Amazing place for the price you pay!

We got the king suite and it was much bigger and roomier than expected it had a fridge, microwave, a small table and a clothing rack for your items. The shower was huge and clean and came with shampoo. The bed was super comfy as well as the sofa. Kevin was amazing with customer service went out of his way to accommodate us. We will definitely come back and stay with him again.

The blanket on the king bed was thin and the A/C worked but I felt it wasn't strong enough during our 90 degree weather stay.

Great budget option.

Great value for a stay before a morning after flight. Free water and snacks, parking included, rooms were comfortable.

Sink didn't seem to have hot water. Shower was fine.

very inconvenient and felt genuinely disrespected

The price / free snacks

Potential Bed bugs infestation, and disrespectful costumer service. My friends and I were so tired from the full day of touring around LA and just wanted to take a good rest until my friends found a bed bug running around 1 of the pillows and the guy @ the office has the audacity to accuse us of potentially bringing the bed bug in.

Très bonne situation du motel, en face il y a le métro et bus. C'est super car on laisse la voiture au motel. Literie confortable.

Motel un peu vieillot Manque une table ou petit meuble dans la salle de bains pour poser les affaires de toilette.

Ótima opção custo benefício. Hotel limpo e bem cuidado, apesar de simples.

Quarto limpo e espaçoso, roupas de cama e toalhas novas, silencioso e confortável. O estacionamento gratuito é uma grande vantagem. O staff foi atencioso.

Sem queixas para a acomodação, foi tudo bem. Senti falta de uma estrutura comercial próximo ao hotel, você precisará de carro para ir a um mercado

Mom and 2 boys.

The customer service was really great and they were also very helpful. I'm a single mom. It was just me and my boys, and they were protective and kind and also let me store my luggage before my flight after I had already checked out, which was really nice!

The only issue I had was the Wi-Fi signal. Sometimes, it wasn't that strong. But other than that, it was pretty great. My kids got to watch their favorite cartoons on the telly, and they also provided complimentary snacks!

Aceptable para estar dos dias en LA

La habitación era bastante amplia y dispones de aparcamiento en la puerta de la habitación. Además, dejan en la habitación agua y café y algunas galletas. Dispone de secador y calentador de agua.

Quizás era un poco ruidoso por la noche ya que da por la parte trasera a una calle principal, pero se puede dormir bien.

I could indicate this place for my friend and I could come back too.

It’s se second time I stayed here and I had no problems and I think the value is worth. The place is clean, easy to go around, 25min from Universal Park for example, 20 from Hollywood (when we were there). I liked the stuff and everything was fine.

It was clean, but our room when we got had a weird smell, not dirty smell, but something like the cleaning product but something weird. But everything was nice.

Optimal, wenn man die Stadt mit Bahn/Bus erkunden möchte.

Kein Straßenlärm, obwohl das Motel an einer Hauptstraße liegt. Sehr sauber. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Motel liegt gegenüber von der U-Bahn Haltstelle Hyde Park der Linie K.

well suited for a stay in LA and with getting around by public transport

nice room, well equipped with everything you need for an overnight stay, free bottle of water and some snacks, parking gets tight at night, the driveway is rather small, two buslines and tram are directly in front of the hotel, Burger King directly is on the other site of the street.

Internet not fully stable, it has glitches which terminates an ongoing telko (about every hour), bandwith is ok, but stability seems to be the problem

Good value for money

Clean, bright room with table, chairs, good bed and private bathroom. Well equipped with microwave, refrigerator and water cooker. Complimentary water, coffee and cookies. Located not far from the airport and next to a metro station. Nothing left to wish for.

Great place with friendly staff

Great place overall. Rooms look nice and modern inside. All the staff were super friendly and attentive. They let us leave our bags for the day we checked out, which was extremely helpful and saved us a lot of headache. The motel being right across the road from the metro and bus station was quite good too. Free snacks, coffee and water in the room was a nice touch! (Last but not least - my fellow Europeans might like to hear that they have a semi-normal toilet. I certainly appreciated it.)

I thought the neighbourhood was a bit dodgy, but it might honestly just be all of LA.

Always Comfy!

Comfy. Compared to other places I've stayed they always have comfy beds here and pillows. So no complaints with me on that aspect. Staff - now that's something I notice has changed; not in a bad way. Staff or Owers are always polite and professional to us.

The past 2 times I've stayed there wasn't any soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion in the dispensers. Unsure if that is a covid reason or because it was simply forgotten - but it's not a big deal (I didn't even complain to the office) just went and bought some across the street.
