New spacious luggage room. Ac worked well.
Lots of gnats in bathroom. Breakfast was sack with can OJ, prepackaged/ gull of preservatives slice of banana bread and an apple. Gravel parking lot and path to lodge and no elevator made it difficult to bring in.
Normally I like firm mattress but these were too hard.

Good food and great latte’s. Walked to the caboose.
Small tables with the chairs outside on porch at the Lodge would be nice.

It is close to nature, has convenient location for someone wanting to visit the Glacier National Park.

We stayed in one of the rooms located in the main lodge. The resort and main lodge are beautiful with great ambiance.
We appreciated that they had two microwaves available in the common area of the lodge as well as additional bathrooms for guests to use. They also had outdoor games that our kids enjoyed playing.
Overall the beds were comfortable. They were a little on the firm side (which we prefer) but might have been nicer if they had a soft, cushiony mattress topper.
The price was high but we were also staying during the peak season of Glacier National Park which may have been reflected in the price

It is only a short drive to the west entrance to Glacier National Park. The lodge is a two-story building with about 20 rooms. The room was large and comfortable. There is a large room in the middle of the rooms where you can stretch out and read, or get away from some of you family for a break. Some simple outdoor games are provided out front, like cornhole.
Breakfast was not provided. Sometime mid-morning they put out a paper bag for each guest with packaged snacks, fruit, and water bottles and canned juicy drinks. We drove across the road to the Sunflower Cafe, for a very reasonably priced fresh cooked meal under a shed with a wood fire.

We stayed here for 4 nights and never had our room cleaned even though the listing specifically says daily room cleaning. We even asked housekeeping and left out the make up room sign to no avail. Due to the fact that our room was not serviced we ran out of TP and the trash was overflowing.
To top it all off my 4 year old son accidentally spilled some chocolate milk on the comforter the morning we checked out. After spending the day in Glacier I got an alert from my bank for a $300 charge from the hotel. After calling for an explanation, we were informed that this was due to the spilled chocolate milk. My husband immediately drove to the hotel where they admitted that the sheets came clean after washing. DO NOT STAY HERE! Charging people for stained linens before they have even been washed is beyond shady!

Location close the lake McDonald. Nice clean rooms, appreciate that to-go breakfast was ready in the evening the day before, so we could get up really early and have something to eat :)
Breakfast was a bit too heavy on sugar to my taste.

Beautiful accommodations, friendly staff and close to the park.
I wish it had been darker outside. I was trying to photograph the Milky Way. I got some good pictures but would have loved it to be darker.
I only had a small patch of darkness but still had ambient light. Next time I will go into the park.
Otherwise, it was AMAZING!!!

Great location near the west entrance. Pricey but that seems par for the area. The room was very comfortable and clean as i expected at that price.
Public transport and taxis lacking in area but not the fault of the hotel!

The location was great! Super close to the park entrance. Also they led white water rafting tours.
The lodge could use a renovation. The lighting was dark, paint was chipping, and the shower head broke while in use. However, staff was super responsive when we brought the showerhead issue to their notice.

Area was lovely - very close to the National Park entrance. staff were friendly and informative.
Very few amenities. Even though Check in was till midnight, no staff at 8pm when we wanted to get a blanket. Expensive for what it was
