Week-end à Dijon

L'emplacement est parfait, proche du centre et des lieux d'intérêts, tout peut se faire à pied, nombreux restaurant sur une superbe jolie place à 2 min à pieds. Il y a de l'ambiance (un peu de bruit) dans la rue Berbisey, mais l'appartement me semblait bien insonorisé et rien qui me surprenne pour un centre-ville le week-end. Places de parking (payant) dans la rue devant l'immeuble (le parking couvert, payant, Berbisey est à hauteur 1m80 max). Tout était propre à notre arrivée. Bouilloire et cafetrière avec café et sucre dispo et fonctionnel, petit frigo d'appoint propre et bien. Produit vaisselle et distributeur de savon dans la douche. Nous n'avons pas cuisiné sur place, je ne peux donc pas m'exprimer sur ce point (cependant il me semblait y avoir ce qu'il faut pour le faire). Conciergerie disponible et très réactive pour toute question, toutes les infos pour arriver à l'appartement était détaillées et bien expliquées. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Rien à reprocher, nous (1 adulte et 2 ados) sommes resté 2 nuits et avons passé la majorité de la journée à visiter Dijon.

Le logement n’était pas conforme à nos attentes.

L’établissement n’était pas conforme à ce que nous avions l’habitude d’avoir.

Au départ 2 étages à monter avec des escaliers en très mauvais états. Le Matelat du canapé pas conforme à l’hygiène taché. Les couverts pas propre. Des odeurs de renfermé à l’intérieur du logement.

Le parking à 50m. Proximité du centre historique (10mn à pied). La literie.

Le bruit : manque d'isolation phonique (bars ouverts dans la rue toute la nuit) . impossible de dormir. Vétusté de l'immeuble. Pas de clim.

Very bad location. Lot of questionable people on the street. Did not find it a safe location to stay so we ended up booking another hotel nearby for better value.

It was a pleasant stay for the 1 night we were there, but a few small changes would make it even better

-The location is great - The owners were really helpful in providing us with any information we needed - The flat was clean and tidy

- The beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable - A lot of the crockery and cutlery was still dirty - The street outside was noisy until very late

Overnight stop

Really great location in the middle of Dijon. Just round the corner from a lovely square with lots of restaurants.

we stayed during a heatwave so more than one fan would have been great as we were at the top of the house.

Very noisy and uncomfortable, never again

Very fast internet. This is the only good part about the place.

I didn't like anything. It is located on the 2nd level of the old building without lift. Stairs are old and narrow and it doesn't feel safe to walk there. Once you enter we got a very bad smell coming from the toilet. Looks like it wasn't in use for a while and therefore the smell is coming from the pipe. Same for the water in the kitchen, but that improved over time. The room is facing a small but busy street with cafe and bars right outside. There were people sitting there until 11pm and it was very noisy. But even after the cafe closed there were still some people walking, speaking loudly, cars and scooters were passing by, even in the middle of the night. I couldn't sleep. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillow was extremely thin and clearly required replacement. So again I couldn't sleep well all night. This is definitely one the worst places I have stayed so far. Would never come back and will not recommend that to anyone who prefers comfort or quiteness.

Good location, clean.

Very cold when arrived, no heating on. Heating/hot water system kept ‘tripping’ out. No response from owner when contacting them. Very noisy when bars shut.

Exceptional

Super clean place, instruction very clear. Very central and cute spacious apartment. We just had some issue with The parking card, seemed that it didn’t work so well maybe to change the card would be a possibility but the parking employee opened for us. Overall I will say it was excellent. Thanks

Clean apartment, bring earplugs!

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Close to the center of town.

The street turns into a big party street at night. All guests were kept up both nights until 4am by the people on the streets.
