Feel the stress of our long winter melt away and enjoy a relaxing summer vacation in our charming cottage with some of New England’s most beautiful beaches just minutes away. Located in a quiet Point Judith neighborhood, you'll find yourselves centrally located with Narragansett’s best in casual and fine dining all within a mile or two. Two of Narragansett's most magnificent beaches are just over a mile away, Scarborough (known best for its amazing surf and boardwalk) and Roger Wheeler (its calm surf is perfect for families with young children.)

Your ‘home away from home’ is recently renovated (June 2022) with a new kitchen, upstairs bath, living room and exterior siding. Home provides the comfort of central A/C, a fully equipped kitchen, cable HDTV/DVD/stereo, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, a Weber grill and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. We also offer a storage shed for our summer guests with loads of items for you to use during your stay. You'll find beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, beach toys, yard toys and games, as well as a beach cart.

Sip your morning coffee, while relaxing to the song of chirping birds and the scamper of our curious neighborhood bunnies on the outdoor patio! This is the perfect spot for all your après beach activities. End your busy day with a relaxing family dinner (perhaps some lobsters and steamers fresh from the Galilee docks right down the road) and enjoy the distant fog horn and scenic backyard setting.

We're on a spacious corner lot, which offers lots of room for playing! Our road is a small neighborhood circle - perfect for riding bikes and scooters. Fisherman's Memorial State Park is less than 1/4 mile away and has a small playground and basketball court for the kids to keep busy during the downtime away from the beach. There is also a fabulous Farmers' Market held at the park's entrance on Sundays.

This is an owner-managed home. All communications will be directly with the homeowners. The majority of our guests have chosen our home year after year for their summer vacation and we believe that is the greatest compliment! We take pride in providing a comfortable, clean environment. Prior to renting to our summer guests, our home is thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned, with bedding and curtains freshly washed and/or replaced. Our goal is to provide you with a vacation experience we would want for ourselves!

Please note, our home is best suited for families with children. Our home is not appropriate for large gatherings such as family reunions, large celebrations, or groups of singles. We do also require a minimum renter age of 26 years old. Thank you for your understanding.

We absolutely loved our stay. The quiet street was so perfect for young children walking, using, scooters and bikes. Great little backyard. Location was wonderful close to Roger wheeler and Scarborough beach. We would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked ( even a crockpot). It’s a short drive to beaches & all that South County has to offer. Owners easy to communicate with. I would recommend staying here.

Property was lovely. More than enough space, clean and well equipped. Property managers were responsive and helpful with Everything. Beaches were close. Weather didn’t cooperate, but such a convenient location for day trips to Boston, Newport, etc. kids loved seeing different beaches and playing on the rocks. It’s tough connecting w teen age kids and this week was great for it. Something for everyone! Thanks for a wonderful week!

Great property as described. Only complaint would be to have the cleaning company do a better job cleaning the shower as there was hair in the shower. Other than that the location was perfect. There was everything you would need. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

The house was fully stocked with paper products, cleaning products, kitchen supplies, etc. The owners were very personable. I was actually surprised the house wasn't in worse shape given it is also a college rental during the year. For renters who like to cook, the kitchen doesn't have a lot of counter space and it lacks a dishwasher. But it did have everything we needed (and then some!) The important things were clean, but the floors needed a deep cleaning and the basement had a certain scent to it. My kids wouldn't go down there to play because of it. But they loved the bunk beds! Overall, we had all we needed for a comfortable weekend stay!

We just spent a week at this summer beach rental and found it to be a well equipped and very clean rental. They provide practically everything, you could really just show up with your clothes and be ready to enjoy your vacation. It is a quiet neighborhood and the location makes it very easy to enjoy all that Narragansett has to offer.

Tracy's property is clean, conveniently located with all the amenities you need for a week's beach stay. Scarborough beach is only a 4 minute drive and very easy to get to. Check in process was seamless and Tracy communicated everything well.

Great Location !

Great Location !

Although the house needs a "bit" of sprucing up - all in all this was a great place and made for a great vacation ! We stayed two weeks and never had an issue with anything. Everything works, all the beds were comfy. We only used one but laid on them all before deciding which one. There are only two of us so we only used a small section of the house but all of the three bedrooms are large, airy and comfy. The downstairs is really nice and another large bathroom down there with the washer and dryer. The yard is big and roomy. All sun. Outside shower is great ! Small refrigerator but an additional one in corner if you need more room . Everything you need is there ! I would not recommend this place for a large family to stay in but for 8 or less it's perfect !!!

Going on vacation with four teenagers is never easy, but we were able to pull it off with out a hitch. Boogie boards in the shed, fast internet, a kitchen with everything that you need, and above all very clean. Evening dinners outside with the kids were great. Beaches within minutes. We could drop those who wanted off at the beach and then go and do other things. Tracy was very helpful. We had some hiccups, of our own making, but she was there to help us through them. Newport was nice: cliff walk, and downtown shops. Everyone was so polite. RI drivers are some of the most considerate I have ever experienced. Narragansett is a nice little town. They have an wonderful Indian restaurant there. We ate Indian half the week. Beaches were okay, water was very comfortable, but our 17 year old son wished for bigger waves. Scarborough Beach waves were bigger than Wheeler, but apparently not big enough.

This was our first time staying in Narragansett. When we arrived to the home it was extremely clean and nicely kept. The bedrooms are spacious and the two bathrooms were a huge plus for our stay. The backyard is spacious and in a lovely quite neighborhood. We took many walks with the kids each night. The homeowners have a black binder with SO MUCH helpful information like where to eat and sites to visit. Not having stayed in the area before this was perfect! We will defiantly be return house guests!

Great place for adults and children

This home is located in a quiet neighbor (cul-de-sac). It has a finished basement with a game room, tv, full bath, and washer/dryer. Up stairs are 3 bedrooms and another full bath. Nice kitchen and good size living room. A very comfortable house. The back yard is a nice grassy area and a patio with table/umbrella and chairs. The neighborhood is quiet. House is located central to many restaurants and beaches. We really enjoyed staying here and hope to make it back next year. Also, the few questions we had about Narragansett/beach parking were quickly answered by the owners. A very enjoyable place to stay. Would highly recommend it.

Our second Stay at 13 Sea Lea

Our second Stay at 13 Sea Lea

This is our second time vacationing at 13 Sea Lea, Point Judith. Our first vacation there was in 2010 the week of the 4th of July. Narragansett get a bit crowed that week for us, but the younger folks loved the action. Our second vacation there was during the second week of July which was still a very vibrant time, but less so than the week of the forth. The reason we chose to return to 13 Sea Lea (and will do so again the summer of 2013) is for several reasons, but mainly because the house is very clean and well stocked except for a pizza slicer or at least we couldn’t find it and the slices from Kingston Pizza are huge and is perhaps the best pizza in the state especially the eggplant combo. We travel from Michigan with a family of 6 adults and 4 children and the only thing we need to bring is our clothes, toiletries, beach towels and bed linen. That makes packing sooooo easy. There are even beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas in the shed!! The location is perfect for us in that it is within walking distance from Galilee (stroller is need for the small children) and within walking distance from Aunt Carrie’s restaurant once again a stroller is need for the smaller children. Also very close the house (less than a 10 minute walk) is the Rhode Island Farmers Market selling fresh produce and baked goods, which we stocked up on for the week. And even better for us with the small ones there is a play yard directly behind the RI Farmers Market which the grandchildren loved to visit after dinner. Earl & Barbara Michigan

Wonderful Beach Vacation

My family and I had a fantastic vacation at this lovely and comfortable home. Central Air, 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large flat-screen TV with a selection of DVDs, lots of storage, a game room with toys, perfect for families. We had 5 adults and one child and we were very happy all week. The yard/patio was perfect as well - we ate outside almost every night. The best part was the amazing location. We were just minutes away from everything - beaches, groceries, day trips, the ferry to Block Island (a must-see while you're there), and great shopping. The home was clean and well-appointed and Tracy and Stan are excellent hosts - they provided thoughtful amenities and perks for their guests and wonderful customer service. We want to come back next year!

We just returned from our stay in Narragansett. This home was absolutley perfect for our family. It was in a great location as well--easy to get to everthing. Great "extra's" too. When we arrived we found a complimentary box of salt water taffy which the kids loved! We also appreciated the essentials already being there (coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc.). The owners took extra steps to make us feel welcome. One night we bought lobsters off the fishing boat in Gallilee and had a great lobster feast along with farm fresh corn purchased just down the street. We have rented at least 8 properties over the years on our visits to Rhode Island to see family but this one by far was our favorite. What we really loved? It was squeaky clean! We will definitely rent this property again.

We had the most amazing time. The home was very clean, equipped with everyhing you could possibly want or need! The only thing we brought were the bed linens. The location was a 3 minute ride to Sand Hill Cove and 1 minute ride to Iggy's or Aunt Carrie's. We will definitely rent again. Thank you Tracy and Stan! The Dalton's
