We spent 6 days and 5 nites, Rick was absolutely wonderful! So much more provided than actually listed! Very close to the beach. VERY clean and much quieter than we thought even with Charlie's next door! We brought our cat who loved it too! Rick is very responsive. Extremely comfortable! We WILL be back! Thank you so much Rick!! Only thing to note is that there are 3 sets of stairs so if you can't do stairs this may not be for you.

It was a little small for 5, but we made it work !!! It was close to the beach and boardwalk, and we where able to bring our small dog which was nice.

Richard was very nice, and quick respond to any questions. The Condo was clean, and well stocked. We were within walking distance to beach, and restaurants & entertainment. We were also very appreciative that we could enjoy a weekend getaway with our dog Sasha. Pet friendly Condo. 🤗🐶

The property was perfect. Clean, little amenities thought of, everything you need for a week away at the beach. Rick was communicative, kind, and thoughtful. The place is just far enough off the strip to be quieter than L or M street, but close enough it’s a short walk to the beach. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Last Minute Get-away!

Last Minute Get-away!

I was looking for a last minute option for a Friday-Sunday and couldn’t see any availability for Friday but messaged Rick who was more than accommodating! The location was great, with a short walk to the beach with two children under 4 in a beach wagon. We also had our dog which this time of year was allowed on the beach! Rick was excellent with communication. I would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion would be a smoother check-in process with more instruction. Thanks Rick!

Aside from the weather, everything was perfect. Property was clean and up to date. Rooftop deck is amazing…we checked it out but weather didn’t cooperate for use. Easy walk to the beach and coffee shop. It’s at the end of the boardwalk but still close to everything. Lots of stairs, but if you’re ok with that then this is your place! Will definitely stay again!

The apartment was clean, cozy & modern. Everything you need is there. Rick was awesome!!! The only drawback was climbing the stairs. Between a very bad back (multi surgeries) & bad knees the stairs did me in. If not for that I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Rick for your quick response to all our needs.

A great find!

We loved this place. It is small but comfortably fit our whole family. A ton of amenities. It's conveniently located near the beach and right on the boardwalk. There is a bar that gets loud at night next door, but honestly its not bad. There are even sound machines and disposable earplugs available. The upper deck has a beautiful view! Overall this rental exceeded our expectations!

Rick was GREAT! Greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour. We had one issue with a door handle and he came immediately to take care of it. Club/restaurant next door was loud at night but did not bother us; actually wish we had more time to go once and have lunch or something there but we were not able to squeeze it in. Plenty of parking at the property, maybe a 5 to 10 minute walk to the main "board walk" and a couple minute walk to the beach.

Location was great, a short walk to the beach and on the quieter end of the boardwalk - there was a convenience store and a great cafe a few steps from us where we were able to get coffee and breakfast. The roof top terrace was a huge plus. The only thing to be weary of is the club next door that raged until 2am but perhaps since it was a Saturday night, things were very roudy. Also the stacked washer and dryer was so convenient. Richard also had extra masks, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and Lysol everywhere in the apartment which was impressive. Other than that the place was clean, quaint and would def stay here again.

Property as advertised, very clean and updated . Loved the stackable laundry great for drying beach towels. I would absolutely stay here again. The big chair opens into a twin and the couch opens into a queen size. Great for kids who want separate beds. You can hear the base from the music next door but it didn't bother us as we were still awake by the time it closed at 1am. If you are the go to bed early type you will have an issue. It didn't bother us since we stay up late. Short walk to the strip and short walk to the beach .

Really nice apartment with every convenience needed. The only caution is if you have a vehicle with low clearance you will have a problem with getting in and out of the parking area. I have a Buick Regal and it bent undercarriage screws. You might lose a low muffler, etc.

We loved the rooftop terrace with the beautiful ocean views. The condo was clean and as described. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the strip. You can hear music from the bar next store until 1am. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Nice place!!

Everything met our expectations. Brought our 2 dogs and our 11 year old. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Rooftop was very nice. Had anything we needed to prepare meals and such. Would rent again 10/10

I want to start by saying how good of an experience we had with the property manager. His responses were always very prompt and he was very kind. The condo is well stocked with anything you could think of.. travel soaps & shampoo, travel toothbrushes, trash bags, Ziploc bags, etc etc. The cons for us were: There is only one air conditioner and it is in the bedroom. Unfortunately, I didn't see a review that mentioned this until we were basically on our way to vacation. Upon arrival, it was a hot day at the end of July and the condo was sweltering. It took all day to get it to cool down even remotely. We had 4 fans going in the living room and the AC with the bedroom door open. It did eventually cool off to a more comfortable temperature (after a thunderstorm passed and we opened the windows) but it was not ever cold or even cool. For other reviewers, the bar next door was not a huge problem. I took my chances with this because we knew about it from other reviews. In our opinion, though, it was definitely bothersome. That on top of the car/motorcycle noise out front, we didn't have quiet at night until about 1 or 2am. Lastly, if you are looking to be in the thick of it, this condo is about a 10 minute walk to the playground. For us, too far. I didn't think it would be that bad but we have 2 little ones and they liked the playground so that is where we usually set up camp for the day. All in all, the condo was clean and well stocked. The property manager was wonderful. The location, however unfortunately was a deal breaker for us.

Rick was just absolutely wonderful! The condo was clean and comfortable and right down the street from the beach!! Perfect area within walking distance of the hustle and bustle of the shops but far enough away to be quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Apartment was sunny and very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Awesome top deck. Could get a little warm with just the one window unit air conditioner but it was very hot and humid during our stay. Short walk to the beach. Owner is very accommodating. We visit Hampton frequently and will rebook again.

Rick was really nice,easy check in and out!Every thing you need was there!walking distance to everything!LOVE the rooftopdeck!only thing didn't like was the back deck, moldy and chair's were unusable, I think the birds made that area their home 🤣Besides that had a great stay,would love to stay again!👍
