Excelent place for holidays
I had an amazing experience at this property! The location is fantastic, very peaceful and quiet. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host Sally was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring I felt welcome and well taken care of. The outdoor area spaces were well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.
Just the BBQ grill needs attention

A great location for our holiday in Snowdonia, and lots of potential in such a lovely property.
In a super location, felt as if we were staying in the mountains! Very accessible for local destinations.
The dishwasher wasn't working, and the bottle of wine left as compensation did not make up for it! The property could be better equipped, e.g. there were not enough chairs around the table for the number of people the property could accommodate. The vacuum cleaner was too dirty to use.

AWSOME
What a superb house in an amazing location. We were a family of 2 adults and 5 kids and we all loved it ! Kids happy so adults happy. Within 45 mins of a handful of great places to visit and amazing beaches such as Porthmadog … If you have a moan about this house (oooh there isn’t a welcome pack … go to Aldi before you set off like we did it’s not rocket science …) then your not used to holiday let’s !!! Book this you won’t be disappointed !!!!
The toilet cistern has a constant drip and needs replacing … lol only a slight issue ! ….

New Year Eve stay
Great cottage for new years eve with the family and out dogs. Beautiful location and stunning views. The property itself is warm, welcoming and cosy. Secured area outside for the dogs to play and great space inside for the family. Lots of beautiful walks around the property and a fab country pub just down the hill that served tasty food. We would like to return in the summer with the family
The only issue we had was that the bins outside hadn't been emptied since the last guests had stayed but this was down to the time of year I guess between Xmas and New Year

A really lovely stay with wonderful hosts who are happy to help wherever possible.
The property is set in a beautiful location - visitors be mindful that this is set in a very steep road and you’ll need to careful when driving in and out of the courtyard - it’ll take a bit of navigating. The cottage is very spacious and was perfect for our party of 6. All rooms were large and clean with towels provided. The kitchen had lots of glasses, mugs and plates etc but not many pans and no serving dishes so bring those with you if you are looking to serve up on a “help yourself” basis. The owners are getting responsive to messages and happy to accommodate you if you ask. The cottage is lovely and warm especially at night so if you need the heating on, it wouldn’t be needed for long. Beds are large and comfy although the mattress could probably do with updating a little. There are games, tv, music and a karaoke machine for entertainment. Wi-Fi connection is good. Mt Snowdon is just half and hour away with a lovely scenic drive. After a long day of climbing, it was great to come back to the cottage to relax and feel at home.
* I do agree with past guest reviews that a welcome pack really would benefit visitors. Whilst there is a large Tesco superstore 20 minutes away, it was originally planned to stop off and do a good shop for the weekend before going to the cottage but after checking reviews, we decided to go to the cottage first, unload then review what was needed so we didn’t find ourselves going back and forth if we needed essentials. We needed to buy EVERYTHING. Including toilet rolls, milk, teabags and even washing up liquid. A simple essentials basket would have been really appreciated and would go down a treat especially for guests arriving late at night so they can have a cuppa and snack after a potentially long journey to the cottage. For us, after travelling almost 4 hours, it would have been amazing. * We were really excited to have a BBQ on the first night for my birthday celebrations but when we lifted the BBQ lid, it hadn’t been cleaned and was full of dirty tissues, mouldy food etc - we cleaned a lot of it but then gave up as we were on a break away and it wasn’t our mess to clean. * The fridge is quite small so don’t bring a great deal of chilled food as there is very little space. * The property is beautiful but the decor itself is very basic, it would be lovely to see it at its full potential. * The cottage hosted 6 of us but only one shower in the property which wasn’t a power shower.

Exceptional
A wonderful, comfortable house with lovely character! We had 6 adults with 4 children and 1 dog, and there was plenty of room. The living room was large enough for us all to enjoy games, as well as the kitchen once the little ones had gone to bed! Bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds... we all loved hearing the river when we had the windows open! All in all, it was a great place to stay with lots of things to do just a short drive away! We'd love to come back here again! Thanks Sally! Anna and family

A really lovely cottage in a fabulous location
Fabulous location, fabulous cottage. It is huge and really comfortable. Lots of space for a big family and some lovely homely touches. We were very grateful for a welcome basket of goodies to greet us after a long drive. Really clean and comfortable. Great communication from the hosts to help with any questions we had.
Everything was lovely, no complaints
