Les pieds dans l’eau, le petit déjeuner, les chambres très jolies et confortables.
Personnel très accueillant, aux petits soins.

Stunning beach front location, comfortable sun loungers, spacious well kept gardens, clean pool area and plenty of relaxation areas. The hotel and room was exceptionally clean, lovely toiletries in the room, exceptional room cleaning service and friendly, helpful reception/front of house staff. Good location for a nice walk into the town where you can catch a water taxi to the beautiful Lotu beach with white sands and turquoise seas, great for snorkelling if you take a short walk west of the beach. Really good food from the restaurant though few options and quite pricey, otherwise a 10 minute walk to town for other dining options.
Whilst breakfast offered plenty of options, there often seemed to be empty coffee pots (would have preferred the buffet breakfast with coffee/tea table service), and the breakfast waitress wasn't very helpful or friendly, she didn't speak English nor did the staff in the restaurant, though they were at least friendly so that didn't matter. We did address this with the management who were more than helpful and explained that following covid there was a shortage of staff working in hospitality so having staff who spoke other languages proved to be challenging. This didn't spoil our holiday though and the management were very understanding and helpful.

Difficult to locate staff and weren’t very helpful when dealing with them. The only choice of food in the evening was a 5 or 6 course meal! Not the best idea when you are not hungry or don’t actually like or want all the courses.

The location of the Hotel was great. Set away from the hustle and bustle of the main town but still within walking distance. The view from the room was also beautiful.
The bedroom was on the small side. We couldn’t fit our two cases on the bedroom floor so had to put one in the bathroom!
Our biggest complaint was value for money. It was advertised as luxury and we paid the price for luxury. However, whilst the hotel and its position were lovely, the size of the room, the hotel facilities and general standards did not match the price we paid and the luxury advertised. Our final gripe was the fact we paid 50 euros for breakfast for 2 and by no means was it worth that!

Beautiful location on the bay of Saint Florent, excellent restaurant with stunning terrace overlooking the sea.
Very expensive especially if you are travelling with kids.

The hotel has a nice swimming pool, beach access, and sunlounges for hotel guests, which makes the setting very beautiful and convenient. They offer free e-bikes, a great option to go to the village (which is still close enough if you don’t mind walking). The hotel has one of best (and most expensive) restaurants in the region, where you can eat outside and by the beach.
The breakfast was overpriced for what it offers (no freshly squeezed juices, the pancakes, waffles and toasts are made before and are already cold by the time you serve yourself, etc.). We booked a superior room and we were very disappointed with the small size, the shower (which was lower than my shoulders), and overall it looked like a very old room. There was a hole on the wall so asked to change rooms. Luckily they upgraded us to a nice and spacious Suite, which seemed to have been recently renovated, and our experience was much better. The original room was certainly overpriced.
