If you’re looking for a coastal bolthole for a celebration - Carreg Lwyd Farmhouse is the one! Just a stone’s throw from the beach at Port Eynon, the farmhouse has six bedrooms, a sociable living space with wood burning stove and French doors onto the patio and garden, a great place for children to let off steam. And as the sun sets, why not relax in the hot tub with a glass of fizz with friends. Perfect!
Port Eynon is one of the prettiest coastal destinations on the Gower Peninsular, a popular holiday hotspot with a cafe, shop, restaurant and soft sandy beach. With easy access from Swansea, this area is perfect for a relaxing weekend away at any time of year.
Size: sleeps 12 in 6 bedrooms Beds: 1 x super king size bed, 2 x double beds, 3 x twin beds.
Accommodation Ground Floor Living room: L-shaped leather sofa, 46 inch flatscreen TV and DVD player, stereo with iPod dock and log burner. Dining room: large banquet table with 12 leather chairs, log burner, double doors onto rear garden. Kitchen: dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer, double oven, ceramic hob and microwave. Rear garden laundry room: washing machine and tumble dryer, small fridge for beers and drinks. Cloakroom: WC and wash hand basin.
First Floor Master bedroom: super king size bed, built-in wardrobes. Ensuite: shower, WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom 2: double bed and built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 3: double bed and built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 4: twin beds, built-in wardrobes. Bathroom: bath, wash hand basin, WC and separate large shower enclosure.
Second floor Bedroom 5: twin beds, built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 6: twin beds, built-in wardrobes. Bathroom: 3/4 bath, WC and wash hand basin.
Outside: enclosed garden with 2 picnic benches and a hot-tub seating 6 people and gazebo. Disposable BBQ available. For families: travel cot, high chair and stair gate available on request. Parking: parking for up to 5 cars. General: changeover day - Saturday. Oil CH. Bed linen and towels provided. Hot-tub. WiFi. Log burner. 5 star rating. Pets: sorry, no pets. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
