Gorgeous waterfront property! Large bright home located on Little Pea Porridge Pond. Plenty to do all year round with magnificent scenery. You can be as busy or as quiet as you want. Private beach area!
* Beach area has a deck and use of canoe and kayaks is included in Spring, Summer and Fall rentals. Beach shed has life vests and some other floating devices as well. Open only from May-October.
*Close to: North Conway Village, Storyland, Santa's Village, Clarks Trading Post, Mt. Washington, Nestlenook Farm, Madison Boulder, the scenic Kancamagus Highway and so much more!

The property is in a great location for our visit to this part of New Hampshire. However this house is in need of some updates. The bedding and pillows were old and uncomfortable. I didn’t recall reading anywhere that you had to haul off your own trash a couple miles down the road and pay $5 per bag to drop off.

We enjoyed every moment at this home. The owner has the house very well equipped! The kitchen had every since appliance and everything we needed. The communication was great. We will definitely book this home again :)

This home is perfection. The pictures don’t do it justice! The pond is stunning. It’s tucked away in a nook and perfect for a family. The home is clean, spacious and had more than enough space for our very large family. 6 adults and 5 kids. Book this while you can!

Wonderful stay at Eidelweiss! We had a wonderful family vacation with our adult children and our grandchildren. Having beach access was wonderful! The beds were all comfortable and the house was as described. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and shared beach toys, boats, etc. Many memories were made!!

Getting into house was easy, both levels. All descriptions perfectly accurate of house representation and pictures spot on. Rooms spacious, good vent flow and fans/heat in each room, tv access in each. Wifi no issues, connection easy to get on. Outdoor activities as described and fun area around pond to explore on kayaks and paddle boat. Plenty of other activities to do swimming in shed. Close to shopping centers and restaurants but house is more secluded feeling which is what we wanted and great neighbors around area. Saw a bear and cubes and deer from driveway. Great experience and property owners very responsive when needed them. Great family vacation from youngest to oldest in attendance.

The location cannot be beat. Right on the water. The home is Spacious which made it comfortable for all of us. The homeowners are very responsive!

The beach area and the kayaks provided made for a great relaxing vacation.
The property was as described. The beach area was great. We used all 6 of the bedrooms-- gave the teens their own space to relax.
All of the windows are "crank out" windows and at least 3 of them did not work. That was our only issue. Other than that, we had a great time, and the property suited our needs.
This property is on little pea porridge pond and you CAN kayak all the way to the big pond, but you will have to get out of the kayaks and haul them over a small beaver dam. This proved to be my 14 year old nephew's favorite part of the trip! He thought it was great fun to pull the kayak over and explore another pond.
We saw and heard loons on the small pond every day. Lovely.

Plenty of space.
We were very surprised about no fireworks at all. We had gone the week of the fourth and we intended to have fireworks on the pond. The other thing I was surprised about was no fire allowed after 9 in the fire pit. No mention of these anywhere when checking online. The good things I found were the lake area was very nice , there was plenty of room for everyone. There were 2 refrigerators which helped out during hot weather. The porches outside were very handy if it was rainy or you just wanted to take it easy I will say good or bad, we all enjoyed the place. Thanks again for letting us enjoy your home

Great location!
This property is perfect for large groups. Plenty of space for everyone. The private beach area is great. This is our 3rd time staying there. Jennifer and Raul are super responsive and very easy to work with.

Beautiful Spot not far from town
This is a beautiful little spot right on the water. Access to the beach area and boats made for a lovely stay. Great for all ages. They also have lots of sand toys for little ones.
There are lots of stairs down to the beach area.

A great family getaway!
I went with my sisters, my Mom, my kids and nieces. The place was pure perfection for what we were looking for: activities to do at the house (lake is gorgeous, great for exploring) and easy for the little ones because you can walk in, as opposed to a dock that you jump off of. There was a paddle boat, kayaks and a canoe plus sand toys. The kids enjoyed both inside and outside, with a Fussball table to entertain them as well. We visited Santa’s Village (a little over an hour away, but Storyland is within 30 minutes) and also had the convenience of all the major stores about 15 minutes away. We also did the lazy river tubing on the Saco (about 10 minutes away). The house was also perfect, with lots of room for us to hang out in. I think my sisters and I stayed up until midnight every night, just chatting and hanging out. I haven’t laughed that hard in a very long time and it’s exactly what our group needed. Raul and Jennifer were also great with communicating, getting back to is very quickly and were super helpful. All in all…we can’t wait to go back!

If you love spending time on the water than this is areat place to spend lazy summer days.
The house is well used and sits close to the road. The area is quiet and peaceful there are plenty of bedrooms and the small kitchen is manageable. The three connected lake/ponds are fabulous and beautiful. Wonderful lake experience.

Awesome place for a reunion!
We got together with 3 other couples that we were in the military with years ago. It was a great time and place to catch up and relax. Plenty of room to spread out and feel like you had your own space also. Beds were very comfortable and being right on the lake was great. Plenty of fans in the house so even though it was warm we slept well. Hosts were very responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend this house.

Awesome beach area
The house was clean and had ample bedroom space and bathrooms which was really important to us. The highlight though is truly the beach area. It’s a big sandy area with great swimming for kids. Lots of beach floats, etc included too.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the house is dated and could use some maintenance, which the owner acknowledged and appears to be working on. The owner was also extremely accessible and was easy to communicate with, which we really appreciated.
It was a great week spent with family!

Family Vacation
Our family came from California to be together for this week in NH. Although we had a several rainy days we enjoyed our time together. We had ample space to be together and wonderful times in the lake. The house is in a perfect location. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive to our questions. Would recommend this house especially for a large family.

Peaceful and Quiet
Our family loved our week at this vacation home. The waterfront/beach area was amazing, and perfect for all ages. Lots of watercrafts & outdoor toys. Close to many attractions. The house was older, but clean and had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive to any issues or questions. Made many happy memories!

Nice view
This property needs updating. The area is beautiful. We were not able to use the fire pit because it requires a permit and the fire chief never returned our call. This was not the fault of the owners they completed the permit for the fire pit but the fire Marshall dropped the ball. We enjoyed the kayaks and water.

We had a blast the house was bigger than we imagined we got to have an amazing bonding trip that will definitely be remembered for the rest of our lives thank you for allowing us to stay it was beyond amazing the kids enjoyed themselves and the adults did as well

Ok visit.
Ok a lot of little details and rules needed to be down. Vacuuming the floors. We pay a cleaning fee. Stairs to beach were not clean at all. Pine needles and dirt and pine cones all over them. $5 a bag for trash required by town of Madison. Beach is a lot smaller than looks in pictures.

I asked if it would be possible for a later check out so that way we a have a few extra hours of sleep before the long drive home and they completely understood - and allowed us to check out by noon! When we arrived, the house was very clean and feels warming. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need so we didn’t have to bring any plates/pots/utensils. Theres a total of 4 bathrooms which is a plus because that eliminated the fight for the bathroom (Having 6 kids with us). There’s a private lake area in the back of the house with a canoe, paddle boats and a kayak which we had a blast with.Overall, we had a great time. Will come back here for sure!!!!

We had a great time at the house. There was plenty to do at the house and in the area. The paddle boat, canoe and kayak were a plus. There was plenty of room for all of us. Jennifer and Raul are excellent responsive hosts. Hope to stay with them again in the future.

Great rental for a big group. Everything we need are provided for us. The location of the house on the pond is perfect to take the canoe/kayak out and ride down the narrow path into the bigger portion of the lake.

Fun and Relaxing family getaway
We had a wonderful time and Raul and Jennifer were fantastic and extremely responsive. We enjoyed all this house had to offer swimming, Kayaking, fishing and canoeing. Close to North Conway and there was a community market a mile down the road for quick things you may need to grab. This was the perfect getaway for our family and friends and we highly recommend it!!

Excellent for large groups wanting privacy!
Raul and Jennifer are excellent hosts, prompt communicators and accommodating to nervous travelers! Their assistance with fire pit guidelines and trash questions were clear and accurate.
The home is perfect for large groups that want privacy from others (and each other). The private beach makes this property highly desirable and the thoughtful amenities are appreciated. It is clean, spacious, and comfortable.
They take a lot of pride in their home and every year improvements have been made which is why we come back year after year.

Renting for the beach
Great beach for kids but the house needs some updates....... the beach deck area is dangerous for small kids boards are splintered and stairs are failing apart. Not a deal breaker just would have liked to have seen updated pictures of the property. FYI no AC so in July could be a hot one.

Fun for everyone
We loved our stay. We had 2 families with a total of 9 people and still had plenty of room. It was quiet and peaceful. The kids loved the little beach area and the paddle boat. Instructions on check in and out as well as communication were very thorough. We can't wait to book again.

Fantastic getaway!
Great house.... only 3 of us, so definitely more room than we needed, but location was great! Owners were great and responded promptly before and during stay with questions. Canoe rides produced excellent fishing opportunities! Full afternoon sun, was great to come home to, especially after a morning hike. Would definitely come back!!!

Last minute getaway!
The owners are great - very responsive & accommodating. The house is as listed & there were no surprises. The apt downstairs is a perfect addition to the main house. We had 11 adults & plenty of space. The best part is the private beach area & the deck. They have a canoe & kayak & pedal boats available for use & we brought a few of our own too. We had plenty of space for everything to fit. Great time and we’d definitely rent again from them.

Winter weekend get away
This house is conveniently located for all winter activities in the area. The house is very spacious and the living room/ kitchen was a great place spend time together as a group. This is a good spot for a group of friends or a family. Awesome spot in the winter but I bet even better in the summer.
