Perfecto para pasar unos días

Muy buena ubicación, a tan solo 5 minutos de la playa. Camas muy cómodas

Las escaleras hasta el piso y que se oyen las campanas a todas horas.

Great stay 👍🏻

The property is well equipped, pretty much all you need is there, We came with kids and they really liked it, good place and good location, close to the beach, good restaurants and markets. There even is a tiny balcony to put your dryer out with clothes, 👍🏻

A comfortable stay in the heart of Santa Pola

Beautifully decorated, super comfortable and very well equipped. Has everything you could possible need and right in the heart of Santa Pola, really enjoyed my stay and can thoroughly recommend.

Right in the heart of the town, perfect place to explore from and close to the beach.

Perfectly located right in the heart of Santa Pola, easy walk to everything. Apartment was lovely, nice and clean and plenty of space for the two of us, well stocked with all the items you need for a comfortable stay. if you’re a light sleeper you will notice you’re surrounded by bells that chime…a lot! We liked the charm of that but if you’re a light sleeper you may want ear plugs.

only minor point is the apartment has a small boiler so there is only time for one person to have a very quick shower before the hot water runs out else we would have scored it higher, having to wait for the second person to shower was a shame, a minor point but would be better if that could be altered.

Great location, great accommodation

Location, cleanliness, hospitality from host, Santa Pola as a destination, all the places 'for locals', where you are met with friendliness!

Nothing not to like actually. If anything it would be that there is no direct 'local transportation' from the airport, other than via Alicante? Taxi is about 25€.

The perfect place to stay for the full Santa Pola experience, nice people and great value for money

Everything was just fine and exceeded our expectations. An apartment with everything you could possibly need and a very warm welcome from the host representative, Viviana, whom I am very grateful to, she was always available for anything we could have needed or wanted. The location is perfect, few meters away from the Castle, the Central market and of course, a few minutes away from the main beaches. Main bed very comfortable, sunshades very useful during heat waves, air conditioning working just fine, as well as a kitchen with everything you need. Nice touch having a beach umbrella that we used to protect ourselves from the sun. I wish I'd lived there. :) I will definitely return.

Absolutely nothing not to like there. Everything was just perfect.

I highly recommend this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I made the perfect choice when I booked this flat. It ticked everything on my list: location, value for money, good facilities. Ramón and Viviana made sure I am comfortable during my stay, took care of all the things I needed and they respond very quickly whenever I have a question.

Excellent choice for 2-3 persons staying up to a week, less so for longer stays in single occupancy

The apartments are well situated, near the main square, at walking distance from several supermarkets and other shops, a plethora of restaurants, the seaside, the sierra, the bus and taxi station. The bed/mattress is of excellent quality! Quiet surroundings - apart from the occasional chime. Ramón, the owner, is very responsive, and so is Viviana, who is extremely helpful and takes care of any practical issue in his absence.

The interior decoration and furniture are not very charming (and the sofa is highly uncomfortable to sit on - I had a back problem after using it the first week), the bathroom is extremely small, the kitchen equipment and cutlery are a bit basic (and with no provisions at all). In general: this is an excellent choice for 2-3 persons staying up to a week, much less so for longer stays in single occupancy (in which case it is, in fact, far too expensive).

so lovely to stay in a place that has not lost its old traditions

the location was perfect the Lavante beach is beautifull Raymon was a very friendly guy who owns the appartment and was so helpfull towards us if you want the real spanish life style this is the perfect place to stay

just short of a mirror in the bedroom so us women can do our hair as the only mirror is in the toilet and shower room

Phenomenal

These apartments are excellent and a fabulous location, very central and 3 min walk from the beach and surrounding plazas and bars and restaurants. Ramon the owner/host was phenomenal and met us and explained everything to us, and he answered any questions we had very promptly. Would have no hesitation in using these apartments again. Thank you Ramon for allowing us to spend time in your beautiful apartment. We will be back!!
