3 Gorgeous Bedrooms with Hotel Sheets you will Melt Into. This home will sleep 4 people.

Beautiful Kitchen with 4 Burner Gas Cooktop and Oven and all of the Amenities you need with Dining Room Attached.

No Convenience is Spared to Make Your Stay Comfortable and Relaxing.

We are cannabis friendly, but do ask that all smoking takes place outside the home on the large patio.

Information book will detail Restaurants, Denver Hot Spots, Maps of the City, How to work In-home Electronics, Wireless Internet Accessibility and More.

Guest have full and private access to entire main level, patio, yard and hot tub.

I live in separated apartment with a separated entrance. You will have complete privacy on the entire main level. Guest have complete privacy.

Please be aware that there is one exterior security camera which is located outside of the main entrance to the property.

Denver city ordinance requires that outside noise be restricted between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Beautiful, clean, well stocked home. We had complete privacy and the owner communicated quickly and clearly (and was so welcoming and kind with advice about Denver). We had everything we needed during our stay and made much use out of the amazing patio/hot tub. Location was perfect for us (easy access to sites, including Red Rocks). We enjoyed our stay so much I'm already hoping to return.

This place really is minutes to everything! The house is very clean, and COMFY! Jeff the host is very responsive and very helpful! He even helped to surprise my fiance with cake for his birthday! There is ample parking and everything you need to have a home away from home!

The owner was super accommodating, and I really appreciate that. The home is lovely. I hosted a small Sunday brunch for the Denver family, and the kitchen was great for preparing the food and serving buffet style.

The house was beautiful and clean. Good instructions were posted for everything we needed. Jeff was very accommodating and helpful. Drive times were longer than I anticipated, but that's more about Denver than it is about the listing. Back patio and hot tub are excellent after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. View from the seating area outside lets you see the skyline, glittering in the morning and at sunset. Great place to stay with a small family.

The property itself is great, especially the backyard patio and hot tub with a decent view of the city. The interior is comfortable and clean. The owner was present during our stay (basement level with separate entrance) but we never heard or saw him after our initial arrival. He was very accommodating with an early check in, which saved us some hassles getting into town. The only heads up I would give to future guests is regarding the location. It’s close to downtown, and not far from other points of interest. But it was still a little challenging to get Rideshares at peak hours, and too complicated to use public transit to get anywhere (even though a bus line passes right by the house, you’ll likely need to make a few transfers to get where you’re going). If I had it to do over again, I would rent a car - likely would have been cheaper than all the Uber/Lyft/bus fares, too. None of this is the fault of the property owner, I just want people to know what to expect.

Awesome house with all of the amenities you need for a great vacation! The host was very friendly and informative but not intrusive at all, his dog Goose is precious! Keyless entry made check in/out extremely easy. The hot tub was amazing after going to a show at Red Rocks, so relaxing and it has a great view of the city! The location is perfect, public transportation, the airport and Red Rocks are close by and easy to get to. My friends and I had fabulous vacation! If you’re going to Red Rocks this place is perfect, I highly recommended booking this place if it’s available! Thank you Jeff!

Was there for a long weekend with friends that flew in from four different states. We enjoyed the house and the location was key. It was easy to get to everywhere that we went and easy to get in and out of the house. the place had comfortable beds and all of the amenities that we needed. Jeffrey was great to work with.

Check in to the property was a breeze. Jeff was very attentive and helpful. The property is just like the pictures. E thing to note that may be in the listing is that there is no central AC. There is a swamp cooler that worked well for us as the nights were cool on our stay. I don’t visit Denver often so not sure if that would be an issue had the nights been hotter. The neighborhood looks a little rough but in close proximity to downtown and was quite at night. Would stay here again for sure with 3 to 4 people. More than that and only one bathroom could be an issue. Overall a great stay.

Our stay was absolutely phenomenal! Jeff was always quick to reply to my questions prior to our stay. Upon arriving, he went through all of the particulars of the house, hot tub, etc. And while we were there, he answered any questions we had about our stay. It was clean, the kitchen was stocked with essentials, and the area is great! I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a wonderful place to stay during your Denver visit! We came here with friends to see a concert a Red Rocks and stay for five days of fun in Denver and all the majestic beauty of the Rockies. The house is closed to everything, it's beautifully appointed, clean, comfortable and Jeffrey had everything we needed. The patio and hot tub are spectacular. Having a relaxing meal out there while overlooking the city was perfect as was waking up and having morning coffee. We are so happy to have found this great house. Thank you Jeffrey for a wonderful stay. Can't wait to come back.

We initially came through the back gate and it was a little cluttered with bushes but our stay was overall great!! We would definitely stay again. The host was amazing! Very communicative and attentive! The house is in a great location and close to anything you could think to do. 10/10!

We had a great stay at this very clean and quiet property, and enjoyed that the neighborhood was so close to a lot of delicious restaurants and things. We had a rental car and the location was perfect to get around to many things, and it was even walkable with its proximity to a nearby park. Quick and easy drive to Red Rocks, which was the reason for our stay. Jeffrey was very responsive and hospitable and we had everything we could have wanted or needed for our stay.
