Since this is not a true two bedroom, it would not meet our families needs and the listing is very misleading and we rea

The location on copper mountain was good

The listing was misleading, this is a one bedroom unit with a loft which did not accommodate our families needs, the pictures on the listing were not the actual pictures from the property, and also they said there are 24 bedrooms, and there are not; so we had to use the pull out sofa, bed couch, and the heat on the first floor was not working properly

Location was great. The condo was a good size & clean.

Got 2 parking tickets because the cars needed to be registered. I called Vacasa.com twice, was told someone would get back to me with the registration info, but never heard back. I also emailed Vacasa.com but got no response at all that way.

lovely cosy and well equipped condo in great location.

comfortable and great location hot tub was very nice.

internet code shared by Vacasa did not work. But we found a small note on the frig with the updated password after we arrived.

great location and good space

location and lots of room

about 55 stairs to climb with luggage and coolers, no elevator. icy parking lot made packing and unpacking car dangerous. what we could see was very clean, but there were some gross things down behind the bed headboards that made it clear that’s not getting cleaned and lots of cobwebs flying around the ceilings.

Great location.

Location was excellent. Short walk to Gem, then it was easy to take Gem over to the Super Bee and then access the entire mountain. Could ski all the way to the ski locker, so no carrying skis on the way in. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were even able to make a cake to celebrate a birthday. Need a code to get to the hot tub, this took some work to get, but customer service was excellent.

We were warned that it was on the 3rd floor, however, it is 57 stairs.

Great views but the view of the facility was poor

The views of the mountains

When getting to the property it was very obvious the property was not cleaned well. The pullout couches still had hair and dirt from the previous stay, the shower upstairs did not work as it only gave out extremely hot water and the handle was broken, the tv did not work in the master bedroom, and when we called to about these problems staff said they were unable to fix the problems and would call back with a possible resolution. They never called. This is our third year staying at cooper mountain and our first year at this facility. However we were highly disappointed and will not be returning to this building

Very disappointed

Location.

Quite a few things wrong. For starters, the assigned parking was taken. Parking spot 305 was occupied our entire stay with some sort of equipment. We had to park in the visitors parking and with 3 little kids this was actually inconvenient and not at all what we were expecting. Had we known this was the case, we probably wouldn’t have booked this place. Secondly, no internet. I am aware of the whole shutting the router/modem down suggestion as this was suggested more than once. The issue is, we have no idea where the router/modem is at. We looked up and down the apartment. Needless to say, we’ve been without WiFi the whole time. Again, if I would have known I was going to run into these issues, I would have never considered this place. The last time I called, I was on hold for 20 mins, surely you have this on your records. I was on hold that long just to be told that someone was going to come over to the apartment to help us figure out where the modem/router was at. NO ONE SHOWED!. Why even promise it if you cannot deliver. Your company didn’t even have the decency to call and say no one was going to show. We stayed up waiting for someone to come help us. Unacceptable. Our kids weren’t able to use their electronics and the service isn’t the best here. Thirdly, we are a family of 5 using ONE toilet. The toilet on the first floor doesn’t work properly. Since we got here, it won’t stop running. So we cannot use it. Quite annoying. We thought we would let that one slide, but since more and more things just turned out wrong, I felt compelled now to add it to the list and also to spare the next renters from the messes we encountered. Fourth, there’s no A/C. Just heating. Don’t book in summer.

Great place to chill for a few days!!

Nice beds and location. Love staying in a condo. Lovely deck to sit out on with a lovely view!

All the stairs to get up to condo..decor dated but fine.
