Ostuni è bella e per fortuna ci sono posti diversi da Palazzo Mascetti!

La struttura in se non è male. La cosa raccapricciante è la gestione.

In fase di prenotazione ho specificato che mi serviva la fattura e che avrei fornito i dati al check-in. Cosa che ho fatto. Dopo alcuni giorni e non senza sollecito, mi arriva una fattura errata. Informato prontamente il personale del disguido è iniziata una danza di rimandi che sono sfociati in un invito da parte del proprietario, a non farsi più vedere. Detta frase pronunciata in dialetto locale, testimonia la cura del personale, ma soprattutto del proprietario, nei confronti del cliente. Non hanno esitato, infatti, a rimediare ad un loro errore. Ci sarebbe di che vergognarsi! Rinnovo lo sdegno dopo aver visto la risposta. La carta a garanzia era una platino amex che non ha plafond, quindi che non ci fossero fondi ditelo ad altri. Ribadisco di aver lasciato i dati al mio arrivo e ci sono pure dei testimoni. VERRGOGNATEVI!

Zimmer mit Whirlpool

Perfekte Lage mitten im Zentrum. Besonders gut hat uns die Dachterasse mit dem kleinen Pool gefallen. Super schöne Aussicht auf die Altstadt.

I did reservation at last minute. The structure was very nice and clean. They also have the restaurant and bar 2 minutes from the structure where I tested wonderful fresh fish and wine. I can't wait to come back again.

Absolutely the perfect place for us to stay so close to everywhere the hustle bustle of the night life but still very pe

I loved it from the minute we arrived, we were greeted by a wonderful lady called Santina, She was so hospitable and friendly. She showed us round the B n B and nothing was to much trouble. We communicate through WhatsApp she had good recommendations where to go and eat and very helpful to locate places! She gave us our space.

It was very stylish , we didn’t stay in the most expensive of rooms as we were only there for one night and no time to use everything. We absolutely loved the roof top pool although very small but enough to sit and cool down in. Great views of the city from up there. Parking wasn’t too far away when we could navigate the very busy one way systems of the town.

Good location and room size

Was not able to get in for one hour. It’s not a hotel. No staff on site. Cleaner kept knocking on the door to clean our room and was very persistent

This place is so lovely and relaxing!

Such a lovely place to stay in such a good location. room were lovely and clean, David was so helpful and the check in was east. I was meant to stay for two nights but I extended it to 4.

a little street noise on Saturday but I had ear plugs so was no issue, every other night was very quiet.

Our room was extremely clean and the host was extremely helpful. Responded quick to all messages and questions. this accommodation is in a great location and in the heart of the plaza. Rooftop terrace was absolutely enjoyable.

A beautiful stay in a beautiful place!

Excellent central location. Brilliant room. Excellent terrace with a mini dipping pool which was a relief in the heat. Davide v helpful with check in and check out, including giving us a place to stow our bags.

The location is perfect. Very clean and new. High ceilings, which makes the room appear bigger. Very spacious and comfortable bed. The roof terrace is very nice.

The shower. Normally you expect it to find it in the bathroom, not in the room opposite the bed.

Everything was fantastic. Lovely room. large bed was very comfortable. Amazing shower. Fantastic roof top with sun loungers and plunge pool with amazing views of Ostuni. Location brilliant literally less than a minute to main square. Highly recommend staying here.

Rooftop , Pool , Location !!!!This is the place to stay in Ostuni !!! Everything was Amazing 👏 !!! The room was fabulous, especially the shower !!!! Great communication with property management 👌!!! we arrived late on sat night and we were met by the fantastic Marco at the car park !!! he brought my bag to the apartment , then brought us across the square to Garibaldi , he went above and beyond for us !!! had a fantastic night there , great pizza and plenty of drinks and we danced the night away 😀!!! Thank you Marco for making our first night in Ostuni unforgettable x

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The roof terrace overlooked the town centre and it was an ideal location.

The process of picking up the keys was unsatisfactory and communication with the host was slow- but we got there in the end!

Fantastic location, in the centre of town and close to parking. Very clean and beautiful rooms. Served the purpose for two nights. quick and easy check in/out. Unfortunately during our stay the internet was not working in our room which was an inconvenience for us.

Luxurious oasis in the heart of Ostuni

The room was superb, with a modern decor, nice amenities and a have-to-see-to-believe bathroom. The rooftop was sublime - with a 360 view around the town and a nice dipping pool.

That we only spent one night there :(
