同じ銀座で少し古くても15000以内で泊まった他のホテルの方が良かった。

全体的なデザインが好きでした

⚫︎フロント近くのトイレが汚かった ⚫︎宿泊費の値段の割にノベルティーが部屋になくセルフで持って行くところが品がない ⚫︎浴槽も無いシャワールームが残念 ⚫︎シャワーの温度が使用中熱湯が何度も出て来て不快な思いしました

We are very happy with the hotel and it's location. The staff are very helpful.

The location of the hotel is good. About 7 mins walk to Ginza Station and Shimbashi Station. Can easily walk to other shopping malls, morning coffee places and many places to eat. A Family Mart is just outside the hotel and a slightly bigger Family Mart just 1 minutes walk away too. A shopping belt just around the corner of the hotel. Staff are friendly, attentive and very helpful. Some can speak English but a couple not so. Rooms are clean. Eg. Got a little issue to connect my iPad with the TV but their staff was very prompt to attend to my need very quickly. Very impressed. Would recommend the hotel to travelers, too.

The room is small and if it is a bigger, would be great! Cannot open up two large luggages, not enough space to walk. Had to close one, in order to walk. There is no wardrobe, only 4 hangers for clothings.

Fantastic Stay in Ginza!

Location! You can easily explore Ginza by walking. We also like that we have everything we need in the hotel. Lots of socket inside the room for charging. new and modern bathroom fixtures. There is also a lounge at the 2nd floor where you can hang out.

The room is kinda small plus there is no cabinet, but there is enough space to place your luggages and jackets. We really didnt mind since we just slept in the room.

Great value for money and central location

The location was central and in the best part of Ginza. A great mix of affordable and high end places to eat at and shop. There are 2 nearby metro stations about 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel, a Family Mart beside it and a Don Quijote a block away. It's great value for money. The hotel rooms are nice and big for Tokyo standards with a Japanese toilet. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash smell so nice - Bergamot, Mandarin, Cedarwood mix. The rooms are cleaned and water bottles are resupplied daily. The staff are great - professional and friendly. They assisted us with booking an airport transfer on our last night. I highly recommend this hotel.

Top location , friendly staff, mezzanine level a real bonus for us as early arrivals

Excellent location - close to Ginza Line and Simbashi station . If you arrive early or leave late they will discuss a one off fee to check in or best of all they will store the bags and have a mezzanine level you can relax in There is a Laundry which was a must for hot Tokyo day waking the streets Very friendly staff

Superb

I was back at this hotel . Still love it Strategic location, lots of good restaurants around. Family mart just next door and bakery is just a few steps away. It is very convenient to move around. Walk around 6 minutes to Ginza line. There is a vending machine in the hotel too if you don't want to step out of the hotel. Washing machineand dryer also available in case you need to do your llaundry. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Wish that we could get better varieties on the free drinks . It is not bad, just my wish list

Very convenient and clean hotel, would reccomend.

Staff were very helpful and communicated well, all the facilities are easy to use for tourists. Room was very clean and serviced every day. Free welcome drink was also very nice. Location is ideal as you can walk most places centrally.

Cozy room & convenient location at Ginza.

It was about equidistant between Shimbashi and Ginza Station. The separate toilet and shower was good for family use. Elevators were fast. laundry was convenient. Good buffer between outside and inside weather.

Perfectly appointed hotel in a brilliant area of Tokyo.

Perfect location, just off one of the main streets in Ginza. The staff were lovely and helpful. The way they distributed amenities via a counter in the lobby was genius. Lovely restaurants close by and several metro options. It was a 20 min walk from Tokyo main station and when I arrived into Tokyo I walked with my large wheeled suitcase, wheeled carry on and a back pack with absolutely no issue at all.
