About this villa rental
Luxury villa located in the urbanization of 'Sa Torre' on the cliff from where you have the best views over the bay of Palma. It is completely renovated and equipped with elements of the highest quality which makes the guest an unforgettable and comfortable stay in an exclusive environment. It has a garden, terraces, a chill out area and a heated pool (in winter months with extra charge) with 10 sun loungers. In the villa you will find a total of 6 double rooms, all of them with bathroom en suite, accommodation for 12 guests.
Fully equipped kitchen with the most modern elements, spacious dining room, living room with fireplace (romantic company on winter nights facing the sea), sauna, gym, massage room and conference room.
Facilities include Wi-Fi (in all rooms), air conditioning, heating, satellite TV (also in all rooms).
On the terraces of the house, you will find spaces with furniture adapted to each of them, for example the chill out corner, from where you can contemplate the sunset in the afternoon. Just off the terrace from the living room is the barbecue, ready to grill your meals. For fun for the little ones they have a children's play area and a beach area (sandbox).

Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement before entering the property. In addition, due to the new regulations of the Balearic Government since Friday, July 1, 2016, has implemented the new 'sustainable tourism tax' of the Balearic Islands to be charged to everyone (residents and non-residents of the EU) who stay in hotels, apartments (that are classified as tourist accommodation) and cruises. The rate during high season (from April to October included) will be:• 2,20€ per day per adult (16+) for the first 8 days; 1,10€ per day per adult for the remainder. All these amounts are reduced by half in each case from 1st November. This tax is for residents and non-residents of the European Union. We will take payment upon your arrival to the house or apartment.
Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities. 1. The owners of the accommodation and vehicle rental activities included in the scope of application of this standard will collect the data of the users of the same in order to proceed with their registration and the communication necessary for compliance with the legal obligations that are developed by means of this royal decree. 2. The entry forms for the use of hosting services must be signed by any person over the age of fourteen who makes use of them, according to the system and model established. In the case of persons under fourteen years of age, their data will be provided by the person of legal age with whom they are accompanied. 3. Clients will receive the Link from the host to be able to register all the members who are going to stay in the vacation rental homes. This process is very simple and fast and failure to comply with this legal requirement may cause the breach of the previous contract, making it impossible for guests to access the reserved property.

Amazing villa
Fantastic villa and amazing location - right on the edge of the coast. The pool was heated and the villa is very spacious. We all had a fantastic time and would stay again.

We were a group of eleven and there was plenty of space for us all without being on top of each other.
The property was very clean and provided us with everything for our stay, including towels for the pool.
The games room was a real bonus for the competitive ones among us!
i'd say the house needs some money spending on it, however this did not spoil our stay.
Pancho was there to greet us and show us the 'workings' of the villa and was happy to meet with us at the end of our stay where we pointed out a few 'glitches' (The upstairs shower was broken when we arrived).
A week wasn't long enough in this beautiful villa, I just wish there were a few small bars or a shop within walking distance.

We stayed at the villa in late July for a week. With 14 friends staying over different lengths of time over the week.
All the facilities matched the description and photos.
Lots of fridge space and full kitchen.
We spent most of our time outside and by the pool. Which has amazing views out onto the sea.
Many meals outside using the barbecue. The supermarket was a short drive or bike away and the bikes on site were utilised to do quick runs to do supply runs.
Would recommend hiring a car or taxi to do big weeks shop, at local supermarket.
There is a local bar and cafe which is a short walk away, but just for quick drinks and snacks.
Short drive to Palma town where we had a couple of lovely afternoons long lunches.
Would highly recommend if there is a big group or family.
Pancho and his team very accommodating and even emailed to stay we could check out later if needed on our last day, as the next rental was not for a few days.

Beautiful, spacious Villa with stunning views. Fairly isolated but a short taxi ride to shops, bars etc

We had the house for a group of 11 and had a great stay.
The view is Incredible and the large number of bathrooms made the coordination in the group very easy.
The Sauna and the pool made the stay even better.
Supermaked just 5 min away and a kitchen with everything you need.
The bbq grill and jacuzzi didn t work properly but everything else was great
