Just a shame I wasn't there for longer, amazing room and facilities!!

The owner was waiting for me on my arrival and was so friendly. Shew me all the facilities that were available to me. The room was clean and tidy. Didn't feel like a B&B at all, was more like a hotel room. Would definitely go back to Pinchbeck and great value for money.

Can not recommend to is place highly enough, get it booked it’s spot on 100%

Stunning location. Peace and quiet, surrounded by fields and a nice little walk to stretch legs before heading onto the next location. Very clean and all super high standard. Tea and coffee and plenty of food to pick from for continental breakfast. Friendly host who left us alone but said to let him know if needed anything. I can’t rate this place high enough absolutely superb would not hesitate to recommend and come back if back in the area. Many thanks

The mattress was a little too soft for me personally, all perfectly comfortable and clean but it’s a preference and in no way a negative.

A comfortable, large room with a friendly, kind host. Quiet location.

Quiet location, comfortable room and good breakfast selection.

The smell of cigarette smoke when entering the property, but fortunately the rooms I was using were unaffected.

The place was clean and comfortable and the owners very friendly and helpful. The area is lovely and quiet, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed.

Excellent B&B with a welcoming host.

While breakfast does not include full english there is the most fantastic range of cerials available at least 15 choices. Also available is bread to toast and a vast choice of spreads and marmalades and jams. Comfortable bed and plenty of space.

There are a few steps up to the property and a few to the room which may be a problem for the disabled.

Everything was just perfect

Everything was perfect. Very comfortable, clean, spacious very nice pleasant staff. Quiet, peaceful surroundings. Use of the kitchen was helpful. Plus breakfast was provided.

Very friendly and helpful host. Spacious room. Annice went out of her way to provide nice breakfast provisions suited to diet. Very convenient for our family visits in the local area. Peaceful spot.

Lovely hots and the property is very clean

The property was clean and the staff were very friendly. Lots of stuff available for drinks, but we were expecting a cooked breakfast, so ate out for that. Good that we had our own entrance as well.

We were in the twin room which is huge and is great. The vertical blinds meant that we were woken up really early as they didn't block the sunlight out or the security light. Black out curtains would be better.

Pleasant but very rural

I was expecting a cooked breakfast but this was not available, but the choice of bread,cereals, jams etc was excellent. They even went the extra mile by providing non dairy alternatives.

Apart from a cooked breakfast, I would have liked an en suite, as you had to cross the corridor to the bathroom and this was a shared facility, but the bathroom was fine and the shower was very good. It was very rural and 20 minutes drive into Spalding, so I had to be collected and dropped off by family as I do not have a car. It would be a good base for anyone exploring Lincolnshire.

Lovely..you won't be disappointed.

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of our room.The kitchen next door ,was well equipped and had plenty of choice of cereals and things, for breakfast.(We had fruit juice,cereal and toast).The bathroom was across the hall, and there was plenty of hot water & towels.Everywhere was lovely & clean,and it was in a quiet location.Bonus was ,we had our own access, through the patio doors!

Would have preferred an 'on suite ' but we knew it didn't have one,when we booked......It didn't spoil our stay...🙂
