This Fairfield Bay, Arkansas Home has gorgeous lake views and is an easy walk to Cool Pool and Tennis Courts. Also Near Marina located on the 40,000-acre Greers Ferry Lake. The house sleeps 7-8 in 3 bedrooms with a king sized bed in the master and queen beds in other bedrooms. One of the queen bedrooms is set up family style with a queen bed and trundle twin beds. There is a coffee bar, full kitchen with eating area and deck with beautiful views.

Lovely place to stay. View of the valley was gorgeous. The condo could have used some serving bowls and a better way to use the TV. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful. Thank you to the Hackneys who are the property owners.

The property was handicapped accessible and close to the cool pool and pool cafe. The costs in the area were very reasonable and there was not a huge number of people when compared to the lake areas in Missouri. There are 8-10 hiking trails close by. The predominant sport is with ATV’s and there are ATV trails all over the area and are marked.

Great location close to the cool pool. We had a party just around the corner at one of the private homes, so this worked great for us. Condo is well decorated, and cozy. Great spot to stay.

Very convenient to get into property with no stairs. Close to grocery. We were there to visit with family and for a memorial service. Location was very close to where we needed to go. Perfect for what we needed for 4 adults.

Beautiful, peaceful stay. The view alone deserves 5 stars. Wonderful week at this cute condo with our grandkids. They said they would rather be here than at the beach. Very well stocked. The only negative is the king mattress needs to be replaced.

This is our 2nd year at this location. Our family had such a great time. The condo is so comfortable & conveniently located near the Cool Pool! The location was great. Pool was exceptional. Communication was quick and easy. However, cleanliness was an issue. When we arrived, we had to use our Clorox wipes to clean the toilet seat (hair and smeared poop?). Floors were sticky. Long, black hairs in the shower. Spider webs all over the balcony, to the point we couldn’t sit out there. Coffee grounds in the bottom of the coffee pot. And the night before we checked out, we opened the dishwasher to load it and found it was full of dirty dishes. That is what prompted our complaint to the host. Host was apologetic and said their usual housekeeper was on vacation. I get it but still not acceptable. Because of these issues, we would not stay here again.

We had a great time and the condo was perfect. We found plenty to do while we were there, went bowling our first night. Then the next morning we got breakfast at Jacks then took the shuttle over to hike sugar loaf it’s an amazing view. We also hiked the Indian falls trail to see the beautiful waterfalls and the Indian cave trail to see the cool caves. Finished up the night at The Dock for Pizza and watched the Razorbacks win! It was the perfect weekend.
