About this house rental
You won't be able to take your eyes off the view in this wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome. Settled in a quiet cul de sac with private entrance and covered parking, this property is everything you will ever need for the perfect Seabrook Island vacation. There is a neighborhood pool and a private dock for fishing and launching kayaks that make staying in Fiddlers Cove even more desirable.
Once inside you'll immediately sense the openness of the floor plan and the beautiful windows across the back. Lounge on the screened porch for an idyllic low country day. There is plenty of comfortable seating for family and friends, including dining table seating for 6 with 3 additional bar stools at the kitchen counter. A separate glass top table is available for puzzles and games. The kitchen is nice and open with plenty of room to move around. Head upstairs for the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a sitting area. The en suite bath has a walk in shower, jetted garden tub and double vanities. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds, both featuring coastal themed decor. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a single vanity sink. You will appreciate the updates throughout the town home that will make you feel right at home.
There is a gas grill for your use too!
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
This property includes access to the Club amenities - oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities.
This home is conveniently located near the gate overlooking the marsh. Ride your bike to Freshfields Village or Bohicket Marina. Take a dip in the neighborhood pool. Or walk to the Lake House and enjoy the playground, zero entry pool or Fitness Center. This home is perfectly located for a family vacation!
This is a beautiful town home with a gorgeous view in a great location on Seabrook. Bring your family and friends for a holiday vacation or stay a week in the summer!
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
