About this house rental

Newly furnished very nice small (48m²) 2-storey house in the upper part of the beautiful fishing village Ferragudo.
On the ground floor (24m²) is the new kitchen with a nice dining area and adjoining living room. A staircase leads to the upper floor (24m²) in which the bedroom with balcony and the bathroom is located. An outside staircase leads to the new roof terrace (24m²) with corner lounge and barbecue.
The house is quiet and yet central and the market square and the beach Praia Grande can be reached in 5 minutes.
The place is followed by many beautiful beaches of the Rock Algarve, which can be reached on foot or after a short drive
The fishing village is known for its narrow streets, winding stairs and its originality. The lively market square with its many cafes and restaurants invites you to linger.
In the village there are many recommended Portuguese as well as international restaurants and several small village shops where you can buy everything for daily life. Ferragudo is also a good starting point for hikes in the nearby Monchique Mountains, whose summit extends to 900 m. The house can also be rented together with the adjacent Casa Laranjeiras Nr. 2110294 (2 bedrooms, 4 persons, large patio).

The property itself was great. Slight difficulty putting in key code as it’s quite high up. We’re 5’4 but managed it. Ideal location for town and beach.

The apartment is very nice, well maintained and perfectly located. Extra plus points for the beach bag, parasol and even Tupperware for a trip to the beach. Would recommend this vacation rental to friends and Family :)

Tolles kleines Ferienhaus auf 2 Etagen. Es hat nichts gefehlt!!! Super zentral gelegen. Malerischer kleiner Ferienort. Hier kann man echt entschleunigen. Gute Restaurants! Die Dachterrasse haben wir jeden Tag genutzt, einfach gemütlich! Die gute Seele „Karin“ stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite!!!

Mooie vakantie met kleine verbeterpunten

Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad. Echter, het huis was veel te warm op sommige plekken in de woning. Zonder mogelijkheid om daar de ruimte te koelen. Ook was de communicatie over de woning voorafgaand aan de vakantie niet altijd even duidelijk. Zo werd aangenomen dat wij bepaalde formulieren ontvangen hadden, terwijl deze niet naar ons verstuurd waren. Dit zijn dan ook onze verbeterpunten. Verder hebben wij een goed ontvangst en verblijf genoten.

Es war ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub. Das Haus ist super gemütlich eingerichtet, hat eine super Lage und Frau Castro ist eine tolle Vermieterin. Ferragudo ist ein hübsches kleines Fischerdorf mit leckeren Restaurants. Von hier aus kann man viele tolle Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-). Danke

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in super Lage

Das kleine Häuschen ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat soweit alles, was man braucht für den Urlaub wie z.B. Strandhandtücher und Sonnenschirm. Allerdings war der WLAN Router zu weit entfernt, sodass wir keinen Empfang hatten. Die meisten Cafés hatten jedoch einen WLAN Zugang, falls man diesen benötigt hat. Die Lage in Ferragudo war top, man konnte leicht zu Fuß zu den Restaurants und den kleinen Geschäften des Dorfes gelangen. Ebenso gut waren die wunderschönen Strände der Algarve gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Absprachen mit Anja waren unkompliziert und sehr nett! Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen :)

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Casinha. Die neue Küche ist super ausgestattet und lädt zum Kochen ein. Einige Grundzutaten (Gewürze, Öl, Essig) waren vorhanden. Perfekt für Flugreisende! Handtücher waren ebenfalls in mehrfacher Ausführung vorhanden, aber auch eine Waschmaschine, sodass es an nichts fehlte! Die Ankunft verlief völlig unproblematisch und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt. Das absolute Highlight dieser Unterkunft ist die Dachterasse, auf der wir bereits zum Frühstücken sowie abends mit einem Glas Wein auf den Lounge Möbeln gesessen haben. Zum Marktplatz braucht man zu Fuß etwa 5 Minuten und ist so auch schnell zu den Restaurants gelaufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Begrüßt wurden wir sehr nett von Karin, die uns das schöne Apartment gezeigt hat. Es sieht tatsächlich genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und passt schön in das angenehme Flair von Ferragudo. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht und ein Highlight ist die Dachterasse mit Grill. Außerdem ist alles frisch renoviert und wir haben eine super saubere Wohnung vorgefunden. Ferragudo ist ein wirklich schöner ursprünglich wirkender Ort. Wir hatten keinen Mietwagen, konnten aber problemlos mit dem Zug oder Uber Portimao, Lagos, Faro, Carvoeiro, etc. erreichen. Auch am Praia Grande gibt es einige Angebote wie Kayak Touren, Bootsrouren oder Stand Up Paddelling. Bäcker und Supermercado sind ebenfalls um die Ecke. Wir sind jedenfalls total zufrieden und es war ein toller Urlaub!

Nous avons passés des vacances juste parfaites. La maison est superbe, décoré avec soin et gout. Elle a un emplacement superbe pour les coucher de soleil au dessus de l'eau. Nous sommes avons était accueillis avec le grand sourire de Karen et une bouteille d'eau et de vin blanc. De petites attentions que nous avons apprécié. La maison est a côté absolument tout : commerces, boulangerie, café tabac, souvenirs, bar et restaurants ainsi que les nombreuses plages accessibles toutes a pieds. Ce fût de superbes vacances que nous n'oublierons pas tant par la beauté de ce pays que par la sympathie des habitants : nous avions l'impression d'être chez nous. Merci a Anja pour sa rapidité et gentillesse pour ses réponses a mes questionnements ! Merci pour tout

Prachtig authentiek vissersdorpje

Een mooi met veel smaak gerenoveerd huisje. Een fijne ontvangst. Een vlotte communicatie met eigenares. Alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig in het huisje. Ideale locatie om te verblijven . Rustig gelegen en toch dicht bij marktplein en prachtig strand. Alles op wandelafstand. Het dakterras geeft een mooi zicht op de haven maar zou iets hoger moeten afgesloten zijn voor de wind. Verder heeft Ferragudo zo'n indruk nagelaten dat we nog zeker terug willen gaan. Een verlof om niet te vergeten!

Das Apartment verfügt über die perfekte Größe für einen Kurzurlaub für zwei Personen. Im Apartment finden sich alle Utensilien, die man zum kochen und waschen brauch. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön und gerade vormittags perfekt für ein sonniges Frühstück. Ferragudo bietet schöne Restaurants Cafés, ist aber - anders als Lagos - nicht zu touristisch. Man kann von dort aus sowohl gut zur Westküste als auch Richtung Osten nach Tavira fahren.

Spotless stylish mini house a short walk from town

Great super modern 2 storey accommodation with everything you need for your holiday. Highlight was a really nice roof terrace that allowed full sunshine all day long and some lovely stargazing at night. Ferragudo is a quaint Portuguese village with some great restaurants. Surprisingly we found a fantastic Indian restaurant (Fusion 2) which we visited 3 times it was so good. There are so many things to do and see locally that a week was never going to be enough. A really great holiday. Many thanks.
