About this apartment rental

Wrigleyville condo is located 1/2 block from Wrigley Field and Clark Street. Also close to Southport corridor and Brown Line. Easy access to Red Line which will take you downtown, Millenium Park, Grant Part, Maggie Daley, Hancock and Willis Towers. If you are interested in spending time on Lake Michigan, the lake is 3/4 mile where you can enjoy the trails by foot or by bike.

Due to COVID, we took some time off from renting our space, but are excited for others to enjoy Wrigleyville again as much as we do!!

Condo includes three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Master bedroom is located on the main level, and includes a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub with shower.

Guest bedroom 1 includes a queen size bed and is also located on the main floor. It’s associated bathroom includes a steam shower.

Guest bedroom 2 is located in the lower level, includes a queen size bed in addition to a trundle bed. This bedroom can sleep 4 comfortably, a great room for kids! The bathroom has recently been remodeled and includes a large shower (as pictured).

Main level includes a living room/full kitchen supplied with all necessities to cook a full meal…..plates, basic utensils, coffee maker, etc.

Lower level also includes living area with a sofa sleeper and a basic kitchenette. It does not have a stove or oven, but is set up similar to a hotel room with a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee pot.

Condo is equipped with 4 TVs and set up for live streaming. Free wifi and printer available for all your business needs.

Parking passes for neighborhood parking, one pass per day.

Needed a place to stay with some friends so we could attend a Cubs series. Great location & accommodations! The townhome was clean and comfortable with easy access to everything needed to make a Wrigleyville visit special. Will look to stay here again the next time we decide to take in a multi-game series.

Great house! We loved the house and the location. Since we couldn't have our vehicles out front during the game we did have to park about half a mile away. Overall, we would recommend this property and stay here again. Thank you.

We spent a week in Chicago for the 4th of July and this was the perfect location to access all we wanted to do. Close to Wrigley for a couple ball games, red line access to downtown, great neighborhood for restaurants. Our hosts were super helpful with any questions and responded promptly whenever we reached out. The space is great as well with two levels so the kids could hang out downstairs while we stayed up late into the evening. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Wrigleyville.

Great location when in town for Cub games. It’s a half block to the field, restaurants and bars. Parking passes provided for parking in the area. Walkable neighborhood.

The West Addison condo is a spacious, attractive, well-appointed and well-situated home away from home for a visit to Chicago. The bathroom for every bedroom is a much appreciated feature for our full house of guests, and the kitchen has everything we needed. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our extremely friendly and kind hosts, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to this beautiful city!

We were celebrating our son's graduation. We traveled wuth grandparents and his teenage brothers. The hosts were so kind and hospitable. They were timely with responses to questions. The unit was clean and the are of town was very safe. It is much bigger than we thought. Our teenage boys took over the bottom floor of the unit while we stayed upstairs. Great walkability to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

This location is killer - not sure we could have asked for a better spot! Photos do not do the space justice - there was plenty of space (and then some!) for all of us. The lower-level is completely separate from everything - so nice for those needing privacy!

We visited Chicago to watch our son run the Chicago Marathon. The location was perfect. We were close to the red line to get downtown quickly. The apartment was spacious and we had enough space for everyone. Jaclyn was very helpful when I texted her questions. All in all it was a great stay. We hope to return someday!!

Location, location, location! This 2 level condo was perfect for my friends and me during a concert weekend. It was an amazing trip thanks to a great home base. The 2 floors with a living room on each, 3 BRs and 3 Baths provided an appropriate separation for all guests. The ability to walk to both Wrigley Field and throughout Wrigleyville within a few minutes was the determining factor toward renting this condo. The host was very responsive. I will look to book again for my next Wrigley trip.

We came into Chicago for a concert at Wrigley. The condo was super fabulous. We had 6 in our group and had tons of space. Beds slept great, the mini kitchen downstairs worked so well. And the location...well it was so amazing were watching for future concerts at Wrigley just so we can stay here again. Jaclyn was super responsive and helpful, just can't say enough good!

Had a wonderful stay in Chicago! So close to all the bars, restaurants, and Wrigley Field! Very spacious accommodations and was nice for each couple to have their own bathroom. Beds were very comfy! Would definitely stay again!

It was a lovely space and a lot of room. The only things negative we would say is that there are not a lot of hand towels, the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it (we think the previous guests turned off the light switch) and parking does need to be managed but it is doable. We would totally stay again!

Fabulous location for Wrigley weekend! Adequate seating for our group of six, lots of extras available in kitchen and pantry (olive oil, knives, condiments etc). Comfy beds and linens. Unfortunately it rained a great deal so we did not get to use the outdoor space. But it was so close to everything that is was very convenient to pop in and out and get or drop off umbrellas or ponchos in between rain delays. Thanks for sharing your terrific space with us.

Beautiful condo in a great location, especially for us attending Cubs vs Orioles games. Plenty of space for the 6 guests in our party. The downstairs gave one family a place all their own. We had a great time. Condo was within walking distance of the ballpark, restaurants and shopping. Owner was easily reached with and questions or concerns. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to the Chicago area.

Condo was in good location and all was as advertised. It was well stocked with coffee and essentials. It could have been better stocked with towels and washcloths. It wasn’t the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in but host had a little hiccup with the cleaning personnel and did issue a refund for the cleaning fee.

We had a wonderful weekend attending a wedding in Chicago. The condo is in a fantastic location and easily accessible. As with most rentals, things tend to get run down. Some lightbulbs need to be replaced and the place needs a comprehensive cleaning. Feet were black within 3 minutes of walking on the floors. Owner was a great communicator and the description of the condo was very accurate.

I can easily say that our stay here was ideal for our family: parents and 3 adult sons. The location is great, with a short walk to Wrigley Field, sports shops, bars and grills in one direction, and in the other direction close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store. Parking was not a problem but we chose to walk everywhere. Jaclyn was extremely helpful and responsive with my questions. The home worked perfectly for us for 2 special reasons: we loved watching people walking by in this nice neighborhood, and almost as important was the fact that our 2 loud snorers were assigned the (equally comfortable) first level! We all spent a very enjoyable and memorable time together and all agree that this is the absolutely perfect spot during the Cubs baseball season.

Loved this location! This sort of home is what made me fall in love with vacation rentals in the first place. The owner was very responsive, it was close to everything I wanted, it was well-loved but also clean, and very spacious. Nicely decorated and beds were comfy. Wonderful fireplace too! I would love to stay here again next time I’m in town.

This is a very nice property in a great location. It had everything we needed for our family of five adults to have a fantastic Chicago weekend. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Not luxuriously appointed, but appointed well enough with very comfortable beds. The space does have a lived in feel to it. The hosts were very accommodating, Thank you Jaclyn and Chris!
