Nice apartment with improvement potential

- super friendly host (he took us to the airport for 15€, taxi would have been 25€ (beware there is no Bolt/Uber in Pescara) Even though he speaks no English, he explained everything and provided tips using translator, which worked quite well) - clean and modern apartment (one can tell it is a rather new building) - streaming TV apps (this came very handy as it rained whole days during our stay) - free bikes (incl. locks) available - this was a great feat, as you would otherwise need to pay for a bus/taxi/e-scooter to get to the city center (it takes about 20-25 mins bike ride) + cycling on a bike lane along the seaside was nice - "breakfast corner" (coffee machine, coffee capsules - though some did not taste very good, corn flakes, little jams, croissants, biscuits, juice, coffee milk

- bed: that it was squeaky was not too bad compared to the mattresses which felt worn off - it was hollow towards the middle part, caused apparently by the weight of the many people who had slept there before. - no jug kettle (we had to cook water on the stove to get hot water for tea) - microwave would have been nice - big window in the bathroom is transparent, so you need to keep the curtains closed and turn the light on even during day - this is not criticism as it cannot be changed, but so that others know - the balcony has its shorter side facing outside and there is a building about 5 meters in front of it

B&B Le Mansarde

Manuelo was very friendly and accomodating to our needs. The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet with all amenities ie; kitchenette with all utensils and cookware, clean towels, extra pillows, toiletries etc... Breakfast bar in the room was great! Tea, coffee, Nespresso machine, milk, cereal, biscuits, crossaints etc... Overall, a very pleasant experience and if a trip to Pescara is needed again, we would definitely book with Manuelo at B&B Le Mansarde!

Modern and bright.

If you need to take the bus to the center of Pescara public transportation was unreliable. Lucky for us Manuel provides bikes for his guests. Pescara is very bike friendly

The apartment has everything, even breakfast with a good coffee, is Ideal for a couple, 15 minutes by bike from the city centre and 2 min to the beach, the owner is very nice and he explained everything. Very cosy. Recommended

Great stay with one big problem (for me).

Great and very helpful host, free bikes available, close to the free beach (approx 200-300 mtr), close to several supermarkets. There is a garden for the two apartments upstairs, it was very nice to use it. There is also a washing machine in the garden (in a closed container) - a very useful and handy thing. The capsule coffee machine is a nice addition.

The distance to the city center (Piazza della Rinascita) is 3.5 km, 45 minutes on foot. The apartment is very poorly soundproofed. There are two apartments on the first floor. You can hear every step, conversation and even snoring from the other room. For me on a vacation trip where I want to rest - it's a tragedy. If you are not sensitive to such situations and you don't mind it, add 2.5 points to my rating.

The beds the very comfortable and the entire studio was perfect at maintaining a good temperature. The studio had great self catering capability with and oven and hobs allowing for any type of meal to be made. The bicycles provided really improved the trip as it allowed much easier access to the city center which is a reasonable distance. The studio is a great distance to the beach as well as being located near some very nice restaurants.

Everything was clean, every detail thought of. The bikes were awesome way to get to know the place and reach the centre. Manuel is a great host, he was available for all the questions we had, the stay was absolutely a pleasure. Recommending this accomodation wholeheartedly.

Bikes for the win

Really big comfortable space with all the commodities you need. Big bed, kitchen, and balcony. What turn out was the biggest plus for us were the bikes that allow us to quickly move around the whole Pescara since public transport it's a bit tricky,

The owner was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble

Room was much bigger than expected, very clean and had everything you could need. The owner was extremely helpful and used a translator app to ensure he could communicate with us and also available on WhatsApp to answer any queries such as bus routes and restaurant recommendations. Would highly recommend.

Very nice B&B

I really loved to stay in this B&B And i wouldnt change it. The beach is like 200m from the apartment. We used the bikes everyday to go to the city centre on a great bike path! There is bike path by the beach too. Amazing advantage of this stay. The owner is also amazing showed us bunch of stuff And recomended places in and around Pescara, helped us with everything we needed. Thank you for that again 😊 PS. We also appreciated TV with english channels

Great place, room very well maintained, exactly like in the photos, the host Manuel very helpful, he was happy to answer all questions, bikes included in the price allowed us to save a huge amount of time. I highly recommend! We will definitely come back here.

The apartment was very new and modern, close to the sea and near Pescara center. There were bicycles available on the property and it was a huge advantage. You could reach everything in 10-15 min by bicycle and do not worry about parking.

It would have been great to have essentials such as sugar or salt.
