The home was great for a beach week getaway with family . The home needs some love and TLC but over all enjoyed the beach and space of the home . There where a few challenges with the internet it was difficult to maintain and had to keep logging in to connect to watch TV and was not able to connect for work . The TV in the master bedroom did not connect and had several IT friends and family try to connect . The coffee pot was cracked and had to use pods , some of the utensil where broken and did not have vast options for cooking . The chair upstairs was compromised and than broke once someone sat in it and sat back . The beds where very comfortable but my brother was in the down stairs bedrooom and woke up witj bites all over his legs and the utilities down stairs did not have power except for the fridge . The fridge upstairs did not have ice or water and the ice machine did not make enough ice and melted quickly we had to buy ice . I’m used to having more towels for showering and a cleaning supply to wipe counters down . The steps outside look like they have not been swept all season The picture did not reflect what the house looks like on the outside and cushions where very dirty I almost washed them .I understand a beach house can take a tole but it’s in need of some love

We had a great time...super close to the beach, easy to find, all sorts of equipment to enjoy the sand and sun, and a great layout for two families with 5 kids. The only thing to consider is that reaching the top floor bedroom requires navigating a tight, spiral staircase. There's an elevator, but we couldn't get access. Might be imperative for some guests.

This property was a wonderful fit for our family. We had our adult children, my grandchild, and my dad with us. The elevator was great for getting my dad to each level.
The description was on point. A very clean and neat home.
If a family is flying this property has everything you would want for the beach. You do not need to bring anything.
The neighbors who live there were very friendly and loved talking about their community.

Our family of 8 had a great time. The location is mere yards from the beach which seems almost private.
Saint Augustine is a mere 12 miles up the road and Flagler just a few miles south.
The house is set up as two units and was perfect for us. Views from the balconies were awesome. The kitchen could use a few more utensils (only had 7 forks) but everything in working order. The outdoor shower was used often and perfect for getting the sand and salt off.
Check in was easy.
Great stay overall and would go back again.

Overall, our stay at this house was better than we could have imagined. We had a large group of 10 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is well equipped with just about anything you’d need. Kitchen had everything we needed. There were chairs and beach toys in the garage which was appreciated. Having an elevator was very helpful for my parents and daughter who was in a boot. The beach is very close, a 3 minute walk. Speaking of the beach, it’s gorgeous! Beautiful sand, private so not crowded with incredible views. The only problem we encountered was 2 ceiling fans on the third floor not working when we arrived but after notifying the manager, they quickly got someone out to repair. For the most part, the place is as pictured. Only differences were on the decks. There are no hammocks or swinging bench. Fortunately the furniture that is there is on the decks is nice quality and comfortable. We were sad that our stay was over but hope to return next summer!

The property was perfect for our 3 generation family by providing great space to all be together and still have privacy (down time) when we wanted it. The property had a ton of storage space for surf boards, strollers, etc. There was plenty of parking space when our friends visited. The decks on the first and second levels are amazing and the third level decks provided an fantastic beach view. An excellent array of beach chairs, etc. was provided. The beach was perfect - no cars allowed, clean, very family oriented and not crowded at all. We have already booked again for next year.

The location was great. Just steps from the beach. The neighbors were very polite to us while we were there. Questions we had were promptly replied to. The elevator was great for my mom who had hip surgery a few months ago. I would definitely consider booking this house again.

This was a very large house, which was very nice for our family, and it had an elevator, which was great for my elderly parents. House was overall very clean. We did find a few roaches and contacted the host and they sent out a pest control company the next day. The backyard gates were broken and did not close. I contacted the host and she sent out a maintenance man the next day to repair them. The front gates did not close so again I contacted the host and she sent out a maintenance man to repair that, but I must say for seniors these gates are very difficult, the only thing in the description that I disagree with was the yard. The front yard was nothing but weeds. As for the house, the kitchen was very lacking and supplies. If you want to cook I would suggest you bring your own cooking supplies and grill utensils. The grill utensils that were there were disgusting the pots and pans that were in the house were unusable the Teflon was all cracked and chipped We contacted the host, She told us to purchase that and she would reimburse me for the items that we left. We found the waffle iron was broken and wiring but overall our family enjoyed the trip. There is a seafood fishery very close to this property which was wonderful. The proximity to the beach was also wonderful and the beach is extremely private. I believe if the owner would do just a little bit of maintenance and spend a little money on some upgrades, like patio furniture for one, this would be the greatest place.

This was a 5 day weekend stay for our families. We have relatives near by and this worked out great.
The property is very impressive. Like all coastal properties, there is constant maintenance required. They have done a good job with this.
The kitchen is well stocked with glasses and cooking equipment.
We did not try the gas grill.

The property is great for 8 people. The rooms are spacious and the house is very close to the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property manager was very responsive to any issues or questions we had. We let the property manager know of some minor maintenance that needs to be done and suggested some lighting in the front yard. The layout of the house was perfect for our 3 family groups with each group occupying a different level of the house. Absolutely loved the big porches and den/kitchen area for meals and together time! We definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

The location is perfect for the beach, and the views are spectacular. We enjoyed the vast outdoor space, both sunny and shaded, complimented with a steady refreshing ocean breeze. Already looking forward to revisiting this property next year!

House had the best view on the road hands down. Host graciously made sure we got in ok. I was disappointed to find the beds were stained with bodily fluid and the exterior needed serious work with overgrown vegetation and tiles needed repair on porch as they were not only cracked, but felt as if you could fall through them. I did not immediately contact the host with the concerns, and we did have a great time and I certainly did not look for a discount or any such thing - I did however email her pictures and raised concerns she might want to look into and address.

My family was looking for a retreat from our busy schedule and this was perfect. So close to the beach, which wasn’t crowded, a large deck space to relax with the sound of the ocean and view of the waves made this the perfect location. The facility was clean and the communication was very good when we had a little difficulty with the door lock working upon first arrival. The situation was fixed quickly. Great place!

We enjoyed our stay overall despite bad weather out of anyone's control. Had enough place settings for a group of 8-10 people. TVs were a little finicky, had to restart them a lot to get Internet to work, but Alina and her husband were helpful when we had an issue and were quick to resolve. Outside needs some TLC but inside was nice and clean. Pots and pans are very scratched, we brought our own anyway so didn't matter. Very accommodating with dogs who had space to run in a fenced yard. Gate would be tough to pull open and closed for most people. Road is dirtand sand from hurricane so some construction sounds but not all day long. The apartment downstairs is not connected to the main house so we had to get to our room in wind and rain , but again on a nice day not a huge problem. Overall, the house worked for us and was spacious, layout is a bit strange but also provides privacy for separate groups traveling together, so just depends on your group! Thanks!

We were there after two hurricanes and during a record cold snap. Manager responded immediately to help us with codes and elevator use, getting technology settings going and other things.
It was so good to have whole family together from across the country.
Because of the record breaking cold we could have used more blankets and space heaters, but we plan to come back next year for the winter holidays to celebrate them with other family in the area.

Nice Property
This property has excellent beach access. And it is a very private beach, not crowded at all. It is a very quiet area and doesn't have alot of activities without a drive, but that isn't an issue for alot of people. It does need some exterior updates as some have said, but overall was a comfortable property. The porches are awesome! Would be perfect if they added a ceiling fan out there. Overall management was very responsive to the few issues encountered and the stay was enjoyable!

Family vacation
The house was plenty big enough for my family of 6, my sisters family of 4 and my parents. Great location, minutes from everything you need and steps from the beach. We had a few issues with the house when we first arrived but were able to make contact and get a solution quickly.

Good but not great
My family stayed for a week and enjoyed the peaceful location with lots of sleeping space. However we were surprised at how bare bones the house was. Some small changes would have taken the accommodations from good to great.
Kitchen: just 1 rusty cookie sheet with no potholders. Only a small amount of soap, paper towels and 2 trash bags
Bathroom: no extra towels or cleaning supplies
Upper deck: a single broken lounge chair with rotting wood step
No elevator access given
Beds: lack of extra bedding or blankets
Beach: just 5 beach towels, broken boogie boards, and no sand shovels or toys
An immediate trip to Walmart was required before enjoying this rental. The lack of small amenities was surprising in light of the price.

Great location
This property is a great location. It was easy to go back and forth from the beach less than 30 seconds. The 3 levels worked great for 3 families each had their own area.
They worked on the landscape while we were there and looks much better.
They had enough kitchen things to make basic meals.
The deck furniture could use some updating and the hot tub is not working.
The elevator was awesome for moving things up nd down to the different floors.
Bed are very comfortable.

Fabulous weekend getaway
We had a fantastic time at this property. The location is wonderful. Quick and easy access to the beach with no public access make this property a winner (the beach was not at all crowded and we were there on a holiday weekend - it was fabulous). The beds were very comfortable (which isn't always the case in rental homes). The kitchen could use some additional accessories to better serve those guests who want to cook. We contacted the management group and let them know about a few items that were missing and they were quickly delivered them. We greatly appreciated this on a holiday weekend. The elevator was very useful as there are a lot of steps. Other reviews note that the outside could use some work. Please note that the home does not have a normal landscaped yard. It has a "natural, low maintenance" landscape. The wildflowers are intentional. The backyard could use some attention, but the front is actually quite nice. I gave only 4 stars on the accuracy of the listing because the hammocks were not on the deck during our stay, which was a disappointment. Hopefully they will be replaced, as the deck is a lovely area for relaxing.
Summary: This is a large, beautiful home. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The property was nice and clean on the inside. The inside needs a couple of repairs like the update bathrooms with functioning shower heads and new blinds. Property has potential but needs a lot of TLC on the outside of the property. The house would benefit from power wash, fresh paint and maintenance on the lawn. The outside is very poorly kept up with. It would of been a much pleasant stay if the outside match the interior of the house.

2nd time coming
The property has so many positives that we came back for a second year . One thing that did not change from the last was the availability of serving dishes in the kitchens . There were NONE . Not a bowl , dish .nothing . Really made preparing meals at home a challenge . Other than that we love love love it

Good but could be better
Overall the house is a nice place. The outside could be in better shape. The grill couldn't be used which wasn't good. The upstairs room floor makes so much noise if someone is asleep they will be awakened. Several of the lights were out had to move lamp into upstairs toilet area. Outdoor furniture was breaking down and the glass top table had not been cleaned at all.. Solar hot water heater not the best thing in the world. Now I will say that the owner did ask if there were any issues, but the issues were items that couldn't be fixed while we were there. Also the 2nd floor shower leaks into the garage. The last night of our stay an alarm went off several times during the night.. I know I listed a lot of things but overall it is a nice place. Location is great. Not having public beach access was great. Only people on the beach were the people living on that street.. The beach wasn't crowded at all.

The management company help with a few things that needed to be addressed. The location of the house is perfect and loved the size of the house. I did fit 12 of us. The house does need some love but, over all we were very happy with the experience.
