We Really enjoyed the peace and quiet in this gorgeous, gated community. It was an easy walk down to the Junction where all the amenities were at our fingertips, or an easy delivery from Uber. At the Junction, the local bus service down to Hastings Street was a hassle free and frequent service.
Utopia beach house is was the perfect Beach house for our holiday. There were 5 Adults and two toddlers in our group. There was plenty of space for us all, and the house it self, just gorgeous!
I can strongly recommend Utopia Beach House for your next family escape.
The garden area around the pool was a little shabby. Could do with a Sprouse up.

Utopia house was a fantastic stay with everything you could need for your holiday even a tennis court across the street. The property was clean and spacious and perfect for a family holiday close to local amenities and beaches. I would highly recommend this property.

Every detail in this wonderful house was thought of. Super comfy, close to shops and Hastings Street. Everything in the house was excellent and well catered for. We had a lovely and relaxing stay - just what we needed.
Aside from a few household issues (like the watering system staying on and the pool pump shutting off), we didn't have any thing we really didn't like. It would've been nice to use the bikes, but we needed a bike pump. We could've played tennis but didn't have any tennis balls. These are the only two things that we could've used. All activities were well catered for.

I liked how the property had it’s own pool, the property was big and could accommodate our whole family. The property presented well and was clean.
