Incredible views from the place and we stayed at the bottom at the Marina which wasn't expected. Our car couldn't make it down there (4wd only) but they offered us a ride which was lovely. At high tide, we were able to go swimming and it was great to hear fish and water overnight.
Kitchen opening hours were very limited but we were able to place a last minute dinner order which they delivered to us, food was delicious!
The place had a modern and clean shower and separate toilet, and a kitchen.
Felt quite secluded once down at the bottom which is nice but the staff wasn't particularly helpful at telling us to be prepared for that. So we had no internet access so no way of contacting them to give us a ride etc... We did ask for a pick up back to our car for 8am the next day but no one came so we hiked up the hill. On the plus side, once up, we were able to jump in the pool to refresh. So just be very mindful of which villa you book.

Location
Smell in upstairs bedrooms; smelt like gas; was overpowering so slept downstairs.

We stayed for 8 nights. Towels were changed every three days and villa serviced once.
Massive villas with plenty of room, villa that was close to the pool and absolutely amazing views!! Gardens were maintained beautifully. Great if you want to self cater to keep costs down.
Great for families. Awesome location if you wanted to have a family reunion or intimate wedding.
Response from the manager at times were a bit tardy. We wanted to order food for the day we arrived but no one responded - I do understand there has been a change in management.
Pool needed maintenance and some sun lounges were broken (may pay to have more than six). Would be good if information was more clear e.g.. Cost of taxi ride to Rakiraki. Maybe even linking up with Duadua Resort who offer spa, bar / restaurant facilities and water activities for guests.
Although well kitted out villas some items were.missing some basics e.g. can opener, dishwasher powder. When we asked these were provided.
Would be good if they made the reception and 'dining / restaurant' space a bit more inviting and were a little more proactive and they sold some basics- bread, milk, snacks e.g. give pool towels on arrival.

didn’t go as there website said it was permanently closed, tried to call no answer, didn’t want to risk driving so far to find out we had nowhere to stay.

newly build place, great view by the pool.
the food was not great, it was cold! And nothing to eat around the place so basically you stuck with them :(

Incredible views, great pool.
Deceptive listing.
Room was not as described on booking.com -- no washer, no grill, no food on site, etc.
Unhelpful staff (Asked for blanket and was told "no." Didn't have wifi info.)
Property is 15+.minutes drive from any food, ATM, etc

Beautiful villas, comfortable and spacious with breathtaking view on the Nananu islands. The kitchen is well equipped, but there is also the possibility to order food that tasted delicious. A very nice infinity pool is available that provides also stunning views. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the location to anyone who wants a stay at a quite and peaceful place to relax and escape from busy life.
We had booked a studio unit but instead of providing an additional bed for our child the manager offered us a whole villa with sea view, which was very generous and we would like to thank him again for this upgrade!

Great location and villa kitchen set up so well for home cooking- everything you could want even a blender!
have access to a boat to take you fishing and snorkeling.

Villa is very private and spacious.
The views really are spectacular! The villas are very spacious, with three bathrooms.
The internet is the best we've had around Viti Levu.
A laundry in the villa which you can use yourself is brilliant.
The kitchen is large and had loads of serving dishes, and pots. Our rangehood didn't work, and I had to clean out the filters and run a cycle through the dish washer before it smelt and felt clean to use.
We shopped in Rakiraki for cooking supplies, as the options for your meals have to be in the day before you want them, which is a little inconvenient, but understandable given the location.
We boiled the jug and chilled drinking water, rather than buying bottled water, and there were jugs available to store this.
The pool is clean, and the views from there are brilliant. However, there is no sun shade available until the afternoon when it's much colder.
The beach access is a bit challenging, it's a very step gravel switch back style road which you can drive or walk, but the beach persay is without sand, it's off a unused marina.
The info on the website needs to be updated, as following the hurricane several years back, there is no gym, or private beach with umbrellas, as it states.
Our only frustration was being charged a week ahead of our stay, and then on arrival bring asked for a cash deposit. Which we did not pay, due to not having any cash.
Also the rooms are not serviced during the say, which we felt for the $$$ this would have been a nice touch.

Rang again now told is a circular rd + not at the all sealed end.! 30mins to find driveway up steep hill. Oventop not work. No milk or tbags. Cold shower! Quiet room request ignored..his office above us..doors shutting noises on ceiling early.

The view and peacefulness of the place. The staff were also very helpful. Sunrise and Sunset were beautiful. It was really a great place to relax, escaping the busy life of the city. The place was clean.
The driveway is not sealed and is not ideal for small cars. Our small car still made it up though. The cook top for our room was not working. The bed was not too comfortable.
4.5
It is very private, peaceful and fully self-contained. We prefer to cook our own food, so it's great that we had a full kitchen with all of the necessary cooking ware, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, etc. It was also well worth it to get the grill (have to request this prior). The staff were very nice to let us check-out late. The Villa is beautiful and comfortable with a breathtaking view.
