The grounds were beautiful and so were the rooms! Great location for beach proximity and close to Caen
Staff weren’t the friendliest but other than that, nothing

The house and location was stunning, we were welcomed by a kind and friendly owner. The accomodation was just perfect. We had a delicious breakfast which was prepared for us so that we could take it with us as we were leaving very early that morning.
Bedroom got a little bit hot and we couldn't find any air conditioning, we were reluctant to open the windows as fearful of mosquito's. We needed milk for our tea and coffee.

Great breakfast, very helpful hosts, local food, option to order fresh seafood. Quiet and cosy, great pool.

Peaceful and attractive area
No comfortable sitting room to be with our friends

The swimming pool was incredible! Absolutely perfect for our kids (4 & 2 years old) with a ledge in the shallow end. The house is beautiful, stunning, and our apartment was perfect for us. Near the coast, and a lovely breakfast too, and wonderful hosts - can’t ask for more!
Wish we could have stayed longer! We’ll be back!

Lovely quiet area off the beaten track, but still close to all the major attractions
you would have to be extremely fussy to fault anything

It was in a beautiful location, lovely chateau, friendly owner. We were halfway between Mt St Michel and the cliffs at Etretat, two of our key day trips. We are a family of 6, and the spacious cottage had plenty of room for all of us, and a great kitchen. Gilles was a great host and always available if we needed anything. Five minutes to an Express U (grocery store).

The staff were very nice, the location is cute and unique. The facilities are large and accommodating. The food was fantastic.
I found the bed sheets a bit uncomfortable but that is just my preference.

Excellent small hotel with character and plenty of charm. We would certainly recommend with charming and accommodating hosts as well as modern and stylish accommodation. The swimming pool was a real bonus. We would certainly stay again and thank the hosts.
Nothing to not like.

Genuinely one of the best ever B&B's I've been fortunate to stay in. It can be tricky to find a family room that works with a 11 year old and 14 year old but the room we stayed in gave us all great space.
Wonderful hosts, fantastic accommodation in a great location. We look forward to returning.

The property, swimming pool (it was really hot), location
Bathroom was too small, especially the sink, not fitted for a family of 4.
I missed croissants during breakfast ;(

The owners and inn itself were wonderful. The Inn itself appears to be older but renovated in a way that was complementary to the original buildings. Our son loved the pool and the games in the common area and the snacks and food that were available for guests were varied and delicious. We enjoyed some of the local cider and apple juice, as well as a charcuterie board for dinner. Breakfast was continental and delicious, with crepes and home-made jam, fresh eggs and pastries. One bonus of our visit was from an exuberant and absolutely adorable golden retriever puppy who wanted our charcuterie as we lounged outside for dinner. I would go back to Normandy just to stay at Le Domaine de l’Hostellerie a little longer.

Everything was just perfect! Lise and Gilles were the perfect hosts. Beautiful surrondings, rooms and pool. We will definitely come back❤️

For us, the location was excellent. It is very peaceful, yet in reasonable proximity to towns of significance. For example the historic city of Bayeaux is approx 25 minutes away. The Normandy beaches are further but not prohibitively so. Those seeking a base for D Day museum visits should consider this place as it is reasonably equidistant to most. Or, simply relax and enjoy the tranquility of the village. The hosts are delightful. The building itself is exceptionally beautiful and sympathetically restored.
The Wi-Fi was sporadic. Parking is a modest challenge but not insurmountable. Self service tea and coffee at breakfast should be provided to avoid harassing the hosts.

Excellent location close to D-day beaches and Bayeux. Great breakfast. Super quiet and comfortable rooms. Proprietors are very accommodating and friendly.
All was great.

it was part of a beautiful historic property
the drains really smelled bad and everything was done at a very basic level. thin towels and uncomfortable seating in the living area. the meal we paid for was just pots of precooked food which needed reheating, very disappointing especially for the price

fresh facilities. room is functional with guest supplies and appliances.

We only had 1 week off between Christmas and New-Year and we wanted to decompress, relax but still have the option to get out, be active and see some sights. Our stay met all the requirements. We stayed in one of the suites and it was spacious and exactly what we needed (we always spend some time in the room so we appreciate a bit of space and comfort). The hosts were friendly and could accommodate us in English. It is also close to Caen and Bayeux for some sight seeing and shopping and its just a short trip to the coast.
At times the Wi-Fi was a bit unpredictable but for us this was not a problem as we were not dependant on it.

The room, the breakfast, the property, and Lise & Jason . Everything was 100% perfect and we loved our stay. Good luck for the future and I would highly recommend the property. Thank you. Lee & Nic
all amazing

We are a family of 8 traveling through Europe from the US. This was, by far,our best experience so far! The hosts were kind & welcoming. They provide such a comfortable, beautiful place to stay. The morning breakfast was detailed & delicious. Everything is a work of art, created by them & well maintained. We can’t recommend staying here enough. Our only regret is not staying multiple nights!
We loved absolutely everything!

Very comfy and chic rooms. The hotel is in a lovely village surrounded by nature. The building and surrounding is very impressive and also tastefullu decorated.
The breakfast was quite nice, although the ham and cheese they served were not quite my taste.
The host is very friendly and welcoming and we felt very comfortable overall.
