gradually sloping beach. The Moorings have a very nice cabana/seating area next to the beach.
The home itself has plentiful amenities both for the home itself and for the beach. We use the bicycles, which were in very good condition. The property owner truly wants her guests to enjoy themselves. She is readily available by phone call or text.
It is very easy to recommend this property for your Vero Beach vacation.

This house was in a perfect location. The beach was a block away. Walked the dog on the beach everyday. The owner was great! She responded promptly and any problems she took care of immediately. Definitely would book again.

House was nice with nice pool area and comfortable bed. Nice touches included all appliances or cookware that you would need for cooking meals there. Location was excellent- just a short walk to the beach access and very quiet street.

My family had a great time at this beautiful home. Colleen was super great and very friendly. Home was clean and well appointed. Pool was great. The private beach is just a short walk away. We almost had the beach to ourselves the entire week. Everyone in my family would love to stay here again.

It was our second time here, so knew what to expect and was not disappointed. Colleen, the house, the beautiful neighborhood, the convenient beach access and great weather made for a wonderful stay. Hope to be back next year.

The stay was great. Beautiful home and great location. Walking distance to beach was only a block. Family that lived in the area were able to come and grill on Father’s Day. Very nice. To top it off seen a rocket launch on a beautiful cloudless morning. Got some great pics.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 months and loved how close we were to the beach. It was just a 5 minute walk there and Colleen has everything you need for a day at the beach.
The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The house also has many amenities to make your stay easy. The pool was amazing and warm. We had family down during our stay and there was alway enough room for all of us. We had a great time and if you need anything just call the owner, Colleen. She's a friendly, nice lady that is always willing to help you out with anything. Thank you Colleen for the wonderful house that created many good memories for our family.

What a GEM!!!! The property is steps from the beach in a delightful community. The pool is divine and was well used during our trip. We hosted our own Thanksgiving meal and the house was equipped with everything we could possible need. Groceries are easily delivered with Instacart or a short drive. Easy access to Vero village - so quaint, great shopping and Grind & Grape provides a great night life! Our 3 young kids were well entertained and the adults were able to fully relax in the neighborhood community tucked away from any hustle or bustle. We had several rainy days which didn't spoil the trip. Colleen offered several activity suggestions and many games/movies are provided. Colleen was also easy to reach if anything was needed during the stay. Highly recommended!

You will not be disappointed.
We even had a Category 1 hurricane and she has storm windows, inside the house you could not even hear it!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was truly welcoming! If you’re looking for a peaceful, laid back get away – this is the PERFECT location and hostess! The house is very nicely decorated and you can tell that Ms Colleen puts in a lot of effort to make it the amazing gem it is. Each room is thoughtfully decorated to provide an island/beach house feel. The kitchen has all of the cooking essentials and everything you will need.
We really appreciated being able to park in the garage which helped with the heat and rain for our excursions. There was an assortment of beach towels, beach mats, beach chairs, beach wagon and plenty of pool toys. There is also a hose at the front door and an outdoor shower by the pool to help remove sand when you return from the beach. It even comes complete with an assortment of lizards, frogs and giant colorful grasshoppers outside that we weren’t used to seeing. The pool was fantastic. The house is just a short walk to a private beach that was simply amazing! It was breath taking to watch the sunrise over such a pristine beach. Each wave seemed to wash away our day to day, hustle and bustle lives back home. Best part – we still feel refreshed and have a laid-back island feel since returning home.
If you get an opportunity on Saturday mornings, try to visit one of the two farmers markets nearby, Vero Beach Farmers market which is smaller or the Fort Pierce which is much bigger. Both are open Saturdays 8am-12pm. Highly recommend visiting the Navy Seal Museum, which is s a short drive South.
Food recommendations:
Nino’s Café (variety of options including freshly delivered pizza, burgers and fries), El Sid Taqueria(fantastically fresh tacos for lunch after the Vero Beach Farmers market), Waldo’s (great view of the ocean while you eat), If you’re looking for delivery: South Beach Pizzeria and Nino’s both deliver directly, not through a delivery service.

The house is amazing and has everything you could possibly need. The pool is fantastic but the main feature of this house is the location just 1 street from the private beach. We had the perfect family holiday

House is clean, spacious, well stocked & short walk to quiet beach! POSITIVES- Loved the WAGON, beach chairs, towels & boogie boards… made the beach lots of fun without the hassle!!! STOCKED w all the basics, NICE grill & plenty of silverware & dishes (we have 6 adults & only eat out 2 dinners in a week, so this is a huge bonus). Only drawbacks I’d say are stainless cookware… I’m not sure who can cook on this stuff? We managed to utilize the grill mostly!! And the proximity to A1A… it’s much louder than expected, but the backyard is lush & very private, so we still enjoyed lots of pool time!! Overall Id def recommend it! Colleen is professional & we thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Absolutely Perfect
This home was truly perfect for me and my family. We had three adults and three teenagers, and still felt like we had all the space in the world. Each room in this home is large and we were more than comfortable! The enclosed pool/patio was such an added bonus. This home has everything you need for the beach as well! 3 bikes, including a tandem, a wagon, umbrellas, chairs, towels, the whole works! We couldn't have rented a better spot in the beautiful town of Vero Beach, nor had a better hostess, Mrs. Colleen. She's delightful and a pleasure to work with.

The location is perfect - situated in the moorings community with a 4 minute walk to the beach. The host was also very respectful and showed us around the house before our stay. The pool and backyard area were perfect for us and our pet. The only minor issue we had were that there were quite a few ants in the pool that we had to clean prior to entry each time- but other than that we had a wonderful stay and will certainly be back!!

Great Vacation Spot!
Overall - this is a great property to stay at! Top 3 Highlights - 1) Location (3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to South Beach, short drive to an abundance of restaurants). 2) Clean - this property was spotless! 3) Loved the access to all the beach gear (had chairs, coolers, paddle games, etc). Top 3 Improvements - 1) If you have small kids, this might not be the spot for you. There are a ton of decorations on the floor, lots of glass doors, and a couple of floor raises that will have you chasing little tots. 2) Be prepared to shop for some small items - garbage bags, toilet paper. Everything else was furnished. 3) Pool was initially chilly (we vacationed in November) but, Colleen was great to work with to turn the heat on). Overall - we would stay again!

This lovely three bedroom two bath pool home, located one block from the beach offers a tropical retreat. Enjoy ocean breezes and long walks on the beach. For those who like boutique shopping, the island stores are just a short car or bike ride away. There are plenty of upscale restaurants available to satisfy discriminatory palates. The nearby Riverside Theater offers a wide array of venues. This home offers easy access to all that Vero has to offer.

There are a good deal of decorations - which we easily put up higher/away, but be aware if you have small kids. Loved the outdoor shower and all of the beach amenities (chairs, cooler, wagon, towels). You are a quick 3 minute walk to the beach.
A few small annoyances - be prepared to do a separate lease with the owner and provide her with your personal info (credit card/license). This is required to rent here - which bothered me a little since I had purposefully gone through a site like VRBO to avoid this. (But perhaps this is common). Also, know that you will need to bring your own garbage bags/toilet paper as only 1 initial set is provided - again, maybe this is common, but I wish I would have known ahead of time. Lastly, Colleen is responsive with any questions - but also at times, texted us about not doing too much laundry or where my children should sit in the house.
Overall, while our stay was great, these small annoyances did somewhat detract from Colleen's otherwise generous hospitality.
