About this farm stay rental

Raglan Farmhouse is situated on 2 Acres atop a little hill at the entrance to Raglan, with stunning sunsets out over the estuary and Mt Karioi

The place has been specifically set up for groups of 12 to 20 people, with 2 King beds & 5 Queen beds and 5 Single beds across 8 different rooms in a number of dwellings. There are a few different outdoor settings to enjoy, from the large Deck & BBQ area with amazing sunset views, to the front lawn with Spa & Cold pool, or the lower garden sheltered amongst the old fruit trees, next to our extensive Vegie Garden. There is also plenty of off street parking and enough space to turn a boat or park a camper.

The old farmhouse itself has a Master room with a King bed and a second bedroom with Queen bed, adjacent to 2 full bathrooms plus a sun-room with 2 single beds coming off the Separate lounge, that opens into a Full Kitchen, Dinning & family room.

Right next to the house and sharing a massive outdoor living area is a converted barn with another open plan Kitchen, dinning & lounge space. This fully insulated barn has a log burner, 65" TV with sky sport & massive 8 person couch. This space acts as the central hub for large groups with stunning views out over the estuary, and 2 more bathrooms off the back.

Next two the barn and within close proximity to the bathrooms is the XL white caravan & the Classic Kiwi sleep-out. The XL Caravan is a favorite of many and contains a queen bed at one end, and U shaped lounge area at the other end, a perfect area for small kids to sleep. The Classic Kiwi As Sleep out is great for bigger families or as a room to put all the kids in together, there is a very comfortable super King bed and 2 full size single beds plus a couple of roll a way's but it can be set up in a couple of different configurations depending on your requirements

Descend into the lower garden of old fruit trees, and tucked away you will find the Wooden Cabin and Green Caravan, a favorite for couples of all ages esp those without kids who want their own space.

Come enjoy our uninterrupted views that catches all day sun and overlooks the harbor and the setting sun next Mt Karioi.

Two night minimum stay is in place and we do not take Stags or Hens no exceptions. No Fireworks or open fires are allowed !

You will have the entire location for your exclusive and private use. We live next door on the neighboring block and will meet you at check in to show you around and can be available to help via text or in person if need be during your stay if you have any issues.

We enjoyed the big barn house with a huge table for meals for 14 and all the caravans and cabins located around the property that offered privacy. The spa was a tear after surfing and the kids loved the plunge pool and karaoke with disco lights!

I can't rate this place highly enough! We had a group of friends/family ranging from 4 to 47 staying here to celebrate my husbands birthday and this place couldn't be more perfect. The place is extremely well set up for a big group, the ammenities were great, kitchen is well set up, and beds and bedding were SO comfortable. Super easy 950m walk to the main shops. Sitting in the spa and looking at the stars was a highlight for us all, we've never seen stars like it! The kooky art throughout was an added bonus. We'll definitely be staying here time and time again.

Not quite what we were expecting. Location good in terms of beautiful view over the estuary. Plenty of space but all aspects of accommodation a little run down and 'character'.

Located close to all amenities & a stones throw from the waka ama venue. House is quirky & adorable, decked out with everything you need and plenty of space to fit a large crew. Enjoyed the spa and views from the deck oh and the fireplace!!
